Any one have problem with import and export shipment. Here you can get approval. If applicable. And also approval license for hazardous if applicable.

Hi, I have been a regular visitor to SIRA for last couple of months. The gentleman Abdulla at the reception is too busy to even hear us - we talk to him but he will be super busy talking to his colleague or doing other things. Reception, as the name suggests should have a receptive environment . It is the place which gives a first impression about a company. More trained and friendly staff would be better. Having said that, the manager who sits inside the cabin is more helpful.

The website in english and arabic is not very informative for companies wishing to understand the requirements for CCTV installers Certification. It has been saying coming soon for over a year now and small businesses are unable to get through on phone numbers etc. I will try a visit and see if things have changed from when it was under Dubai Police. I hope that SIRA do something to improve their online applications and data processing

I had a shipment detained at Customs, for which a permit was required from SIRA.The service is good, it costed me AED 120 which had to be paid in Cash.I had to provide the receipt from the Customs for which I had to get it from Rumoul branch near to Al Mawakeb School in Al Garhoud
