Sent two boxes to Canada and they opened the boxes and repacked the item without informing me. They didnt informed me also that I need to pay some customs duty in Canada. They didnt even know that I have to pay for customs duty and that I have to clear the shipment personally and just told me to call DHL Canada. I packed my items too well so it will not be deformed or broken only to find out upon receiving the boxed that they opened it and repacked like a trash. I sent them my complaint and until now no response or feedback

Awful company. All reviews refer to them re packaging boxes without telling people to save on shipping costs. They dense everything in boxes after we’ve neatly packed our things. They don’t respond to complaints. Their manager gives high reviews. They are cheats and liars!! Don’t risk it.Look on google for AGL Express and AGL LLC - they have different business accounts to confuse people. Their ratings are all rigged!! do ur research before using these cheats.

Terrible service. I asked them to come and inspect the shipment I wanted to send to Australia, they booked the appointment and never showed up. There was not even an attempt to reach out and contact me again. I gathered they were not serious about the business and chose another company instead. Dont bother with them.
