Amazing flower delivery service for my mother in law for her birthday. She just received the flower bouquet and she was so happy. Flowers were prepared perfectly, they were fresh and full, attractive price and thorough customer care. ❤️

Amazing services and design

I’ve NEVER seen a stingiest flower shop in my life! They do NOT decorate the bouquet at all, you have to pay for any kind of decorations (which is not supposed to be the case because bouquets especially big ones are supposed to be decorated). AND they do not even give a CARD with the bouquet!!!!!!!!!!! So that they make you pay extra for it without even letting customers know about that!! This is A SCAM. And it’s only here, no other flower shop offers thwe same BAD SERVICE. Unfortunately, there’s no 0 star to give.

I was scrambling last minute to arrange for Valentines Day flowers and the Bloom Box website came across my screen. Their Valentines Day Special offer was the best in the market but since I was trying to book just one day before, ofcourse the website showed they were fully booked. I got in touch with customer care to see if still had a chance. I am so so grateful to Anu for fitting one more order in and it was delivered today, right on Valentines Day as promised. She not only coordinated with her ops team, but also kept me updated at all times which I thought was phenomenal. I dont think Ive come across such a high quality, honest, prompt and value for money service in Dubai.A big thumbs up and very highly recommended.Bloom Box Team you guys are doing a world class job!

Initially we received a Christmas tree that didnt meet expectations at all. After a rather frustrating experience of trying to get any sort of response for 3-4 days, to his credit, Alex personally called and sorted out the situation. We now have a lovely Christmas tree and everyone is happy. I only wish we had gotten some sort of response from them a bit quicker, as its frustrating to feel like your concerns arent being heard.

One of the best floral services I have came across in UAE , Specially for office decoration with flowers & their exclusive corporate gifts. Highly recommended!
