I am using ADLPG App for almost 1 year. I stay at Al Qusais. I never experienced any delays. The maximum waiting period I remember is 1 hour and that even during lockdown. Delivery guys are goodMaintaining quality for 1 year means they are taking customers seriously. I believe they will maintain the same quality in future.

Hi just last weekend we rang over the gas at midnight as we had guests coming over early morning for breakfast and AD LPG GAS came in very handy. They replaced the cylinder within an hour and this I am talking about getting your gas cylinder supply at 1 am on Thursday night. doesnt really happen in places like LIWAN, DSO or Sky courts. thus, Highly recommending these guys.

They said maximum one hour for delivery. They called me after two hours to tell me I need half an hour more.

I called and scheduled a hook up today, and they failed to show at the agreed upon time. I called them back and they said the driver will come now, waited 30 and no show again. Called them back and rescheduled for later in the day and they agreed they would show at that time. No show again, and called them 30 min after the appointment time and they said were coming right now, 90 minutes later, still no arrival. By this time it is pitch black outside and no way they can install it properly and they call me to tell me theyre nearly there. I told them to forget it. Maybe theyre a fantastic gas company, but its completely unacceptable to fail to make multiple appointment times then plan to show up 2+ hours late.

The communication and service is very efficient and friendly. I placed an order and received it within 15 minutes. I chose AD LPG because of all the positive reviews which are an accurate reflection of the high standard of service provided.

I switched to AD LPG because I was having problems with my existing provider. They were superb. Such a relief that there are good companies out there. It just took a bit of luck for me to find this one. First class! (And cheaper than my previous supplier too).

Excellent service. Tried a couple of others with typically poor phone service and no understanding of what seems to me a pretty simple process of asking for delivery of a gas bottle. But then I found AD LGP, used their WhatsApp service and within 30-minutes it was ordered and delivered. The app works very well, the WhatsApp service is staffed by people who are knowledgable and quick, friendly and smiling (yes, even on WhatsApp) and the delivery guy was efficient and helpful. Payment was online and easy.As mentioned in my WhatsApp to them, after 14-years in Dubai it’s a shame to say it’s a surprise to find a service as good as this, but I’m very happy to highly recommend.

SAVE YOUR TIME, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!Ordered gas 5:40pm. Paid it online. But after 40mins nothing is delivered so I contacted their whatsapp number. Told me that theres delay because of Iftar and told me to wait after 40-45 minutes so I waited but after 1 hour, nothing was delivered!Same thing, i complain on whatsapp and someone called me at 7:37pm that it will be delivered 20-25 mins, but nothing!!!! I send again a complain after 30mins! Around 8:07pm someone called me to send to him on his whatsapp my location!!!Poor delivery service! They keep on telling me to wait for this specific time but nothing! If only I can rate them -1, I will!

There is one guy answering on calls his name is Areef, he is very unprofessional stuff at all. The companies name is not AD LPG it’s “The Promise and Liar Gas Company”. Yesterday from 07.00 a.m. till 12 a.m. I was waiting my gas cylinder. So after a lot of fightings I got my gas cylinder in 2 days. I had posted negative comment here immediately and then Areef asked me to delete that negative comment about his unprofessional service, because he promised me that they will deliver cylinder at 09.20 max 09.30 a.m. today, but again no, today I called him at 10 a.m. to ask him as per his promise where is my order and he said again sorry and at 10.40 a.m. they will deliver it to me, but again no, driver arrived at 11.05 a.m. The most important that I waisted my time and nerves without sleep. So I changed my mind and I posted again my “super “ feedback about them.So be careful guys.
