Fun-filled session for any and everyone, even though it was only 15 minutesit was adrenaline filled and allowed one to daydream of being a racer. No unnecessary interruptions or session stops allowing the race to flow. Only draw back is staff could be more enthusiastic or involved in guiding and post session support. Be prepared for the intense heat if you go in the summer

If you are getting at buy one get one its a good deal else its kind of expensive to spend 105AED for 15 minutes.. Inside and outdoor is similar just the track is big outside and hence more expensive. Both inside and outside is equally hot if you are misjudging inside would be considerably less hot

The facility needs a lot of changes on several levels. The staff are not friendly and the service is extremely slow. I expected a staff member to explain for us more what the package offers and where each activity is located in the building. We ended up going back to the reception after each activity go ask whats next. Weve been told to come for the 4pm karting session but it ended ip starting at 5:30. The time schedule is not clear and we kept waiting for the activities to start. The ventilation in the karting area is really bad, its super hot in there. The suits we wore are really thick, they should come up with a solution that wont make everyone sink in their sweat. There are no changing cabins, only bathroom and a small area were lockers are. So its a bit uncomfortable to place the suite, helmet and gloves in that area and be expected to wear infront of the people. The facility needs some interior work, the lighting is dim and it needs more clear directions on how to circulate through.

A great team building experience on a budget.2 races shot the adrenaline up to push friendly competitiveness. It’s a good, clean facility.We opted for an afternoon slot and were the only 6 users of the track. There is a short briefing which is explained clearly by the staff. Everyone needs to suit up into a racing suit for protection. A word of advice - don’t wear your regular clothes underneath. You’re going to boil so your regular clothes will get soggy. Just leave them in the locker room.There are lockers for the valuables in the pit area. Lastly, it’s very easy to find and there is plenty of parking outside for your group.Enjoy the day!

This indoor place is amazing for kids, its the whole experience from fitting the racing suit to the helmet and the instructionl videos for the safety, gives the kids an amazing adventure.

Great racing track for pro and rental Go Karts. There are 17-18 curbs, track consist of ups, downs, tunnel, chicane, etc...GoKart’s are ok, tyres were not in a good condition so there was a lot of a power slide.There are lockers by the track, where you can leave your keys, wallet...Before going to the track, there is a short breafing. Price include racing suit, helmet and some strange gloves (which are not racing).Recommendation to visit.

Fun for kids. We came summer and in the middle of the Covid pandemic. Everything was sanitized and wrapped in plastic, gloves, uniform and helmet.It was really hot, 44 degrees, but the kids raced on the indoor track. There is also a decent sized laser tag area. For 400 aed the 2 kids each had 3 sessions of 15 minutes. Would recommend this place. Its a fun place for kids.

Amazing experience with all the amenities.Starting with the indoor kart racetrack. It was well maintained from the gear to the car, just amazing. The cars and the track are well maintained and u could surely enjoy some time with ur friends here and have fun.Next is the laser tag which had so many gears for ppl to play with and an amazing indoor dark experience with ur own gun to have fun. Get many friends and score the most points. BE THE WINNER!!!!🏆Racing simulators were comparatively good and were great to have some time into virtual racing.Overall it was an amazing experience and the place was very tidy and well sanitisized, following the right precautions.

It is kind of okay experience to try once. The accept the entertainer for only the indoor one! As first time visitor you have to pay 11 AED for each person as membership fees! The cost for 15 minutes is 105 AED/person without entertainer. The helmets ⛑ were not very clean. They do not provide shoes. Be aware of motion sickness, you might suffer for few hours after the game.

Seriously fun session, worth the money for the 2x 15min sessions we had.One complaint was the marshalls not making sure to flag racers not following proper etiquette on the track , bumping and dangerous overtaking or holding faster drivers back without allowing them to pass.

Well organized place. The team is so nice and helpful even professional. During the COVID-19 they are also clean. Organized. And all the tools we will use are sanitized. Had an absolute blast! Standalone tickets are expensive so I suggest getting a groupon or entertainer deal as it contains a lot of value. Me and friends did the indoor go karting and lasertag. Both of them were really really fun. Everyone enjoyed and not a single complain comes to mind. Theyre also strictly following all Covid-19 restriction protocols. The staff is very friendly and guided us through everything. Will love to visit again!NOTE: Do not confuse this with Dubai Autodrome as its a completely different thing. This place is called Dubai Indoor Kartdrome, its in the same area, about a 5 min drive.

Professional carting area. They will provide u suit helmet which are newly washed and disinfected. For emirates platinum card you will also get buy one get one free which is amazing. Be ready to do a good workhout as it is harder and fun as it seems to be 😁

The experience of the drive is amazing. Staff and general welcome, introduction and general premises management is a poor one star. It is obvious that staff has minimum experience or training in customer service or general hospitality. Which is a shame since we all have some basic manners planted by our parents and basic education.

Visited this place after a long time... with my son.My son (age 10) did the indoor track and I did the outdoor one.Indoor track was pretty empty and had only 4 participants including him. Which meant that although it was fun, but it was like racing against oneself. Otherwise, machine was good. Staff were cooperative and forthcoming! Sincere advise is to try and get your “gang” if you wanna come here. Else the “indoor” place can be pretty empty!Outdoor karting was good, we had 22 participants. Machines were not at their prime. They do need an overhaul. Good participation definitely means more fun!Overall a great outing for both me and my son! Strongly recommend for some adrenaline rush!

Great experience with very few activities

Booked and paid for my children a day in advance. Unprofessional staff at the entrance insisted on checking our temperatures on the forehead with some cheap thermometer. I tried and explained the health hazards with infrared radiation on for the brains. They themselves checked on their own foreheads and found no difference with temperature on hand and foreheads. I even suggested them to add 1 degree to what they scan on my hand but they were simply adamant on checking on foreheads. Choose health instead of their ignorance. No refunds as its booked online. Cheats just want the money and not provide entrance making some lame excuses. Never ever coming back here

My son loves this place. It is better to book in advance, as there is a chance that you may need to wait for a long time.

Not a typical playdate but the boys had a blast. Minimum 7 years old. Quieter on weekdays - a better time for the first timer as they race with others. They have safety measures. Will definitely come back.

If you consider yourself more than a beginner I’d really recommend the outdoor track which is really good and has a world class feel to it with elevation changes and some turns resembling famous tracks. However, the indoor track is still a lot of fun for children or even adults with the addition of the drift karts. Definitely super difficult to control. But once you get the hang of it it’s so much fun.

Must visit place for all sports lovers.

It’s great that kids can have fun there. But, the only problem is that the marshals don’t use all the flags. For example, when someone is getting lapped the marshals don’t wave a blue flag

We tried the indoor kartdrome and laser drome.I cant express my experience, it was a fully loaded day and full of fun.From driving the car, to wearing all the gadgets, getting ready for the drive. They give your proper briefing also before you enter the driving area. And OMG what beautiful hamlets they have got.It was a great day and only worth AED 100.Do try once, Im sure youll go back again.

Very nice autodrome with well maintained karts and proper sanitized equipment. Also includes a Lazer tag arena which is good for squad based games. Recommended for both kart enthusiasts (if you prefer outdoors, that is available as well nearby) and Lazer tag fans.

Had a fantastic time. The indoor track is small compared to the outdoor track but it is a great place to start if its your first time. The go karts themselves are surprisingly comfortable and once you start you forget that youre on the smaller track. Its really easy to drive but if you want to really push the limit it takes an understanding on racing to do so, so you get the best of both worlds. eg the wheels actually lock up if you slam on the breaks like in real racing and you start skidding (i know this cause it happen to me a load of times).

Good fun, but for some reasons they are selling groupons when they seem to be busy and charging extra if you want to use over weekends but one can not book the slot with groupon, so no way to know if you will be able to use. So groupon is not a discount for them but lower class ticket, not good.

Reviewing the Same in the Context of a Birthday Party we held there for Kids . The pricing was reasonable compared to other options and the kids will definitely enjoy the same . Spacious Hall for the Cake Cutting festivities and food . Bear in mind , if you want to bring your own food you will have to pay an additional 250 dirhams which we found a bit strange given no extra expense would be incurred by the venue . The package includes a Karting Session ( Caveat being kids must be in Older than 7 years old - no exceptions as IDs must be present ) and a Lazer Tag Session . Takes about 3 odd hours and the kids will definitely enjoy the same . Definitely Recommended 😊

I pariticipated two times the 60 minutes ramadan event on wednesday. The track is very nice and i enjoyed driving. The staff is professional and the events were organized well.One thing i am used from other kart tracks is a monitor/possibility at the finish line to see your actual lap time. Driving 45 laps without even knowing how you are performing just to see your result at the end of the event is not helping to improve your own lap record.I hope there will be a improvement regarding my proposal. Nevertheless i hope to be there again soon.

Took my 2 children for Go Karting, Laser Tag and the car simulation the other day. Kids loved the go kart and laser tag game. Everything was cleaned and sanitised. Simulation game was a little difficult as they were a little young. Only giving it a 4 star and not 5 is because of the security procedure when entering the premises. The guard pointed the temperature gun towards me and then said, sorry you are far away. I then extended my arm but he said the temperature has to be done on the forehead and no other part of the body which i found really strange. He said this was what his company has instructed him to do and pointed to a poster on the wall. So he got up from his seat, came forward and took my temp with the gun right in my face.

This indoor karting for below 12 years also above 12 but above 12 i suggest to go to out door, karting is nice, laser and sim vedio game drive is not that much, better to buy online coupons 3 hours before, and note that if u go in holidays and Friday and Saturday you will pay extra 31 AED per person.

Indoor Karting is suitable for kids, not adults who themselves are tired of driving cars each day.

This is a really nice place to bring the kids. The track has many safety features to insure that riders don’t get hurt when they crash, the race course is well planned, and switches directions every month to keep it entertaining. And while waiting for your turn you can play many fun games like laser tag, car simulators, playstations, or just watch the racers race. Most importantly, the karts are well taken care of, and function very well. Overall, one of the best places to bring the kids in Dubai.

Excellent experience overall. We were two adult and a teenager. I got a coupon with an arrive &drive session plus laser tag and virtual driving. Quick check in and registration (it was the first time for us, remember your EID). Covid-19 measure were more than satisfactory: they give you suit, helmet and gloves all sterilized and still in their plastic bag. The race was very good fun and in 15 minutes I think you have enough time to enjoy it without getting bored. Also the laser tag was good with a large venue; the equipment worked well and the laser pointer was quite precise. The virtual drive? Frankly quite pointless, any videogame would do instead.
