Top quality products!

High quality furniture but poor service

Dont expect professionalism from their Dubai branch.They even dont have their top models like Embody in the showroom or dealers. If you want to buy a $1500 chair, you have to buy it before you try.

Very good quality but expensive products

Sadly enough I am forced to write a negative review.During our stay in Cambridge, US for an MBA program at Harvard, we bought the original Eames Lounge and ottoman. We where assured that buying the original was an investment which would allow us to enjoy this very expensive chair for years to come.As our MBA was finalized, we moved back to the UAE and in process, our chair had a damaged joint. As per the insurance, no problem, we just needed to obtain a quote and have chair fixed.But when we did try to go to Herman Miller or Vitra, we where told they couldnt help us due to the distribution rights. they referred us to Vitra who just doesnt answer emails or phones for one 6000 USD chair. Vitra in the Middle East is not responsive and till date (6 months and counting, our chair is unusable and we are unable to get it fixed.I am dissapointed in all parties and I would not recommend anyone buying this furniture from the UAE as the warranty and service dissapears once you cross a border.
