This is by far the worst experience I have endured corresponding with an Organization. To be fair the call centre employees are friendly and polite, but they are incapable of responding nor resolving any issue regardless or how minor or major it might be. The integrity of this company is questionable and so are the ethics. There is no respect for the client whatsoever, its appalling that such an operation is allowed to manage and conduct services which are service orientated. This organization is not familiar with the word empathy or humility.

Recently they implemented new software for all visa related purpose, that software is worst which we can simply.Due to improper software visa , Emirates id coming lot of corrections , more time delay and in the end customer had to pay penalty, corrections fee.Each corrections has to connect case which will take 5 working days , then corrections will take further time consuming.Management want to implement something best but unfortunately its getting worst Everytime.They has to concentrate and follow some system which gdrfa handling excellently . Less fees , less time and more convenient.Please make your customer life easy in terms of time and money.

I was wondering why the rating of this service center is very low. Then I realized most of the comments/reviews are from company PROs who wait till the last minute to apply employee visa, permits, etc. As an employee, AXS services are really good. You can track every step of your visa process conveniently via their web site. In my opinion, this has reduced substantial amount of time and follow up with company HR. If the PROs are well organized, this is the best place for processing UAE visa, where they have systematically implemented the process. Management and employees can easily track the current stage in the visa process. Cost could be high compared to other places, but the tracking service is really good!

I had a very bad experience during visa processing and license renewal. There are many user experience issues with the AXS online system which the staff cannot rectify at the location. There always seems to be an issue causing delays during each service required which incur fines or fees.

Oh my god! The new AXS website is the worst.... We are losing so much money with this system. We get a late fee fine because the system didnt work properly and then we dont get the option to pay. We try to call the help center and they never answer and when we ever do get the chance to reach them they activate the payment and by the time we have reached the payment button more fines come in and then the application gets returned. When we speak to support and tell them we shouldnt be paying money for your system flawed they tell us that there is nothing they can do.

Awful experience and useless company! My visa, for which I applied on 22 February 2021, is still under process. There is no feedback from the company besides that they have taken AED 10,000 for the visa. Very slow in terms of processing, took unrealistic amount for the visa and because they are not working, penalties were applied on my application, which I had to pay extra. Very unhappy and not satisfied. I wish we could change the visa provider. Very bad

Frustrated with the new system. First off, you call the call centre and your call will be in the queue for at least 45 minutes before you can speak to a call center agent. The constant call was to follow up the request for a new visa application. We submitted the application for more than 10 WORKING days now and still no update from their system. I hope they will strive to better their services soon.

This is the worst of the worst place to acquire a visa... you will be ripped off and it takes months to process considering you paid for express it is now almost 5 months and still waiting. And had to do medical twice for there error. And the manager is sooo rude. Rudeness is just an understatement.I hope there will be a change on how they do things. So unorganized. Paid almost 20k aed and until now.. still waiting.

Worst service I have ever experience.Submitted one cancellation. Its more than 10 days, still no update.That guy had hold his family visa to cancel his visa. Also his new Employer asking for his cancellation to join. He will loose his new job only because of this ............ I would prefer to give 0 star if there is an option

Website doesn’t work. Unable to upload a simple pdf for over a week going back and forth with them.Unable to get anyone to respond to my call, been waiting for 35+ minutes already and I have employees who have dependents and I can’t get their visa done 👎

Absolutely terrible service. I am at the point where I have had to make an official complaint with the DED. I have lost so much time and money using Internet City and AXS for my Visa application. Avoid at all costs.

Worst service ever, any errand may take 2-3 hours, online portal doesnt work whatsoever and always has issues with any service requests; and good luck calling the phone number or getting a reply to an email

Worst service ever get. When ever we call no one answer even after 1 hour of waiting also. When ever we sent mail only one answer they have that your application is under process. It’s takes minimum 3 month to get the visa. No one is responsible person.

Very poor customer service via call service, needless to say that waiting time often exceed 30-40minutes on phone almost daily for past 2 weeks! Even when they close subject as resolved, issue still persist....

They will not inform you of the correct process to get your visa or establishment card and then when you get a fine, they will say that its from the immigration department, when really it is because of their incompetence.Another thing is, that when you call their hotline staff, one person will say something completely different from another person. The whole process is frustrating. Id advise anyone dealing with AXS to prepare another 1000-3000 AED just to pay fines for their poor communication and lack of knowledge.

Worst service ever , they dont even deserve the star , not smart service neither normal service also, no clarity about when the Visa will be issued , they are always claiming its because of immegration dept delay and that is not true .And when I tried to see the manager or talk to him , the security forbid me and says that is not allowed and even not allowed to call him to ask if I can see him or not .Since when issue the Visa become taking more than 2 weeks and till now not issued !!!!, and this is express service 😡I am loosing days and going to be penalize because of you, and your employees are careless.
