I’m a regular customer, usually I have no issues with this small supermarket. Last week I observed situation when customer complained that there’s no staff on the floor, today I had exactly the same situation, I tried to find at list cashier to pay my bill, 2 of them was on the back storage. Anyway management, you should hire more staff if you cannot manage work with 2 employees at shop!

Good for coffee and light snacks

Bought pasta (uncooked) from Zoom Cluster F today, and when i got home i noticed that there’s a small hole and when i opened it and poured the contents into a pot, there were small cockroaches. Disgusting!

Worse service ever. The employees are always having fun. Very slow. Careless. It’s gets crowded at lunch time and only one cashier is open. This is the worst zoom in Dubai. I hope another grocery store opens nearby to ditch this one.

I ordered a capuccino for my boss and told them that I am ordering from the same Building Indigo Icon. I told the guy 2x then after a few minutes, they called to tell us that they are delivering the item in HDS building which according to them is their same building. What is the confusion with their address? HDS is next building not same building. Their shop is below K-Pop restaurant which is at the same building of Indigo Icon. It is okay if I did not mention the building name but the guy taking the order did not listen properly!!!!

Terrible service. They just fool me when I was buying a WATER after long day for 20 AED. I was not mention this because I was really tired after classes. Guys, karma exists. Especially if youre trying to fool a student. Yes, operator JOMEL 72122!

The worst supermarket. Online delivery, very slow, besides, if you place your order online, they will start calling you automatically that you need to revise your order, since the store does not have this product, then you go into the application and you see that you cannot change your order so the time has run out but they will keep sending you calls. I don’t advise anyone to order online. There are enough other good supermarkets. I don’t recommend👎👎
