If possible I would have given negative star .. they sell the thrash products to me .. I bought sofa worth more than 5000 .. it is broken in a year.. it’s seats are going down one after the other and fabric is also coming out from here and there .. when I called customer care for help they refused .. I asked them to do the paid service they refused .. I feel so helpless.. I highly don’t recommend this shop

Appalling experience. Sofa fabric is completely different to the one we ordered. Customer service are not getting back to us. Delivery guys chipped our wall and the sofa feet are damaged. Was told to send a complaint email and have called every day but no follow up. Avoid at all costs!!

Np hygiene , the drivery man first time he spit on the glass part to fix it to the rubber of the coffee table, next time they enter garden without permission.Customer service wasnt helpful. Still didnt receive coffee table

Wife and myself were very happy to find the sofa we were searching for from long time actually. That too at very affordable price 👌 . The way they delivered and arranged things were also very professional .

I bought a dining table and chair from the Cityland branch of this store. They will bring it in 3 weeks. But now I want to cancel my order. I wanted a refund from them. They do not cancel a order that has not even come to my house yet. They do not agree to refund money. This is my first time experiencing something like this in Dubai. I regret shopping here. I do not suggest.

Pathetic service, delayed delivery. No co ordination in the organization. Custom built one bed, they got the head board wrong as well.I had sent an email to the customer service, it’s been about 2 weeks with no acknowledgement.They keep promoting that they are 30 years in the business. I guess you never thought about after sales in the last 30 years.Personally I will not buy from here ever again.

Worst furniture and service ever bough a couch 3 months ago and brought me something different and doesn’t fit and refusing to return or exchange. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere where you can get better quality and customer service.

Very unprofessional. Bought furniture and was expecting delivery a week later but they only bought certain furniture and excluded the other ones. The delivery guys told me it would come the following day but instead it came one week later and after 10 separate calls to different stores about where the furniture was.Also as they brought the furniture, no one actually took it up to the specified area and just dumped it at the door for us to open and position ourselves. Furniture is not bad quality but service is very bad. Wouldnt recommend.

I dont recommend this Company to anyone.This is the last time that I will be purchasing from this shop. Pathetic coordination between employees. VERY delayed delivery. Rude and dont have manners to speak. Bad customer service.

If I can give them half star, I will do. Not recommended at all .. I hope I have read the reviews for this place before ordering my bed .. the measurements were incorrect, the bed was bigger than the size we agreed, they are not doing the furniture under home name, they are doing it at Ajman at another place called Royal .. so better for us to check a company at Ajman or a good place here in Dubai like home center, United furniture or even ikea coz they are really good shops according to this mess and even the price .. I have paid the over price they have mentioned coz I thought I will receive something good .. but really dont spent your money in this place .. they should close !!It is like a fancy interface for a cheap workshop in Ajman and I can see that I am not the only one .. all the reviews are sooooooooo bad ..I believe this is the worst in Dubai as I cannot find a bad review like this for any other furniture shop !!They also know that the clients cannot do much so they will not help enough .. u will start with them the Hassle for the callings and the ppl come and go to your home !!! Then nothing !!You already paid the money and they took it .. finish .. they collect the money for very bad furnitures .. I hope no one Else believe the big shop, the interface and pay money for this place !!You will receive furnitures like you are baiting old stuff from Ajman or second hand !!Pics for their great job .. my mattress is 160 and the bed is bigger and they told me this is the usual to make the bed bigger !! Check the shop !!They are crazy .. they tried first to tell me the mattress is 150 !!So now I have 160 mattress for 165 bed !! And they find that is ok and normal !!!They are trying to make the ppl stupid like their work !!Very bad, it is better to choose another store that is respected, known and honest to choose your home furniture. They send your orders to a bad place in Ajman and they are the ones who implement it .. The size of the bed was greater than required !!It is better to choose another place, their prices are more expensive than all those in the market, the service is not the nicest thing, I received the bed in two stages because the sizes of wood were wrong and after that the whole bed was bigger, so there is no waste of money and respectable places are found in Dubai and here originally It is not a factory .. This is a workshop that does a job in Ajman and it is called overpriced and over rated because here they are working in a good way as a facade, but what you will receive is a workshop in Ajman !!!One of the worst experiences and the worst stores !!Rotate on shops known to operate and from their factories !!Save money to respectable and well-known stores ... not workshops in Ajman!Amendment after a time of using the bed .. The wood is rotted and has wood insects !!!!This shop must be closed at all!
