Everyone please avoid this place and don’t be fooled by the location or how spacious the gym is. The gym isn’t maintained at all and it’s clear that the management are not welling to spend money to renovate the gym. Kindly take a look at these photos and judge for yourself.

Good atmosphere but too hot to workout for long, please fix your air conditioning.

Used to be a good gym, but equipment have not been updated in years, evidenced by them constantly falling apart. The staff have become ruder and more oblivious and customer retention is clearly not important to this gym. I hope the renovation changes these but until then Engine has certainly fallen in the rankings. The only good thing is the location which is very good.

Poor management and rude staff. Please ensure do not attend Zumba Classes here as they dont respect your privacy. People are filming during the class and the management doesnt bother to take any action.I am glad my wife only had 3 months membership during which she had a fall and the manager didnt bother to freeze the membership after the incident nor were they bothered to check., as the fall was due to constant maintenance works to an old gym. Dont even think they deserve to get 1 star.

The mats stinks ! They are so dirty I had to bring my own. Morning classes didn’t change in 6 months , nothing new ( the management doesn’t allow any new ones) . The price policy is weird , there is no “mornings only “ offer , no “classes only “ offer, to extend my subscription I was asked to renew it at a different rate , instead of being able to extend the existing rate for few more months. The receptionists are barely able to formulate a sentence , never mind assisting you. They are not updating the schedule online , once even printed the wrong one .The parking of the building is dangerously small , the backside door is not in use to allow clients park behind the building. The new South African manager is rude and unprofessional , worried how to increase the prices and reduce the existing perfectly functional classes , saying it doesn’t bring revenue, without even trying to fix the dirty mats .

The most unprofessional gym ever, they don’t even deserve one star. Management doesn’t even care to address people who are filming during classes.I recently had a fall in the gym due to the construction works going on there, no one bothered to call and check on me and when I returned even the instructor said she asked for me but no one knew I had an injury. When you ask to speak to management they say the manager is never around. Please take your business somewhere else- this gym is not worth your money

5-year + member review:1. The gym is poorly maintained. Management too greedy to upgrade and maintain their equipments2. Low quality members- weights and equipments are all over the place3. Parking is tiny for SUVsbottom line: not worth a penny. don’t be fooled by the interior, and don’t let the salesperson fool you into getting a 3 month membership.

The trainers are very helpful! Its my first time signing up for a gym membership and they made me comfortable during my first month. I love the new look as well!

Quite, and small uncomfortable parking, best thing its not crowded in morning times, but to be honest they had better trainers before, now a days they are not professional enough! they are promising 4 years to do better classes morning time 😅 nothing changed still same promises..........another strange thing I havent offered once to have any free consultation or even free session, despite not having any health file under my name, thats very unprofessional to be honest.....

Well I joined Engine last month and I am having an excellent experience.I attended my first EVER group class # Core & Calisthenics. It was a killer. I have attended different classes so far and all of them are excellent, they really push you to the max. Sam is an excellent member of Engine and I had a great induction with him.

It’s always a fun experience working out at Engine! The coaches and staff are always happy to help and I love the gym’s new look. Kudos to the team and the management! 😍

One of the best gyms I had ever visited in Dubai. Only problem with this gym is, not much importance is given to normal folks other than the Foreign people. The staff is friendly (by saying Hi), but when the foreign people are present, they seem to go overboard. Customer service is below average as most the time they greet Foreign people with a over hyped smile and fake friendliness. Hope the gym knows that all of are humans and start giving equal importance to everyone.

Gym is bad in every way, high price, low quality, so many rules and to many people in a small area. And most important is there os no enough equipment

Lacking many machines like Chest Fly and Shoulder Fly. Space of the gym isn’t well optimized treadmills seem quite old and overly used. Basement Parking exit is a painful experience especially if you have a big car or even a bigger sedan.

Yesterday morning before coming in your place i called and ask if me and my friend can go for a try, but then when we reach there the receptionist didn’t allow us to go inside as we don’t have any pass, and i told her i called and a guy answered and said we can come for a try, I actually do understand her cause it’s her job but what I don’t understand is she told us that maybe it’s the security guard who picked the phone and she didn’t even bother to check with her colleagues if they talk to us or not but she just sue us. In short she didn’t even accomodate us!

I experienced, rude treatment and so impolite with that fat lady on the receiving area, upon entering she stared at me from head to foot and didnt even assist us. When one foreign guy came she ran to entertain.what e very unprofessional treatment. Also my friends experienced this kind of treatment of her. She under estimate people coming if they can able to pay or not. Hope management will take action if u want ur business sales up.

You can say a 5 star fitness center. There were lots of Technogym bodybuilding and cardio machines which push you to exercise.well if you are not into this style there were a bunch of cardio and group exercise classes also. Our instructors name was yuliana she was just awesome. If you are into CrossFit things you are in a right place, rigs and racks, bars and weight are ready to train as you decide. The gym was super clean and the staff were kind and polite, in one word they were great. There is also a small sport shop which sells cloths, supplement and some training accessories.

Very clean gym. Not crowded, so you can always find a machine to work on. Advanced high quality machines. Free parking in basement floor.

It has become really horrible I have been a member for 3 years and lately it has become a geto place with the wights all over the gym really crumed and the equipment has past it life time by decades even the quity of the people who train there will without a dought put you of from ever training its really shame that such a wonderful place to fall so miserably

Best gym i have ever gone, what ever you need its there under one roof, any workout machine you need its there and special workout classes for body fitness.

The worst gym ever, the worst management and the most unhelpful staff. The equipment is horrible, no value for money whatsoever. All they want is money and nothing else. You are just a bag of walking money to them, even after youve paid them, youre still nothing but money.

Not your typical Gymn. Very spacious and the equipment is sufficient for all activities. There are classes one can attend if you need a break from the threadmill :).

I try to have to talk to the manager from one month and half he didnt call me and he didnt care !! I cant believe ! When they want to sign the contract they run when you want to talk and cancel you wait without response! Always the reception take your message and you wait ....now one (month and half )so think about it before you sign because if you have any problem no one will care !!! BAD MANAGEMENT !!

It has a nice setup with lots of options for various types of workouts. Not suitable for hard-core crossfit gym goers.

Nice Gym facilities spread on 3 floors. Separate floors for Weight, Cardio and Studio.
