As soon as we entered shop, stuff talked to us and kept beside us. Attitude of stuff is very ok. But, we just wanted to see inside of shop slowly slowly. It was not comfortable. So we just stayed shop only 2min, then left this shop.If you dont mind. The same, it will be very good furniture shop for you.

From my terrible experience with them, I suggest consider before buying anything from them.. They deduct 20% from my refund because they didn’t deliver the product on the agreed time and their driver was disrespectful, and I was ignored for 3 months.. They have zero respect to their customers!!!

I bought a dining table and chair and a corner seat from here. Will bring it in 3 weeks. i havent bought it yet. but I want to return the dining table and chair. they dont accept returns. The order hasnt even arrived at my house yet! But they are making difficulties. I definitely do not recommend it. They are causing problems in the return.

I bought a living room set (sofas)Its soo light and moves a lot. My kids can move it easily..I asked customer service for solutions to fix the issue but no one was help.My living room never look organized because of the material so light.

After buying a mattress they said price was wrong and we will not deliver it to you. Manager name Ahmed he started to say if I did not pay the difference they will not deliver, so I said i work in retail and I know all the rules dont deliver it and see what will happen.Then he started to say staff will pay for the difference its their mistake and I should be human and pay the difference.In first place as management level you should take the responsibility and support your team secondly the approach it self from his side was bad.They delivered the mattress but its not the same quality we saw in store and tomorrow I will visit to compare it with what they display

Worst customer service ever, despite buying so much They have the worst customer service team and system ever.No check and balance, if the furniture is broken you cant replace neither they assist.Terrible experience

Frankly, whoever sees the comment.. this particular shop, at first, treats us well.. and after we insisted on taking the items at the time of payment.. we had a price increase and the day we spoke to them, they said it was a mistake by the one selling,, OK, we dont bear the responsibility!I hope you take care of them!!! And rate them one star because of the mistake that we cant bear.. But the time was short for me and I took the lozenges! And because I installed my design on it and took accessories, there is no way for me to give it up! They defeated us
