The Champions Complex Body building gym is located in Deira, Abu Hail.Decent size gym. Good machines, neat and clean. Fresh towels provided every time you visit. Best time to workout is in the mornings. In the evenings it can get quite crowded. Theres parking available in the gym building, first come first served basis.Wish the gym would do something about the flooring.

Pros : they have the necessary machines and equipments for building muscles and improve fitnessAnd it’s near byCons : rude staff and peopleThey treat people as business perspectivesNever share offers even the personal trainers are expensive and they won’t share any small information except if you pay them moneyWhenever I workout , strangers came and teach me how to do it in the proper way which I find it so annoyingIf you just want to have a normal membership without having a personal trainer I don’t recommend it for you
