Sajjad is the reason I go to this gym. He is by far the best trainer ...I recommended so many of my friend because of professional training by sajjad.... This man is real gem in al barsha.

Coaches are not good!If you ask them something, they are not interested in giving you a better reply. I felt they are arrogant, And I left the gym without completing my first month.

One of the best gyms in the area for the price. There is plenty of equipment and it is well maintained. There are 4 treadmills, 2 elliptical machines and other cardiovascular training equipment.The trainers are always around to help you with advice and support as needed.All in all a worth the money kinda gym.

Its a good place with decent facilities and assistants. They have inexpensive memberships and offer lucrative deals for personal trainer programs. Id recommend them and have been a member for last few months now.

Good gym and staff. Affordable price 1100/6 mo. And personaly sessions for 50aed. Not very crowded albeit sometimes need to wait for treadmill in late evenings. Best time is before 6.30pm to avoid that rush. Indian staff.
