I work in retail since I came to Dubai and I know it is illegal to give prices without tax!! Like why shall I be surprised later with tax addition??? Prices are expensive and quality of work is not good stickers on the baloon are already pealing off 30 minutes later and they were not even sticking correctly!!

I regret getting an installation of flowers for my wedding from this shop. My wedding was up till 10PM and the flower shop called at 7:30PM to pick up the flowers MID WEDDING?!?!?! my husband called back furious after the wedding was over telling the delivery guy we were attending OUR OWN WEDDING! the driver guy who was also the same person who installed the flowers started laughing on the phone completely impolite and in a disrespectful manner. We spoke to the owner of the shop and she completely denied and didn’t even apologize for the great inconvenience she and her team have caused us during our wedding. Till this day I am waiting for an apology from the owner but obviously there was no regards given to me as a customer. Zero.

The shop has a variety of flower options to cater to every occassion. I worked with them for my wedding, the flower arrangments and bridal bouquet were so beautiful. Amazing customer service and the owner is super friendly!
