Worst EMS studio in UAE! Super unprofessional trainers and rest of the staff. One of the trainer named Alpha was flirting and said some really inappropriate words to my friend and later on he claimed that he was just joking. Who allowed him to joke around with women??. All tariners are very unprofessional, they dont listen to any discomfort that is felt on the body during the training, they use really dirty and smelly EMS jackets/ kits. Horrible dirty toilets. And also, they lie to people about the success of EMS sessions just to make them join and as soon as money as paid they open up that several hidden things about weight loss program.I dont recommend this unprofessional place to anyone. Specially for girls.

False deceiving ads, good staff, terrible management, disgusting atmosphere, cracked walls, literally changing rooms with curtains, provided suits smelling worse than dirty socks, small space, tiny bathrooms, no showers, payments are still being deducted after membership cancelation, had to run after the refund for over 2 months.To put this in other words.Don’t waste your time.

Deceptive conversations just to bring you in the studio. even after confirming via whatsapp when i finally came over meeting the whole story changed and the costs were different from what they confirmed earlier. Very unfortunate, lets not waste anyones time specially when I asked before visiting with clarity.

Ultimately, there other EMS studios in the area offering the same or better service with more professional management. Id strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere.The owner and manager is untrustworthy and outright awful to his employees. They actively lie to both Clients and Trainers and do not know how to treat employees with respect.They will cheat!

Worst EMS studio in entire UAE regionAs you enter the studio on your left you will see big crack on the wall. Then have a look at the ceiling youll find coffee spilage marks. Suits they smell worst than the garbage itself make sure you smell a suit before you purchase the member ship ! Otherwise its better to workout next to garbage for free of charge because the smell is awful. So many great people have left the studio because they worked illegally and dont have a valid visa and company sponsorship to pay their bills. UAE citizens should not tolerate such behaviour and unprofessional businesses. This place needs a daily inspection of illegal labour.

Yes I am so disappointed from the responses after admission on first visit they treat us like we are so important and after that lots of things there is no change in our fitness I feel and their machines and systems and trainers also not enough well it’s worst experience regarding fitness now only few sessions are remaining just want to finish all.

I have joined Body Time Business Bay branch 2 and half months back. I have definitely seen a significant change in my BMI. The team over there are very helpful and encouraging. They are also very friendly and attentive. They have even helped me a lot with my diet that was the most crucial aspect for my body transformation. I have witness shocking results. I lost weight, gained muscles and only from 2 days a week of EMS. I definitely recommend subscribing if you are a very busy person, hate exercising, or even an athlete. It works all your muscles without any breath or stamina loss.

I was informed that in AED197/Month I can have unlimited sessions of EMS. When I visited them to enroll, I was informed that it doesnt include personal trainer, equipment/ EMS suit. To have a personal trainer or the EMS suit there are additional charges which wasnt informed in the promotional call. So I lost my trust in them

They will tell u all what u have to pay is 197 per month and then u find urself paying 399 + 200 outfit + 10 aed per hour parking. Bathroom is sharing not clean, I dont see people sanitize or clean after usage of the equipments. Some trainers are very good. However they will help u only the first time and then while u try to imitate the cartoon on the video whose moves are not really as perfect as it should be done , I complained about the parking since they told me it free in the beginning, lady told me yes even we the staff are suffering because of this!! Then they told me they will inform the management since two weeks no one cared or even bothered to call me back , and they stopped answering calls!!

I purchased 197/month last month(NOV) and when they informed me that it doesnt include personal trainer i immediately agree to have it on JLT branch. I asked my trainor and jlt and them to stop the subscription and make a refund but until now they didnt any action and the subscription still running. I kept on following up and make an email requesr for refund as per them but no response. Per them the owner can only removed and refund the subscription and need to coordinate with my trainor which i asked for month ago and no action! They dont assist and satisfy their customer!

I love my experience with Body Time. I have tried several different gyms in Dubai and nothing has come close to the intensity and dynamic nature of Body Time. My trainer Kavita has a really nice motivated personality and I feel comfortable trying new workouts with her. You’re not just lifting weights or doing cardio, it’s a mix of both with EMS. It’s very, very intense and it really pushes you to your limits. I love training with Kavita and I feel I’m so much more healthy and have so much energy. She provided me the perfect solutions to stay fit and happy.

Excellent establishment! This branch has a fantastic team of trainers. They were able to help me get from 16% body fat down to 10% which is generally very difficult. That and they were very helpful in booking appointments. Highly recommend.

During my visit in Dubai I went to Body time Regal tower for a few sessions. Had excellent service from the staff and it was clean and tidy. What an amazing experience!!!
