Well organized and state of the art technology provided to speed up processing customers requests. Help desk was extremely helpful too. Very friendly local staff to support customers.

I have rated the dewa application “not satisfactory “ however i received a call from them asking the reason of unsatisfying . It was a great thing from them asking the customer about the rating. It means that they care about their customers.Well done dewa!!

Saluted once again to the leader of this nation His Highness Sheikh Rashid Al Maktoum for his vision to create Smart Government.

Worst customer service experience ever.

Decent customer service. Handicapped access available. Coffee shop and bathroom on site too. Would recommend the banana cake when at the cafe. Visitor parking available but gets full quickly. If you have time play with the robot on site 😉

I just got my final bill last july 28, and until now I didnt receive it now is September 1 almost a month, 2 refund request I did. No response at all. Even customer care service! How many times do we need to call? 20x? The one sr account officer told me to go at Room 3 main office, but no one is there to assist! What is this??? Seriously? Im still waiting for response with my deposit still NO RESPONSE

DEWA are not responsive. I have simple matter related to system migration of 2 accounts which was dewa fault and its been more than 2 weeks of comunications and very weak reply back and promises not filled.Dubai government calls for customer happiness and an index has been created, but unfortunately DEWA do not follow the governmental rules and procedures driven by the Executive Council.

Office is very close to Wafi mall, its a busy place but the wait isnt long and there is a small coffee shop in the corner if you need to grab a bite or a coffee. Very helpful people as soon as you enter.

Needs improvement in customer service. No one picks the calls at customer care.

One of best customer service center! Good use of technology & human resource. Very responsive customer happiness center! You can use technology or ask any customer representative to get your queries done.

I request reconnect of service in office. And to reconnect they kept promising in 10 minutes and they spent more than 4 hours 30 minutes and they still promising . Very bad service.

I am here only to thank Mr. Ameer Al hantawe from the call centre..he was very very kind and helpful ..dewa is lucky of having people like him.. ladies in morning shift non of them helped when i called multiple time.. only he did.Mohamd yaseen.

I applied final bill for my company they send deposit refund cheque by name of my company. But I closed my company I dont have any account. They didnt listen they told me by the way we issue new cheque by your local sponsor name. What is this.my company is L.L.C and that money is my not for local sponsor.I deposit the money.Not a local sponsor.This is cheating. With industrialist

That indeed deserve a 5 star, because f service, cleanliness and pleasance.All the staff is extremely helpful, cordial and smiling always.The happiness quotient should indeed be at a all time high. All you DEWA (water and electricity) related issues are sorted out immediately, including final bill and refund of the deposit.

Unfortunately, I am having a very bad experience and its been more than 3 months, I did not receive refund for my final bill.

Very bad experience, use service since 8 years but when final refund time comes no reply from department. Keep following since 6 days.

It is really a Customer happiness center. I came late just 2 minutes before Office closer time. And the officer was very kind to wait and sit while i was filling the form and it took me 10 minutes then submited it. If the person was going to deny me, i can understand that but he realised that i rushed in late n he helped me.Thanks 5 stars.

Well organized, happy employees, free WiFi and gahwa, but somewhere among autonomous services, IoT, and artificial intelligence, they forgot to be human.

Though they deserve 5 stars but I wont give them to just leave a room for improvement 🙂Else they are outstanding, every staff member from the reception to the manager is very charming and helpful and with me it was very special or I was so lucky that they didnt even guide me on counters but helped me too while I was creating my onilne account and applying for some online services.I hope and pray that every government organisation should treat the same to every customer who may comes on their door step.

Place is super busy and yet they manage to keep it so well organized. Plus, there is always something interesting to lookout for on the campus. Parking spaces are very limited though.

Privileged Parking. Quick access to information desk and the right person. Solutions are not very easy. I had to get a printed statement from the bank to get a refund from deva. The original payment to deva from account itself. In that case why should I prove that it is from my account itself by getting a statement from bank. Need improvement in back end. However overall experience was good.
