DKC Cargo is a fake company. i sent a delivery to Nepal for my friend but not delivered since 5 month and no one pick any call. i will make a police complaint.

Dear valued customer ....Please do not use DKC cargo. Very poor service and unprofessional staff. I send my cargo from Dubai on 6 June 2020 four pieces as per them they will deliver items Door to door and i got the call in Nepal Dashain and they said come and collect the items from Gopi Krishna Hall @ chabahil so after I informed them this is your door to door service?? Which is I paid in Dubai for full amount. After so many call they delivered only 3 pieces till now I’m waiting my fourth item and I’m keeping calling them they do have so many fake reasons. When I’m calling in Dubai they say go through WhatsApp but they don’t reply my quires. I never seen such type of cargo service. They provide worse services. Never ever use DKC cargo.

Cargo service is very slow comparing to other cargo services. I think this company should improve their customer service for their satisfaction and call reply.

DKC Cargo is the worst cargo i have ever seen. Our cargo will not be delivered on time. They never take initiative to contact u regarding any matter, whether its delayed or not reached or anything. Still back home my family has not received cargo yet. Dont take this cargo ever and ever....🤬🤬
