After a recommendation from a friend, I made an appointment and I had the most amazing time at Chi. From the moment i stepped in the door I was pleased. Reception was attentive and friendly. Not only did the spa have a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere and wonderful decorations, the services were outstanding. The massage therapist was effective in treating my muscles and used perfect pressure. You can tell that they are very professional and well trained. I was so relaxed and comfortable. Too many good things to mention. Just wow! It exceeded my expectation. I am genuinely impressed with the excellent service they provide. Kudos to the owner/management of this spa. They do a fantastic job with it. The prices are reasonable and the entire experience is worth repeating. I will definitely come back more often. If you are looking for a massage that is as physically therapeutic as it is relaxing, book a 90 minute combination massage (head to foot). It is worth every penny. They have a membership card where you can enjoy some discount.

This place is awesome! They really understand and make sure that you are pampered and made to feel that you are the MOST important person there. They strive to make sure your visit is perfect and relaxing. I LOVE this place because of the personnel. Friendly staff, beautiful spa! I would go back and definitely recommend this spa. I went to relax & my goal was accomplished. Everyone must have a spa day with Chi Spa. There location is very easy to find.

Don’t be put off by the photo of the outside of the store, it almost put me off, but I’m so glad I tried it anyway. Really lovely interior, very relaxing, comfortable, reclining chairs, friendly staff, nice tunes, but most importantly really great massage. Just the right kind of pressure, felt great after it all. Hope to make it a regular experience!

I wanted to rate my therapist, Ms Shein a 5 ⭐ for the good combination of Foot reflexology with ginger or whatever and full body deep tissue that she did to me and another Thailand therapist did for my friend, we love the message but I think these professional masseuses are on the wrong Spa, they should be in 5 ⭐ Spa. I would rate 3 ⭐ for their receptionists that talking loudly over the phone having video calls, other one watching on the phone while entertaining and explaining their services to us and the reception area smells like fried chicken 🍗, obviously because KFC is beside them. I wanted to tell them like, common guys a Spa is supposed to be a peaceful and refreshing place to relax yeah. But I hope to see my therapist again when I get back to Dubai.

Best foot therapy massage so far I could find in Dubai. Eden is amazing, in case foot injury like mine, she was the right person to go to.

The receptionist is rude, I tried to book and she keeps saying theres no available. And they dont accept the 11:30 pm appointment as she was saying they will close at 12midnight. They purposely putting down the phone if we try to call and get an appointment. I tried calling to Marina branch and at last, they gave us a chance.

One of the best reflexology venue in Dubai with the real technique of remedy not just for relaxation but for curing. The receptionist is very kind and also the therapist is professional and what is more the therapy room is really dedicated to those who would like the real relief for your exhausted foot!

I had a relaxing experience with an hour foot massage @ 180 dhs ( 50 USD ). I think it’s a bit expensive; fair price for such service would be 80 - 100 dhs ( 22 - $30 ). Yet I’m okay with the 180 dhs price if the boss pays the staff decently ( at least half of sale ). Cuz they are hard working, gentle and decent. Thank you Chi foot spa.

Great experience with traditional chinese foot massage (60 minutes). Massage starts with 10 minutes massage of neck and shoulders. Then you sit in comfortable positioning seat and 50 minutes of foot massage begins :-)Friendly and kind staff (both receptionist and masseuse).Place is modern, dark as you can see on the picture, but perfect for relax...and maybe to fall asleep after all day :-)

Chi foot spa was a very good experience. Friendly staff great service. Better take an appointment and go. Must try. Note ~ first timers when using google maps ( or anything else ) please while navigating you will see hilton garden inn and opposite to that is public parking. As if you go for the name chi foot spa you will be on the road there is no parking there. Enjoy :)

It is good and supper quite area as that time I went I was at AlJuma (Friday) prayer.The staff are friendly and the ginger blood circulation massages was new to me which gave me nice heat on my knee only and the lady she did was good. I just wanted a traditional oil message that can give little heat or a relaxing sense but the just have only one type of oil.

I never miss an opportunity to enjoy the deep treatments whenever I am in Dubai...

Excellent place to spend an hour, a little painful at times as the knots are worked out but mostly relaxing and invigorating. I chose the ginger knee wrap thing and that was also very good. The Chinese lady who treated me was a lot stronger than she looked and has iron fingers. 5 star!!

One of my favorite places where you can get a professional massage. Definitely I recommend it! The technique is similar to the Swedish massage, i.e. it is hard, pressing the knots, can be a bit painful, but curing.For those who are looking for some light tapping and pats I would advise to find some regular spa.As well you can google first what is Chinese massage rather than complain. Otherwise it looks like youre eating the cake and complain that its sweet :)

Two of us went for foot massage and receptionist didnt give us proper price before massage. After we finish instead of 270, what we thought, it was 550. She didnt explain properly and clear the price, she saw we didnt understood in a right way and took double money after massage. Simple trick of taking money. We will not go again.

Ambiance quiet relaxing,Receptionist is very accommodating, but what I don’t appreciate is, i am a regular client of al barsha branch together with my husband and the last treatment i had whis is Friday (eid)is with lue (lee) though she looks professional with her uniform and the way she assisted me, her performance as a masseuse doesn’t make me relax at all, feels like she doesn’t like to work at that time, and at the end it gives me pain on both calves until today, it so disappointing that when I called and talked over the phone with their so called master, he just advised me to use hot towels for three times to relieve the pain but the pain never goes and I’ve noticed that there’s certain parts of my legs are swollen and my varicose veins was popped up. As a client, when things doesn’t goes well, I’m expecting something much more than giving an advice. I’m not asking for free services because I can pay, but at least let me come to check what happened to my muscles to stop me from worrying. I can say that the guy they called master is unprofessional regarding with handling complaints and the therapist should have to call back the client to check where her services render gone wrong.

I dont find it relaxing due to noisy customers inside, we been there with my husband and were expecting it to be relaxing but we were just disappointed. I wonder why they accept a drunk people and they let the ladies do the massage for them. And for the couple room was inside the gents section wherein we r expecting that a couple should be separated from gents only. The idea of separating ladies section from gents section was good but they should separate a couple or family section as well, so they dont mixed up with the gents, its too awkward to sit in there with the gents custimers are seeing a lady inside, isnt it?

I visited this pedicure center in February 2018, because I was interested in knowing what the method they use is, of course the method is apparently a Chinese but rudimentary method, it is only with 3 different sharp knives, one to remove calluses, one for cut nails and another to polish the skin. Soak your feet in a hot water that almost burns you, hahahaha careful! And they do not put a little cream at the end but ask for something that is normal in any room! Regrettable staff abuse. The pedicurist works with a lamp on the forehead because the salon is also for massages and the light cannot be turned on! Pay 21 euros Horror but the cheapest of all ..... for those who want to experiment, it is excellent, my feet were soft and without calluses ...
