Worst delivery app to use in Dubai. Please avoid using them for your peace of mind. I placed orders twice and they screwed it up in many ways
Very bad ordering and charging system. Extra charges. Items not available. Delivering the wrong items.Very bad ordering and charging system. Extra charges. Items not available. My order was for AED 77. Because of their mistakes, wrong items and their cancellation. I ended up paying delivery charge, AED 7, for AED 12 order. They changed me additional AED 5 for nothing. Very bad service model
Have been using them for quite sometime.Operationally they do good work.Customer service?? Big fat zero.First incident was on WhatsApp , I asked the person to guide me on adding credit card payment on the app, turns out this person was basically the delivery guy and his answer was “ask customer service”.I let it slide, he is not trained to deal with customers online and that’s fine.Today however , I directly sought the live chat button , request to chat with an agent. I asked a question , the answer was “yes confirmed, what else” .Just incase you are comparing service and quality of the grocer to other providers .
Not worth.They mention 7 aed as service fee and later auto debit extra from card.No chat service working.Landline no is also not working.
