Excellent service, the issue that occurred last year was due to an unexpected new border rules released by the Jordanian Government, which also affected all the other shipping companies.In my experience, this company has made an amazing reputation in the past 18 years, but because of an unprecedented setback, other customers were upset, something they can not be blamed for.

Unprofessional, ignored phone calls once they got their payments, failed to deliver the shipment to canada and kept postponing refund process. Gave us a fake shipment policy and took advantage for our inexperience in shipping cargo by telling us that everything is going fine when the material has been in their office the whole time.

Heard the news about the delayed return of vehicles from Amman in 2018. Although I had my suspicions after reading the negative reviews, but after having a talk with Mr. Rami, I was able to understand that the delay occurred because of a sudden governmental orders issued by Amman. I exported my car to Jordan two years ago and currently working with them to ship my items to Montreal. So far so good.

Dont you ever think to contact or ship your cargo with this company.1- Concorde Cargo promised to ship my cargo from Dubai to a European country in 55 days only; until this very moment its been more than 4 months now and I still didnt receive my shipment.2- The branch of the company in Dubai is the worst ever you will experience in your entire life; they dont issue professional invoices ( only signature with no stamp ) and lack necessary information to where the shipment is going. However, they will just ignore you once they get your money, they dont reply to emails no matter how urgent is your situation, the only reply you may get is that the concerned staff is ON LEAVE! And they will never help or appreciate your need. They have have no respect to time whatsoever.3- If you are thinking of shipping your cargo with the branch of Dubai be careful and count to 10 before calling them. Be aware of the following staff (Dubai branch):1. Managing Directior, Rami M. Al Omari2. Executive Manager, Mahmoud Al Aqqad3. Cargo Supervisor, Praise Castro4. Dubai Customes Clearance Manager, Mustafa YousefThe head of the snake is #3 Ms. Praise she is the Noble Prize winner for the most careless staff in the entire of humanity EVER! She is responsible for my shipment but she rarely replied and if she replies she will tell you she is on leave.I have contacted all the above mentioned staff but they never cared or replied to any of my emails. I dont know where is my stuff and what happened to them! Its been more 4 months now people.I gave them more money for home delivery, but I recently discovered that they arent even including that in the shipment which means I will have to pay more if the shipment arrives. Its just a total mess and chaos. They stole my money with no regrets or sorrows. I didnt get my cargo, they gave me headache and wasted my time. Right now am appointing a lawyer to follow up with the case.4- Be sure, they will over rate you and mislead you. They accept only what they like, many random messages on whatsapp when i told them i need to transfer 1 KG no body even replied.
