I have been attending classes at Real Pilates for many years. The instructors are highly trained and make the sessions fun and varied - no two classes are the same so you wont ever get bored. The Reformer is such an awesome piece of equipment - definitely my favourite class of the many on offer. One of the best places in town for your Pilates fix!

Great teacher Thomas!However, watch out for the receptionist who is working there around 11am on May 3rd. Very rude. I had an amazing class, but when I came out, she wouldn’t stop ranting about me needing to sign in before the class when their app had technical issues causing me not being able to open it. Next time, seek to understand first before you scream at someone for your faulty product! Having her as the first contact when someone walks into your studio is not doing any good for your studio!

I have used Real Pilates for over 10 years and these instructors are trained to highest level, even compared to my instructor in So California. I love this studio and cant wait to get back!

Unpleasant experience. Classes were ok not great. Not inspiring and no passion. But the most disappointing is their inflexibility. Coaches arrive 10 minutes late it is ok, but trainees arrive 5 minutes late, they forfeit the class. Even using one class from my package to invite a friend to try the class before deciding was not permitted. Among all gyms, wellness and fitness studios, this is one i wont return to.

I love everything about real pilates - the instructors, the team, their beautiful space and the app, and I especially appreciate their attitude - professional and very people-oriented. I feel real pilates have been a big part of my health journey in the past years (I’ve been with them since the old studio in JLT) and I’m really looking forward to being back to my routine soon.

Real pilates is the best Pilates studio in three locations in Dubai. I visit JTL usually. Professional instructors and a good atmosphere. Classes with Thomas are my favorite. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a pilates class.

REAL PILATES managed to create a very unique place for those who want to change the way they move. And by this I do not mean just exercise, but daily use of ones body - so basically how to live more free life - free of pain, restrictions, chronic disorders and all the bad habits our current lifestyle forces into - too much sitting, too much looking at screens and phones, bad posture, bad moving patters, over-exercise, not time to investigate what to do to have a natural body that serves us for years. I am training with Paul since some years, and his unshakable dedication to teach his clients how to move right, and his strive to learn and improve himself more is inspirational. He is one of the few trainers out there that learns and challenges himself to introduce innovative methodology, latest developments and sometimes unorthodox ways to improve peoples lives. I am an educator myself and it is so rewarding to see such a place, with so dedicated educators. As we, as clients and you our trainers, can influence others to join in the right movement for movers. Keep up the great work guys!

All instuctors are amazing especially Paul, Helen Louise, Heyley, Thomas and Anne. I didnt have much experience in Pilates but in this few months that I have been there, they make me fall in love with PilatesMichelle at the reception also is very helpful and always try to find the way to help me and make me feel that she loves what she is doing and have a service minded. I love this place, from Thomas, Hayley and Paul the best instructors anywhere, the rest of the staff that do all the protocols to ensure they sanitize completely to keep us safe, the front desk staff, Reza the owner and everyone that works there are simply the best. The offer chair, mat, reformer and barre classes as well as privates, semi privates and virtual classes. If you want to be strong, healthy, flexible and really just want to age gracefully so yourselves a favour and give this studio a chance to bring out the best in you

Everyone at Real Pilaties is so lovely, the staff, reception and even the cleaners are always so polite and welcoming. I have learnt so much from the instructors here as they are all so knowledgeable and helpful. Hayley in particular has passion and skills way beyond any expectations I had. Iv gone from knowing nothing about Pilaties to someone who will have it in their life forever. I can’t thank her enough! I highly recommend Real Pilaties for beginners and advanced or even just for a good workout!

The best Pilates studio in town, from the amazing instructors, great front of house team and the friendly clientele anyone new to the studio will find a friendly face as soon as they walk through the door. If anyone is new to Pilates or looking for a new place to practice this is the place to come.

I wish there is a negative star to give this place, Ive arrived 6 min late since the security need to take a photo of me, validate my id etc, and they wouldnt let us in as its thier policy which no one told me about or mentioned when I called the place a million time previously for them to fix thier app on too the reception and the general manager were completely rude and refuse to refund me, not recommended

Love it!! Great studio, perfect location, nice ambiance and teachers are fantastic!! Been coming for a month since I moved to Dubai and I couldnt be happier. Have a lot of classes available in every schedule so one can accommodate easily.

Great studio to learn the basics and expand on them. So far have found most instructors to be amazing! Studio is always neat with professional staff behind a reception desk.

It is my very first time training on a reformer machine and I am so glad I chose Real Pilates. From the receptionist and customer service specialists who always follow up on requests and are so happy to assist, to the trainers who are very passionate in their classes, I have had such a pleasant time at the studio that I cannot believe 50 mins in the class passes by so quickly. The trainers are aware of new members and make sure to pay extra attn to them, they ensure to teach the correct breathing technique and position every single time, and lastly their instructions are very very clear to follow. I love coming to Real Pilates and will definitely be continuing my Pilates journey with them!

Ive been going and training with Real Pilates for more than 5 years now and I love them....love both studios.....each of it with its own vibes!!!Both studios are very bright, nice, clean!!!! All instructors are very knowledgeable and teaching completely differently, very seriously yet with some fun and thats what I like!I wish I could spend every day in their studios, taking classes with a different instructor each time.....!!!!

Virtual Barre class with HayleyThis is my first Barre class in a long while and as usual Hayley was amazing! Im happy I can workout from home because I dont have the option to go to the studio. I will be booking more of these virtual classes!

I visited the JLT branch yesterday and I enjoyed my class a lot. I had a private class with Thomas, and it was just amazing. It was a great workout that woke up my body after 4 months of quarantine. Thomas was great but I’m sure I still have lots of other amazing instructor to discover. They even organised virtual sessions trough Zoom, and it is very helpful to people who cant come to the studio. They also have a branch in Town Centre next to the Mercato mall. I very highly recommend both.

I have been coming to Pilates at Real Pilates JLT since 2012 and have attended sessions with most trainers. So far I have never been disappointed and found that all trainers deliver consistently excellent training experiences.

It’s the best Pilates studio with their qualified trainers and the equipments. The timing of the classes are very good. Everything is very smooth with their application you download on your phone . You can book / pay / cancel your sessions on this application which makes life much easier . I definitely recommend Real Pilates to anyone who wants to change the way you walk , sit and be fit. ❤️

I’ve been going for the prenatal Pilates classes with Becky, and it’s absolutely brilliant- I think it’s a must do for pregnant women. I feel so strong, balanced and energetic at the end of class and look forward to it each week. Becky’s instructions are always so clear and each exercise is so relevant for everything your body is/ will be going through both, during and after pregnancy.

Real Pilates is a great studio which I would thoroughly recommend. It is a very friendly place with helpful and efficient staff and an excellent booking system. All the instructors I have encountered are excellent, and always give you enough individual attention that makes you feel that you are getting the most out of the class as well as making sure that you are exercising safely if you are recovering from an injury. Parking is easy and lovely healthy food on the ground floor too!

Such a wonderful studio that I cannot fault. Talented instructors, professional and friendly support staff and excellent facilities. The instructors manage to give every student attention during a class and are never too busy to have a chat at the end. 5 stars!

To me, this is the best Pilates studio in Dubai! Real Pilates is a boutique studio with excellent selection of classes, where as a business it is run in a client-oriented and human manner. What I like the most about RP, apart from amazing instructors and their fresh and clean space, is the RP App. It gives an easy schedule overview and tracks your own attendance. I do recommend Real Pilates to everyone, I am sure it will make a difference to your lifestyle.

The instructors are all amazing, its really the only Pilates place that I would go to and trust it blindly. Its very clean and the location very practical. I just love the reformer classes and its so easy to book through the app!However i think it can be somehow very expensive, as they can really make better packages especially for the Personal Training.

Always a fantastic workout. Amazing and great variety every week. Liz is just so supportive and encouraging in every class. Her attention to detail, correcting individuals, adjusting exercises to help everyone gain the maximum from each class. Just brilliant.

Prenatal classes with Becky are great, she is an amazing instructor. The studio however will not hesitate charging for classes that are a last minute cancellation. The fact you are 9 months pregnant and barely had cancellations and a loyal attenddee doesnt really count, although many times they overbook the classes and there isnt enough space. I hoped for more flexibility for pregnant ladies in the last month.

The parking situation is terrible you must be one of the lucky few to get the parking pass otherwise Guests: When entering the parking, you will get a token and will be allowed to park on the Ground floor. The first 2 hours will be free, thereafter a fee of AED 10 per hour will apply. Entry into the building will be gained through the main reception area on the Ground floor. On the 1st visit a short registration process will take place with security. On subsequent visits, simple presentation of ID will gain you access. We recommend that from now, you plan to arrive 20 minutes sooner than you usually do.They do have Regular Guest Cards for the lucky few for faster access, unfortunately they have a limited number allocated to them by the building management and these have all been issued.So either you go and just put up with situation.What happens if you get to the parking and no parking is available do you? I can only image that the parking is full most of the time.

Really love this studio. Its super-friendly, inclusive of all abilities and fitness levels, and most importantly, the instructors are really knowledgeable.

An amazing studio that I would highly recommend! Instructors are very experienced and motivate you to push your limits while coaching you on how to improve your performance. I started after delivering my first baby and I saw my body transform. I especially recommend Real Barre as it is a full body workout that is great for toning and is done to music which is really fun!

Had a terrible experience at reception at the JLT branch where I was embarrassed and felt pressured into taking a package that I was not sure I could make enough use of. Never complained until I kept getting continuous emails to return. The owner emailed me back to provide a pseudo apology and basically told me that he has alot of great reviews so I can go check those out. He apologized for how I felt but not that the incident happened. In my humble opinion, poor showing by the staff and owner with this insincere apology. Will definitely chose another venue for Pilates where I feel respected and welcome. Even when apologizing, the owners comments are backhanded and defensive. Saying Sorry and actually being sincere about it are actually two different things, as anyone can see from any of your responses that isnt a 5 star! One would be wise to avoid this establishment and save oneself the embarrassment.Steering clear of businesses and business owners like these...Next!

Super professional and knowledgeable instructors. You can also book your classes at the click of a button thanks to their user-friendly app. I take the group reformer classes and they truly offer an amazing workout.

The best pilates studio, my only regret is that I didn’t discover them earlier. Classes are fun and hard work at the same time with amazing benefits; excellent instructors 👌I have a stiff lower back and my pelvis was fractured ( at 2 places!) from an earlier accident; Pilates helps me get stronger and healthier.

Every time I have an interaction with this place, I get shocked how they treat their customers. Instructor kept cancelling our one on one classes on me last minute, and cherry on top, they wont refund me the whole remaining amount I paid, and arent answering my mails. And god forbid if you are 4min late to a class, they will not let you in. Staff is rude and they seem full of themselves, I dont even know what for, they certainly arent the best pilates studio in Dubai...

Reformer Pilates is one of the best physical workouts due to its usage of the bench, its fun and definitely useful. And RP JLT is the place to go if you aim to be happier and healthier :) and also living nearby.

Incredible Pilates studio! The facilities and the instructors are impressive. I really enjoy the classes. RealPilates once a week is a must for me now! They also have an amazing app where you can reserve, cancel and organize your traning classes. Totally recommended!

After trying a few pilates studios in Dubai, I can safely say that Real Pilates is one of the best and ticks all the boxes. I’ve been going there for almost two years ( taking a postpartum break now and I miss it so much! ) I have always been pleased by the cleanliness of the studio. All the teachers seem very nice but I particularly love Liz though I believe she left already. I was doing Prenatal with Becky as well and she was very nice and attentive. Their Palm strip mall branch is nice but doesn’t have as much light as this one but you get to grab coffee at Starbuck and shop at Zara Home after a workout :)

I was going for private sessions from April until today and I am not comming back! First faul was when I had got a message that my session will be at 1 p.m instead of 3p.m.,but when I came a receptionist informed me that the message was sent by mistake and my session will take place at the usual time. Today my session was cancelled and, as you can imagine, I was informed about it when I was already there! The worth part is that I have got Ramadan package with limited time use which means that I am losing the session I have already paid for. The place has the worst support staff I have ever seen in my life....

Hi recently started the reformer core class with Sanam and I can safely say that this has been one of the most enjoyable workouts I’ve ever done. Sanam pays attention to each and every student in her class and she didn’t forget that I mentioned to her that I’m postnatal so she always makes sure to tell me which postures to avoid in my condition.Absolutely love her and the facility.
