The suit case which was meant to be delivered to dammam from Dubai was asked by the picker in Dubai not to lock the suitcase which my relative agreed and didn’t lock as we thought they are trust worthyOnce I received the suitcase I found many things missing the weight charged from Dubai was for 30 kg and what I received was 27 kgBut 3 perfumes are missing and bakhoor is missing Syringe 💉 50 piecesSanitizers 500 ml and 100 mlFeeder baby phillip eventSmall mirrorWet wipes pack was also missingIf this was removed by the customs it was supposed to be informed before not when we discover and poor response and bad follow through

Very bad customer service, I contacted the number in the website and after waiting for almost 2 hours they give me another number, once Im chatting with him its takes several minutes to reply to me finally he didnt give me even a single info or asked about any information, ending this miserable conversation with we will back to you tomorrow, just wasting half a day for nothing latterly.
