I went there to do hair colouring and keratin treatment. The staff are very professional especially Mr. Rock. Ajay and Francis made me feel comfortable at the salon. I consulted with Rock before I started the procedure as my hair was not chemically treated before. They are very friendly and gave me a good deal.ibwould definitely recommend others to go there for any hair related service.

Wow! I got my hair colored (highlights) for the first time and was so scared. But Aj and Francis did an amazing job! They are the best, professional yet friendly! I am writing this review more than a month later and I can say this with full confidence that getting my hair dyed here did not damage them one bit! They are as healthy as before. Also the salon gives kind and friendly vibes.Both of them are experienced and know exactly what they are doing. Hats off to these hair connoisseurs!

I get my hair cut regularly by Francis at Highlights Salon and it’s always excellent.I usually take a nap while he is cutting and when I wake up it’s all done perfectly. He always gives me a short head massage at the end which I always look forward to. Great service!The salon itself is small, cozy and clean and follows COVID protocol. My only complaint is, in summer, it is a bit warm inside the salon even with the AC on.There is underground free parking at the hotel although the parking spaces are a bit tight. Overall, very happy with the salon and especially with Francis who has been cutting my hair for at least 5 years now.

I had the Brazilian blowout! Amazing from the start. Francis is just brilliant. Made me laugh, so polite and friendly with attention to detail. Knows hair well. My hair looks stunning and healthy. I have been to so many amazing hairdressers in the world and this is legitimately the BEST experience that I have ever had. Rocky did blonde balayage, an incredible protein hair treatment which strengthened my hair and left it really shiny! Cut my hair the best I have ever had in my life. Ramesh was great in styling and coloring my hair. Ive been to several salons and this is the only guy who was able to do what I wanted exactly and remove the reddish color from my hair without damaging it. He was also very friendly, and very patient to get the right results. I would definitely recommend him.

Not Happy with the service, First time it happened with me and my Hair is not at looking good after Keratin. When I was explaining it to the Hair dresser, they were trying to explain me. I am doing Keratin for last 13 years and this is first time i have got this result, Really unhappy and not satisfied. I will not recommend this to any of my F&F.

I have been to this salon twice now for hair straightening treatment. the staff are very professional and skilled, especially Francis. And most importantly, the products that they use are not as harsh on the hair from my experience. I definitely recommend Highlight salon for any hair treatment :)

Very good service. I loooveee my hair color, I actually wanted some other color but then the staff rocky suggested me otherwise and no regrets in taking his suggestion. If you want you hair colored I highly recommend highlight salon especially rocky he is an amazing hairstylist. And if he suggests something highly recommended to go for that you won’t regret!

Today, Rocky did my hair color. He did an awesome job. He is very professional and gave me complete consultation and after getting my 💯 % satisfaction he started his work. Took 3 hours but he justified his work. I am really glad . Though receptionist or whoever picked up the call pretty rude. She should be courteous and customer friendly. Earlier wanted to give 3 stars only , just because of her bad attitude. After getting service from Rocky i am giving honest feedback with 5 stars.

Not recommended at all. I have got extreme hair fall after their service(rebounding). Which was not done correctly in first attempt. I had to visit again to show them hair wave which I got immediately after first wash.And to cover that they did keratin.They don’t show the products also ,as always they say they use GK products. So make sure they put the product in front of you(not behind the door)If you go there n tell them the service was not gud they will put everything on your head by saying that u have not taken care well.Please ladies/gentlemen, stick to your natural looking hair+ save your hard earned money+ your precious hairs.

I wish I never visited them as the damage they caused to my hair can’t be fixed and the way I was treated after complaining was so unprofessional I was even accused of lying and sending them old pictures so I had to come in myself to show them that I had to cut half of my hair length cause they completely burnt it and damaged it! And even what is left of my hair is completely damaged to the point that I can’t comb my hair after washing it! I did the GK best treatment which was supposed to bring shine and soften my hair and the opposite happened! My hair looks 100% worse than when I came in! It’s so dry, brittle and weak.And when I came in to show them how my hair looks like they refused to even give me a refund and the receptionist was extremely rude so I have no way but complain to the consumer rights department..

I got my keratin done from the highlight salon and I had a wonderful experience. As keratin is 3-4 hours process so it become quite boring at some places to spend that amount of time but here it was great as the staff was quiet friendly and knew when not to disturb you. Beside that my keratin result is amazing and I love it. I had a good ME time here and I lived it. Well maintained Salon.

Rocky (Ramesh) , was one of the best . AJ & Francis too were good.My hair was in bad shape because of one parlour lady who has literally used harsh chemicals and burnt my hair. When consulted with many beauty parlour in dubai , no one was ready to take up my hair rebonding nor Keratin. However it was Rocky (Ramesh) who considered and has done wonderful job on my hair . The hair now is so smooth and straight and i would highly recommend him .

I would not recommend any body to use their service . Did not met my expectations also they have delivered very poor service. Also very expensive but very poor service not worth wat I paid .. pls do not visit them .... Worse experience.@reply to ur msg... All the explaination was given at the end of the service also I would like to mention u were so impatient to collect money from me .. u made the hair stylist stop in middle of the work and start rushing through other work without thinking ur client is still in ur Salon and also hair stylist @ rocky has no such professionaloim he went off in middle of the job he was doing and handed over to some new guy named Ajay.. is this u called professionalism ?.. u just did the job for the sake of doing it .. I am sorry it was first experience in my life time with my hair as mentioned earlier !! And I regret that I visited u guys .. beyond worse experience no value for money as well .. also u didnt educate as whole about products ..neither the hair stylist..
