I have been to many CF boxes in various countries and this really was brilliant!The coaches were friendly and even after emailing asking to know about trials etc I got a reply immediately from a very kind and friendly owner Reyhana!All 3 coaches I had were brilliant and the community that went with it was great fun but pushed myself and my partner even though we were there for a short time!The place was perfect location on the marina. It was clean and had everything a crossfitter would need! Every class was packed and its easy to see whyWould highly highly recommend going here if you are in Dubai to get the best of both the community aspect and being pushed hard to improve your fitnessThank you!Ray and Hannah

CrossFit boxes are known for their friendliness, but Duo takes this to another level. The couple that owns the place and all the crew will really make you feel welcome from the first second. Gym is very wide and well refrigerated (a must in Dubai).

The box has it all, decent size and very clean. Very friendly staff. Coaches actually care and are genuine. Coach Marnus dropped some great dad jokes. Classes were well programmed and fun crowd. Hope to drop in again once day.

Iconic Fitness sets itself out as a community gym and theyve absolutely nailed it. It genuinely has managed to hone a family feel. We all join gyms to improve ourselves in some way and these guys facilitate their members needs like no other. Ive been a member for almost 4 years and I learn something every day and feel safe in the knowledge the coaches are there for our best interests. The programming is tough but fun and the results are real and measurable. Thanks Iconic Fitness, and keep doing what you do.

Iconic Fitness has a real Community Spirit and all of the coaches are super friendly and genuinely care about each and every members progress. The classes are small so this allows the coaches to be very attentive to everyone and ensure that we are moving correctly to avoid injury, this kind of attention separates Iconic from a lot of other Gyms in Dubai. Iconic has a real range of abilities in each class but it is never intimidating and the members really encourage each other. The workouts are always challenging but fun and every day is different at Iconic, no other place can be this much fun at 6am! Keep up the good work Guys!

Iconic has an amazing set of coaches for all the classes they offer. I am always welcomed with a smile and high five which sets the tone for the fun and friendly atmosphere. The community is great and they help you get results too. The team there have supported me through back rehab and into CrossFit. Best gym around.

I joined Iconic Fitness three months ago, on a friends recommendation, to improve my health, fitness and overall well-being and Im so glad I did. The coaches/ trainers are so knowledgeable and inspiring. They motivate me to keep going, to push through challenges and have guided the progress I have made. They always greet me with a warm welcome, no matter how busy their day has been. The classes are so well structured and, though appropriately challenging, you find yourself having fun! I could see my progress within weeks. The classes are full of friendly people and you feel part of a close and supportive community from your first session. Staff at reception are friendly, warm and ready to help. I look forward to putting work away every day and heading to the session to clear my head, challenge my body and fitness levels and, most importantly come out smiling. Highly recommend :-)

Don’t join. The coach prioritizes the class over new members willing to join. Takes his sweet time to call or text back only after he finishes with his workout. Texted back telling him I will be late because parking is an issue and once I showed up to the gym and he didn’t even have the decency to introduce himself. He left the contract papers with the receptionist who handed them to me immediately upon arrival. Hungry for your money it seems. Gym is really compacts as well, given the current COVID situation. I’ve been to much better CrossFit gyms near by with better rates as well. Look elsewhere. Lol.

Best gym Ive been to in Dubai. The coaches are amazing! They are so motivating and even the reception staff are always smiling. After losing my way with fitness over the past year these guys have got me back on track and smashing my goals. Good people, good vibes, I couldnt recommend it more! :)

I’ve been to a couple of other CrossFit gyms but I have never improved or felt like I do in this one. The attention and dedication of the coaches is incredible. The environment is amazing at the gym and people are there to also have fun and a good time, 10000% recommended.

This Gym is awesome !! I decided to switch from Bodybuilding to Crossfit 2 years ago because I wanted to get more fit and have higher stamina and endurance. I tried several gyms in Dubai before doing that and non of them compared to Iconic Fitness. The environment and community is supper fun, friendly, and supportive. The coaches are proficient, sincere, and attentive to each member’s needs depending on their level, skill set, and ability. Workouts are always fun and diverse to cover a full body workout every week without overthinking or preparing. I go there not only to have a great workout, but because it’s just loads and loads of fun to be there. BIG THANKS to The Iconic Fitness Team and Members. 👍👍💪💪

The team at Iconic Fitness really know how to facilitate a strong CrossFit community. The workouts are rigorous and there is never a wasted moment. The coaches really know their stuff and show genuine care for each athlete. Their modifications (when needed) are spot on and keep the workouts challenging. Come in and be prepared to sweat and have fun doing it!

I joined Iconic Fitness six months ago and I haven’t looked back since. The coaches are brilliant, they are extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and above all else fun! I was relatively new to training and gyms and was apprehensive when I started…however I need not have worried, the team immediately calmed my nerves by being warm and welcoming. Every single day the coaches and the front desk team will greet you with a big hello and a smile! I train with Hannes as part of the Transformation Programme and really enjoy it. He has a lovely friendly word to say to all members, his classes are very well structured, he is an expert in his field and is very patient, thorough, and encouraging. There is also a great sense of community amongst the gym members and the team. I am so glad I took that step and joined Iconic Fitness..thank you guys 😊 …Highly recommend this gym!

About 1,5 years ago my husband introduced me to Iconic team .. it was a period of CrossFit Open games and I had no idea what is that and how it looks like . After a few weeks I tried my first class and I loved it .. I never could imagine I can be so addicted to the gym .. Coaches developed such a nice community with a perfect atmosphere! It’s inspiring me to come every day and be part of the team ! Every day I can learn something new , something what I thought I will never be able to do . I know I always will get supported and motivated!

I started working with one of the trainers here, Danny Jones, about 6 months ago. I was super out of shape and Danny helped me ease back into fitness without being judgmental or adopting that whole yelling style of training. Everyone at the gym is super nice and welcoming and theres a nice community vibe. I would recommend Danny to anyone who wants to improve their fitness or learn new fitness skills. He made it seem very approachable and Im thankful to be back in shape!

I started CrossFit when I tried out Iconic 2 years ago and I havent looked back since. Its by far the best gym and community I have been a part of in my 7 years in Dubai. Brilliant coaches and a great group of members.

Incredible team of fun, dedicated, friendly coaches and members. Great community spirit during and after classes. Since arriving in Dubai over 10 years ago, I have tried a variety of gyms and coaches, and Iconic Fitness classes and coaches top the list by far.

Joining Iconic two years ago have changed my life. I dont say this very often (ever, actually) but here it is totally warranted. I have started Crossfit as a 38-year old who never played any sports before; now it is part of my daily routine (hello 6AM class!) While Im still quite some way from being a proper athlete, I can do things I never expected I could and am in better shape then ever before.The classes are engaging, fun and challenging from day one, no matter your fitness level. The coaches are super nice, give you feedback and help you getting better.Iconic is not just a Crossfit box, its a community of awesome, friendly members and coaches. Dubai is a very transient place, but this community helps you not only be fitter but to make friends with people you would never otherwise cross paths with.

I have been a member of this gym since the last three years and the reason for staying this long is the family atmosphere this gym offers. Amazing people running an amazing box in Dubai Marina. Andy, Reyhana and the team have so much dedication towards training their clients, its unbelievable. I usually quit gyms after 2 months. I’m now in Month 6, that says a lot. I’ve also managed to shift a bit of timber around the waist line. Fantastic community. Very friendly and you never feel out your depth. Everything explained patiently. Highly recommend those dropping in on holiday or those living permanently in the community.🏋️‍♀️

I have been with Iconic Fitness for about 2.5 years and with Andy and Reyhana for about 4 years (from before Iconic Fitness was established). I have been through Cross Fit classes, Strength & Conditioning classes & for the past year I have been training with Hannes trying to recover from my knee injury. Iconic feels like home now and it would be very hard to think about my life in Dubai without being at this gym.

Staff is very friendly, professional and highly skilled when it comes to movements and teaching/explaining it. Very good for people starting the CrossFit journey as well as for the ones used to that. Facilities are also very good, everything looks brand new. Highly recommend it!

Awesome box, awesome coaches & staff, awesome community, awesome programming. Highly recommended specially if youre new to Dubai. Supportive coaching if youre new to crossfit or have been doing it for a while. This box has made settling in Dubai a lot easier. Challenging WoDs all of which are scalable if youre new to training or have any type of injury.

Went to WOD class when visiting Dubai for vacations. Very welcoming people with great professional attitude. Coach Andy was a great motivator for a 7am class, when I was barely awake! You feel welcomed the moment you step into the box and you leave with a feeling you definitely want to come back.

A fantastic gym on the Marina with some very knowledgeable and motivating coaches and a wonderful community of members.Whether you’re an experienced athlete or new to fitness, this is a great place to train and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

The coaches are very supportive and friendly. I recently started crossfit and I was worried Id be intimidated by the workouts, since theyre very different from what I was used to. But, the coaches have made me feel at home. Ive found I love crossfit and CrossFit Duo. Im planning on sticking with both for the long-term.

Great if you know your crossfit movements. If you are a beginner and need help with the basics, theyre not coaching well on those because I see people lifting incorrectly, which will cause pain/ issues over time. Makes me cringe to see that at a box without coaches helping and adjusting. Just cause youre lifting heavy doesnt mean youre doing it right..Ive been crossfitting for a few years and by no means am an expert. I stopped by this box to get a good workout in and practice some of the things I would normally at my home box but was stopped when I was told that was not part of the warmup and that if I dont practice this movement, I wont get stronger. He clearly didnt have an understanding that as a visitor, Im not on their programing (cant verify if they have one). Thanks sir, but by practicing another movement I am getting stronger..So overall, its pretty much fine to get a good workout in if you know your movements, but dont expect to get anything extra in because someone might scold you..

I really enjoyed my time at Iconic Fitness.. A variety of classes are given, and its not just crossfit (although Im such a big crossfit fan). Being in a class would normally mean that there isnt much attention given to the members, but with Iconic Fitness they try to make sure you are doing the correct movements and give you the attention you need. I had a few pain points in my body, and the trainers were more than happy to give me modified movements, and most importantly cared to follow up on my improvement.Sadly we left Dubai, and the lovely people I met there including the lovely trainers and owners, will be highly missed, as what is built there is a community, and a lovely sporty family.Be sure to visit them, just for a chitchat, you will find more than one type of training, including training for sporting obstacle events, as well as zumba for the ones that love to shake it a little bit..

Crossfit Duo is everything you want in a gym away from home! My girlfriend and I visited Dubai and needed to train while there. I emailed Crossfit Duo and Reyhana got back to me shortly after. All of the services they offer were excellent - we did Crossfit, Strength and Conditioning, and Burn. Reyhana even judged my 18.3! The visitor pass prices were more than reasonable. I hope to be lucky enough to return!

My wife and I trained at Iconic Fitness/Crossfit Duo on two work trips in Dec and March. If you are in Dubai and need a place to train, Iconic Fitness/Crossfit Duo is absolutely the place to go. The facility is very well equipped and highly unique in that it has large indoor and outdoor training areas and Reyhana and the staff are extremely welcoming and amazing coaches. We will continue to go back to Iconic Fitness/Crossfit Duo every time we visit Dubai.
