Been here about a year ago and waiting to return with my friends for a good time racing.This is the real deal here, you actually feel like you are in a professional circuit racing with powerful karts. Plenty of turns and straights to get you going all day with loads of excitement and fun in your pocket.The entrance is organised and staff are very helpful.Looking forward to putting some better lap times than last time 🏎 🕚

Super cool place for draining your extra energy or to simply just have a different date.The suits are washed and used once, the helmets also are sterilized. The gloves and baclavas are disposable. The track is in great condition and well signalized.We enjoyed.every second!Now looking forward for manual ones!

The facilities are great in terms of the track and general location.Disappointed though in the maintenance of the karts, I personally believe the team could invest more time in looking after the karts for better experience for customers we had a few occasions where brakes werent up to spec or the karts broke down.If these could be addressed would be an even better experience.

Great place. Fabulous track. Superb experience. Top safety guidelines. Dont know why they insist on checking temperature on your forehead when every place agrees that it isnt safe. But he insisted. Otherwise great outing.

Awesome fun, well organised and very covid safe

The reception treatment is very poor and by most, especially the reception, reception and reception is not good. Unfortunately, it will be my last visit to me and my family. It is preferable to change the staff or train them to respect customers and visitors.

Having spent a lot of time in Dubai and its many activities I unfortunately have to say that the kart was not up to par. I am a kart professional in France, so I have a different outlook than standard customers.I will therefore list the anomalies and inconsistencies.At first, the lady at the reception was not very friendly, I understand that she sees a lot of people pass by, but hey, a little more sympathy would be welcome.I must congratulate you on the other hand for the sterilization of the helmets and the suits only the locker room was in a bad state.The organization to allocate the karts is not up to the point, you have to go and ask the track marshal for our number when it would be so easy to display it on a big TV screen.The track is beautiful, but the rental karts are in a bad state, the tires are dead and I had terrible play in the steering.Another very disturbing point is the formation lap which in fact does not serve much purpose except compacting the karts together and thus hampering the smooth running. Send your karts spaced 30m apart and do not count the first lap, you will have less contact and therefore less damage and your customers will be able to perform their laps without traffic and drive faster.You have enormous potential there is just a few things to review about the organization to be one of the best tracks in the world.

Professional carting area. They will provide u suit helmet which are newly washed and disinfected. For emirates platinum card you will also get buy one get one free which is amazing. Be ready to do a good workhout as it is harder and fun as it seems to be 😁

Great family experience, safety first from all aspects. Everyone enjoyed showing their competitive side and letting the inner race driver come to life. It does get really busy over weekends and late afternoon, which makes it very difficult for inexperienced children to join on the track.

As of 28th December 2020,Lovely track but very expensive!Love the place and karts. Love coming here. But its very expensive if you guys dont have the 2+1 offer. 132 dhs per session is very expensive.

I used their online booking system as I thought would be best to book before going due to covid. I wanted to go on Saturday 19:30 pm, in middle of booking, the system crashed and took me back to payment page again so I continued and got confirmation. Next day (Saturday) I showed up with friends having paid for 3 people already. They informed me my booking was for the day before and considered a ‘no show’. Therefore when the system crashed during booking it must have defaulted to day of booking as opposed to my choice of Saturday.I was genuinely shocked at lack of flexibility for a genuine mistake from my part to not read the confirmation email in detail and a glitch in their booking system, including long discussions with an operations manager who was not empowered, a subsequent email to inform them of my mistake and request for refund. Returned with very much a cold ‘check t’s and c’s and we don’t held your spot therefore we can’t refund you’. As I was there with friends already we decided to pay one more time and get the experience. It was clear that no ‘slots were being held’ for anyone as lots of people were just showing up or booking for the next available session and no there was no proverbial ‘empty slots’ held.For a business that is customer facing, the lack of flexibility has made me personally not want to go back. Specially as there is a lot of activities that can be done in Dubai.

First track experience.. unforgettable...vroom vroom..

The karts looks pretty used but they are well maintained. No engine stall, no brake issue or any steering issue. The karting experience was great, high speed turns and sharp turns. It will be definitely more fun and competitive if the whole track is raced between friends. On the side note.. bring your own motorcycle helmet if you have one..

Nice outdoor karting circuit.

Call them before going, as they not woring you about events they have. A bit pricy. Karts are aged, but perform well up to 80+ km/h. Driver license needed. You can wear your fullface helmet. Track is challenging and fast.

Didnt have fun at all.1. Brakes on the karts are bad and causes drifts .2. The karts are slower then normal karts.

Loved the track, gear is clean and organised. Competed in the 400lap endurance championship was a lot of fun and learned alot.

I had a great time at their 12 hour race. Very well organized and conducted. I cant wait for the next event.

Very fun track! Good karts although some have issues. Its very funny to see every suit washed and sanitized, same with the helmet, all of this work, but no neck protection. Rather have a neck brace then some single use gloves.

Outdoor and indoor karting tracks. Very well Maintained. The rental karts are in excellent conditions. Safety briefing before every session. On the other hand, Rotax and iame challenges are organised in kartdrom.

Had a good time at Dubai Outdoor Kartdrome. The staff was really helpful and professional.The only downside I would say is the cost. If you manage to get the Happy Hour Sessions which give you 2 sessions for the price of 1 then its fantastic. The management should consider rolling out more offers like this.Another important thing to bear in mind is the heat. If you are nauseous or may feel uncomfortable with a helmet and racing suit on then you should consider the indoor track which i think is air conditioned (not sure).

Always fun for Gokarting with friends. However this time, I had an old kart which kept oversteering. Also, if you wear glasses, they might fog up due to wearing a mask within your helmet ✌️

The track layout has an interesting combination of corners. The gokarts have the right level of power to grip ratio. Makes it quite fun and also challenging even to experienced drivers

Cart and track were amazing but after I was done, my 2 friends who was the pit crew at the 6 hour race were only allowed, I wasnt allowed inside as a spectator, this was understandable but, they told me to leave very rudely, they left me, did not offer to let me stay and sit while I called and waited for my parents (Im 13), they cant make the excuse that I had my phone and I was 131. What if I did not have my phone and I did not remember my parents phone number, since I cannot enter I would be sitting on the road waiting for the race to end and my friends family can drop me off2. 13 still means Im a minor so they are gonna leave me to sit on the road waiting for my parents to come.Overall I would recommend going here but this experience stung me a little as it was my first time as well

Terrific experience although there is room for improvement in places this is definitely a experience that Is worth it and is super fun.

For the price you pay this was by far the best for your moneys worth, you get a full racing suit & helmet also the track is just the perfect length (1.2km) filled with 17 turns. The go karts give out a whopping 13.5hp this is the fastest go kart Ive ever been on. Highly recommended!

Track was full of animals that didnt want to race just smash into each other for fun and Marshalls just ignored the dangerous drivers so had to abandon the session, the track coordinator has a disgusting attitude but reception staff are amazing and very helpful

Absolutely binned it into a wall but it was fun because i ran some 5 year old kid over at 60km/h whoop whoop!

Very fun group activity! We had a small group of 4 people. You have sessions of various time lengths and usually join other small groups in each session. Track was fun and challenging. Premesis was clean and well organized and equipment was all in good condition. There is a small shop stocking snacks and drinks as well as a coffee station. Would definitely recommended this to anybody looking for a fun activity to do with friends and family!

As a regular to the track, its fantastic overall, but the competition you face is down to your luck - the maintenance and track staff are all very welcoming and kind, apart from the receptionist staff who seem a bit overworked and tactless. The karts are usually well maintained and do not seem to have any mechanical faults as such, however some people do complain about being assigned ‘slower karts’. They offer gloves and a disposable balaclava, however their racing suits seem to be old and overused.

Went for Go-Kart recently, found a bed bug on my clothes.The go-karts are with old wheels. would not recommend.I suspect the uniforms are not being sanitized properly.

I loved the track, its small and has tight curves. Very exciting. If you ride here you will conquer dubai autodrome easily...The karts sucks though.

We did a team building activity at the facility. It was really awesome. The attendants were great, the coordinator and instructors were very informative and supportive and the time there was very enjoyable. The adrelanine was pumping, the excitement on the circuit was high and the team left energized and pumped up. It was a great evening! I recommend it for team building exercises.

My kart broke 2 times during my sessions.

Such a fun experience, one of the best tracks Ive ever driven on!! They offer various racemodes to prebook and also arrive and drive options. Briefing was professional. Youll get a full racesuit, gloves and helmet. Karts are good in shape and fast. Track ia well maintained.Definitely will come again!

Great karting experience! Went there twice and both times were awesome. The track is long and wide enough for overtaking. The karts themselves feel very fair, no single one that was faster than others. Would highly recommend

Cars are usually well maintained. Overall, helmet and gloves are supplied. Small supermarket beside the reception with a big variety of drinks and snacks. Abundant free parking slots. Toilets are always spotless and smell nice. Highly recommend for a group karting session. Nice outdoor seating area and racing computer simulation room with multiple devices are a good way to pass time between sessions.

My first time karting! How in my life did it take so long?The track is great, technically challenging and long enough (1.2km on the full circuit) to keep you engaged and fully committed for the whole lap.The facilities are extremely well organised, you get your lap times emailed to you immediately after your session. Staff are friendly and helpful. 100% recommend, will be returning!

Definitely one of the best carting places Ive been to. Race briefing, awesome race gear great course. Challenging circuit. Great time out with the guys. Wish they had a sandwich bar or something decent to eat there. I feel its worth doing 2 sets of 30 min, one is enough. Do 2 and have a better experience

Veey nice place to feel f1 racing

If you want to test your driving skills against friends or family, this is the place for you. Challenging track that is big enough for the field to spread out enough to let you concentrate on putting down a good lap time and beating the competition. This allows you to beat them without having to race them wheel to wheel. Just because they finished in front of you, doesnt mean they had the quickest lap. Friendly staff, good quality protective equipment and the only downside was that some of the karts were showing their age and didnt have the performance of the others.

The outdoor track is really good the indoor nothing special.

Its good and fun but some teenagers are recklessly driving 90,% dont follow the rules and can cause big accident! And hopefully all suits are clean 😄. 🙏

Out dated go karts, not well maintained at all.

Rough play, people bang into you on purpose when they are not supposed to...we complained to the staff who acknowledged there were a couple of consistent trouble makers they were investigating...spoils it for the rest ... One of our group members ended up with a back injury/swelling because of this. We are thinking of taking further action as there seemed to be no outcome in identifying the person who did this yesterday (though I would presume CCTV footage would help).

Unwinding at a bit of a cost. Though prizes for a ride are a bit costly, rest assured its worth it. Different experience than those routine getaways. One needs to be a risk taker and adventure seeker to feel the nerves of driving a kart. Theres an area for kids, a newbie and the Pro for everyone to enjoy.

The check in is easy . identity cards of all registered drivers are required. They are strict about the age limit . always wear sports shoes and light sports shirt. The cars are good enough for the thrill . cost 140 per person with registration.

It is cool and I had a really good time. The only gripe I have is with the maintenance of the vehicles. I drove 2 separate go carts, each had a different thing wrong with it. I would have given it 5 stars otherwise.

Super Fun with friends, with an excellent track and good karts, you can every now and then get a dud kart but the staff are happy to change them out if need be. Best experience is to go with a couple of friends.

Really nice karting track with powerful karts and an overall smooth experience. They have classes too, if you want to improve your skill and become more serious about racing. Has a small store inside the paddock that serves Starbucks coffee. For spectators, theres an elevated viewing platform overlooking the entire track.

Their lab duration system isn’t functioning. I was at the very last spot in my group when we started and by the last lab I passed 4 people twice but in the results it showed that I was before the last 2 people.You need to fix your timing system!

This is the best and most fun place in Dubai add whit a bit of adrenaline rush love it and I’m hook to the sport . I highly recommended if you in Dubai to do it we did the outdoor track heat or no heat it amazing a must do . Definitely will be back for more 👍🏻

GO KARTING...Was one of the best experiences I ever had in my life.. we went there as a part of my company trip.. I feel this was the best refreshment that my company had ever provided to me too.. we had a big gang of nearly 63 members.. we drove in three member each team pattern.. 21 racers moves first for their mission.. followed by next two gang..Was not the first time I did karting.. but experience in Dubai Autodrome is different and remarkable...

Might not be the fastest karts, but definitely the best track.

Kartdrome has a good setup. I played Laser Tag and Go-Karting. The room for Laser Tag was nice and dark making sure we all had fun. As a game I liked Go-Karting better. I chose indoor track.We purchased tickets on the spot and had no trouble.My only complaint with Go-Karting was the suit we were all made to wear. The suits a faint stink to them..Overall it was a fun experience.

It was pretty good. The track is just perfect for driving again and again...you wont feel bored.The staff is okay.The karts are a bit aged but just fine.

A terrific experience of wheels on the track. A must place to visit in Dubai. Reasonable rates to try for. Only thing which loose its 5 star is the mode of transportation. No public transportation. Take a cab or your personal vehicle to this destination.

90% of karts are horrible, you just have to prey your assigned to one of the rare good karts. Not all staff are welcoming too.
