Place didn’t smell great. Great attitude and kind staff but there is no tranquility, serenity and ambience of a spa. Also the massage was 10mins short.

The place and massage itself was very nice, very professional, adjusted to my request for pressure without any problem, so 5 stars for the spa team.The unpleasant thing that actually destroyed the whole experience was some dance hip hop class next doors that was just bumping into your head directly, was so loud that couldn’t hear the soothing massage music at all. Really bad coordination and disrespect for the clients paying for relaxing massage and instead feeling like they are on a disco party.

They have an accommodating staff and a very relaxing place too, thank you for the good service! Also they have a lot of promos that you can avail

The environment here is very comfortable. The technique of the masseur is the best I have ever done. From the reception to the end of the massage service, I was very attentive. I also prepared hot tea for me. I will have a good dream at night. I will bring my friends next time. Together, they will love it too.

Therapist Sarah was good, customer oriented and very attentive, massage was very nice personally for her 5 start, but I can’t relax from the sound of sauna which was just next door to my treatment room 5, so annoying , improve your sound proof system, it’s spa not airport.

Great massage. Located on the M floor of the building. I like the sanitisation they do before the start the treatment. Highly recommend.

Booked a 90 minute couples massage with my wife. The staff were very polite & professional. The massage was awesome. Totally happy we chose this place.

For the amount you pay, its a third class massage. Very shady vibes and unprofessional male staff. Please hire a certified therapist. The female massage therapists are good but theres something off about them.

Got a deal on Groupon for a couples massage a few months ago. didnt get a chance to write a review. They decided to tell us that theres only a girl and a guy available for the massage. I said fine hoping that it would be professional but no, the male massage therapist decided to tell me halfway through the massage that he actually works in the office and they were short on staff so hes filling in for someone. THAT MADE ME SO ANGRY. I wanted to leave rightt there and and then but i didnt wana make a scene.but SHAME on you guys for such low standards and unprofessional protocols. If you are short on staff let us know in advance rather than having some random employee masssage women. NEVER GOING BACK

This place is very nice and has great potential. However, the male therapist, of which they had 1, was frail and did not deliver a professional massage. It horrible that customers have to pay such a high fee for sub grade service.I reserved a 90 minute massage, and after 15 minutes of lack luster oil lathering and spot therapy, I kindly asked the therapist to stop and he begged me to give him another chance. After 10 more minutes, it was clear that he lacked the experience to work in a spa or any treatment center for that matter!!Please reconsider before going to this place. And it also seems that the Thai female therapists were set and ready; almost like a female trafficker cover. It boggles my mind that a therapist can provide a great service with a face covered in Stripper style make up. Very crazy place.

Lovely massage, rooms are spacious, very clean, nice showers & amenities !The relaxing area is very nice, bright and very quite.The receptionist - was very welcoming and showing courtesy all the way till she direct me to the room.The therapist - was excellent, she was asking if I’m ok all the time.The jacuzzi is very clean and spacious.Overall I have enjoyed my time there.Highly recommended & definitely will be back.

I booked a deep tissue sports massage but was paired with a masseuse who couldnt apply much pressure and have a very basic massage. Gave 3 stars because the masseuse was very nice, booking was easy, spa is clean.

Average.I called to book during afternoon around 3:30 and when I arrived I was informed that was booked for 5:30 and then they were able to accommodate at 4:15.When I arrived it was bit of chaos, disorganization and they told me have a sit in the hotel club lounge, which didn’t happen, but the bar at the hotel lobby.The massage was not so ok and the facilities for the massage bed and the shower not really appropriate.

One of the best Deep tissue massages with Thai massage techniques I’ve had! Wow! Just walked up from the beach and managed to get in on a Tuesday with 50% off.

Outdated spa, very old interior , smelly rooms and bathrobes. Booked 90 min massage in the evening and staff didnt inform me about working hours.I really wanted to use sauna but it was already closed.The staff is unprofessional , bad communication skills .The place needs big time renovation and good staff management . Therapist was good though .

I was really looking forward to this spa and had high hopes. Unfortunately it did not meet my expectations at all.I had pre booked three days in advanced which was a real struggle given the fact the lady who had answered the phone spoke hardly any English.The day of my appointment I thought I would just ring up to reconfirm my time slot as I hadnt received any form of confirmation via text or email.To my surprise the gentleman who answered my call, could not find my booking. He kindly offered to rebook me in for a late afternoon session, which I agreed too.On my arrival there were no welcome drinks like you recieve at other luxury spa, I have been too.The front desk appeared to be very disorganized and hectic.I was taken to a very small area which was connected to the mens barbers shop/ waiting area. Which seem a little out.if place to say the least.Shortly after a lady came in and took me into the.back where there was a mattress on the floor. As I was not book in for a thai reflexology massage I declined the room, it had no vibe, was very small and I didnt particularly wish to be on the floor next to stone tiles.After much going back and forth with the lady requesting to be moved. I was then offered a couples room, this room was closer to looking like the images which are on the website 🧘‍♀️.A good treatment is not just about the technique of the massage but your surrounding environment. The temperature of the room must be adjusted to your body temperature, lighting, back ground music, the aroma of the room these all play a big part of ones experience.Unfortunately the biggest let down to my experience was the lack of care, lack of attention to detailing and poor customer service during my time there.....and heres why..1. No welcome drinks2. Nobody showed me around the spa3. I was not asked to change into a robe4. I was not offered a locker to place my personal belongings should I wish to use the steam room and hot tub etc5. I was not introduced to the lady giving me a full body massage.I have no idea what her name was!6. I was not offered water before starting my full body massage7. At no point did she ask me what pressure I wanted and nor did she ask me if it was ok.8. She didnt ask me if I was comfortable9. Sound installation is poor, unfortunately I could not mentally switch off due to screening and crying babies. People talking outside the room. Poor layout of the spa locating a room next to the children pool area.10. I was not offered to relax in there relaxation area (if they even have such space). Simply to get dress and off you go.11. No refreshments ( all the luxury spa I have experienced in Dubai there has always been an area whereby you seat and relax offered a selection of different herbal teas alongside options of fruits and nuts).Based on my personal experience I would not be revisiting this spa. When there are hundreds of other spa resorts that offer higher standards of service.👎
