If i can only rate by Zero Star i will do it! This ATA Cargo delaying my cargo box since May we ship our Cargo and until now August they are just saying that it was delayed on port and now in customs and so on!!!! 2 months already we dont want to wait another month to wait for our cargo box!!! worst cargo delivery every!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also people working there are not professional and un responsive!!

Do not use this company. I paid them in March to ship my household goods to the U.S. After three month my shipment arrives and clears customs. I then find out ATA never paid the shipping costs to the export company so now my property is being held until I pay 5000 dh to the export agent. ATA is unresponsive when I try to get them to pay this. They are thieves.

Was promised a price for shipping and was ready to pay, only to find out that the actual price was double!Completely blindsided as I was in a rush and trusted them with the service!

The service was totally unprofessional1- I was charged a big amount of mony !2- there was no Inturence on my contract and I was not informed about it after paying a big amount !3- all my expensive items was missing and all my crystals were broken in pieces.4- every thing was packed only with paper for a long distance, almost all furniture should go to garbage as they store the furniture in open area .5- the company was not responsible for all missing and broken items!6- the extra money was never refunded back to me ( big amount) even after so many police cases .I paid once to company account but after they informed me they haven’t received the money true online banking,I paid again the same amount in personal account of mr.sajid ,1 mount later the bank informed me both money transfer was gone to their account ,they keep denying and I couldn’t get the money back .You better check their office before making your decision.By the way most of good reviews is done by the company members ,saiid hossien has a 5 star review here but he is the owner of the company not a client! also Allin is one of the employees!

ATA Cargo made my shifting easy. The packed all my stuff in 40 ft. to my country in Luzon, Philippines. The packing team was good. Although it took long time to reach my down south town, i appreciated the effort of ATA Cargo team to calm my anxiety. they gave me a tracker link. and the container reached very well all goods came safe. good condition. my friend recommended ATA to me and they proved good.

I have been dealing with ATA Cargo services since day 1. Just recently I asked them to shift all my household items from Dubai to Australia, Aileen is very professional and cooperative. Every inquiry I have therein were answered promptly and properly. The transaction was very smooth and efficient, they have handled my stuff with care. These guys were very unprofessional. They filled many of the boxes half empty in order to increase the container size. Also, a lot of my items were damaged when it arrived. The delivery company said that its because ATA did not use bubble wrap for glasswares and some of the delicate items were kept at the bottom. They also did not tell me about the insurance and i did not get a refund for any of the broken items!

I sent my shipment with this company from Abu Dhabi to Canada on first of July and until now I have not received, I have to send email and 10 reminders to get a response, they promised in the quotation to delivery my shipment within 60 working days, and now it almost 5 months and I still waiting

Also my 20 ft container goods came after 60 days. They all did a very good job packing and labelling my goods air and sea separate, moving from my house in Jumeirah Village Circle , Dubai . It was a good experience with ATA for their professional approach. i wish them all success.

Hi, I arranged with ATA Cargo, for my Santiago Move. The Villa in Muhaisna, Dubai , was a 5 bedroom hall kitchen was a fully loaded house. it took 4 days to wrap pack and load into a 20 and 40 ft container, my kids` bicycles, toy Quads, my husband`s Gymn unit, the complete tool room at out house. It would have been difficult without ATA cargo. They are perfect in their job, It was a great joy to see both my containers reaching Santiago within their specified time. They gave me a link to track my shipment . ATA Cargo made the move so simple. Kudos to their good job. God Bless them.

I booked a 20 ft container thu ATA cargo for Manila, Philippines. they did a good job, the packers were efficient, The container came fairly on the committed time, their office kept the info for me as it was taking a little longer. the best part was their partners here in Manila did good to shift and unpack. You moved my house the 5 bedroom villa from Springs , Dubai back to my home in Gunnison, Colarado, USA. The crew was absolutely professional , minding their own business for the 3 full days of shifting. They packed and loaded all my goods in the container. and in 65 days it reached home. Their counterparts here delivered the goods all intact. I am quite happy with their services. Value for money. 10 out of 10 for efficiency score.

ATA cargo did a splendid job, I had to move back to my country Balina, Ireland. A short notice . the guys came to my 2 bed appt. with an attitude and time frame. all done well, dismantling Kid`s Trampoline, furniture, wardrobes, flat packed them to stuff all well in a 20ft. The crew was good. worked till late night . the goods reached my home in Ireland in good condition. They also flew my St. Bernard Pet all safe and good. I wish ATA all success.

DONT TRUST ATA LOGISTICS...!I used them for a move from Dubai, UAE to Vancouver, Canada.Although I paid for insurance, ATA lost items and never reimbursed me. I was charged to get insurance, but perhaps ATA didnt insure me at all. They did not respect the contract and I had to pay a local company additional fee for door to door service. The managers are great at communication just to get your money. After that, they never respond to any claims.

It was a horrible experience dealing with them.It took over 5 months for the shipment to be delivered against committed 1.5 months from UAE to Singapore.More than the delay the unprofessional and rude attitude of its staff was very annoying.Would never recommend to anyone.

From the moment we started communicating with ATA they were excellent! They explained everything in full detail and were very proactive in replying to our communications. They sent someone to our apartment to look at all of our goods to give an accurate quote; which they honored at the time when business was conducted! Sajid was very pleasant to deal with as was Noman handling all the logistics of the pack. The actual workers also did an amazing job packing up all of our personal belongings with care making sure that breakage would not occur during transport. Hi, I used ATA Cargo for sending my 2 numbers of 20 ft. containers for my 2 bed room household , my American Lincoln Navigator Car and a GSX R1000 Suzuki Motorcycle , from Al Ruwais, UAE back to my country in Vaughan, Canada. Their crew was prefect in handling the car, crating the bike, packing up my stuff. I received all of them good in 55 days. They deserve words of praises. I wish them the very best.

Not happy at all. Promises about included costs were not met resulting in me having to pay costs at destination that were supposed to be paid by ATA. During survey all my goods were to fit in one container. This turned out to be another false promise.Goods were removed and packed in container off site.Items were removed from my premises without being listed/logged (apparently with my approval when questioned).Packing of sensitive goods and clothes done badly. Suits and leather goods had to be treated.

I moved my items from Dubai to Sydney through ATA Cargo. Their service is very professional. Their packing team did a fantastic job. Initially I was worried about my electronics, but finally I received them in a perfect condition. Only issue I faced initially about the shipping to start from Dubai which was kind of delayed by almost a month, although I was sure it was expected since mine was a groupage shipping. Overall, its a reliable company. I would always recommend to use services of ATA Cargo & logistics L.L.C.

Worst shipping company ever, do not use.I shipped some cargo from Abu Dhabi to Ottawa, Canada with them.First they mislead you with the information they give about delivery.They promised 60 days they delivered in 150 days. Part of the stuff was rotten because they stored the boxes in dubai in the open which lead to accumulation of humidity and then damaging part of the stuff.We had to buy most of the things that we shipped so it was a waste of money.An extremely frustrating experience.They rarely responded, and they use poor performance companies in Canada.Very bad experience.By the way part of the 5 stars is fake reviews. If you analyse them you will notice that big part has given reviews only once for ATA only.Do not use them.

Moving and relocating are quite difficult.It will take time , energy and even money.But having my experience in this company , I must recommend it for everyone. I didnt find difficulties from thier personnel with regards to the important things which has to be done.They are more concerned and all thier people are committed to work. Be careful guys.I shipped my furniture with them and it took 4 months to recieve it in Canada.Also their counterparties in Canada are not better even worse.Once you start to follow up with them they start ignoring your emails . We shipped our furniture from Dubai to Canada with this bad company. They false promised us on many things just to get you sign and pay then you are stuck!First: he told us that the container will leave Dubai after 5 days then it left Dubai after 30 days.Second, they write in the contract exactly opposite to what you agree on verbally ( please read the contract, they protect themselves sonif you recieve your stuff after 4 months you can’t ask for any compensation)We received out furniture after almost 4 months!Bottom line: group of unprofessional people from operations to sales to manager

I moved to Sydney with the help of ata cargo. I got my household goods including sofa, washing machine, refrigerator and bed set without any damage. I was expecting some damages as many people scared me that these goods may not reach as it is but fortunately I got everything in excellent condition.The service was door to door moving service and I am fully satisfied with them. I am really thankful for the support and care which ata cargo team did for my delivery.

I would give it no stars if possible. I moved from Dubai to Canada. At first, I was provided with the wrong cargo number. I finally got the correct tracking number and by the time my things got to me a bunch of things were missing from my boxes such as a set of knives, various perfume bottles and a whole lot of dry fruit. When contacted the Sales Manager, I was told he would enquire. Upon constant emails and calls from my family members in Dubai theh said that some of the stuff was taken out by the customs and they dont know where it is.Long story short, this happened two months ago, I still don’t know what happened to my things. I checked with other cargo companies and apparently perfumes and dry fruits cannot be a part of cargo and let me specify here I asked the employees of ATA cargo who came to my house to pack if dry fruit was okay as I had my doubts and they said its absolutely fine. It still doesnt explain why a set of knives is missing as that is a household item.I have been overcharged and ignored and these boxes upon packing in Dubai, atleast 2 of them, weighed 30kgs and when I got them here they hardly even weighed 20.All in all as unprofessional and as unethical as it gets.

Dont every deal with this company. One of the worst experiences weve ever had. If they dont have answers, they either lie or dont pick up calls, but never have a hard time taking your money. Our shipment was 2 weeks late with constant lies during the entire process.
