We order delivery from zoom to our office every day. Usually they are in time, and the delivery guys are nice and polite, but there is one person called akbar who always comes late, is angry and give back wrong change. Today he was really rood to that grade that we had to call the shop and leave a complaint. The manager should really stop sending this guy out with deliveries becouse it is obvious he hates his job and the customers. He should stay in the storage room or something.
