First of all I would love to extend my appreciation to the staff and I’m sorry didn’t get the pleasure to know her name.I’m out of the country and had personal issue with my lady and felt I have to apologize by sending flowers at that moment and not far too late.Googled and I was lucky to find Valentino Flowers, before I placed my order , I thought to call and ask if they can deliver the flowers as soon as they can.I placed my order and immediately the most kind and helpful lady contacted me on Whatsapp confirming the order have been placed.I felt this lady could help deliver the flowers sooner if I explain my situation to her.I was totally right about her and most importantly, impressed with her concern about my situation and her warm good luck wish….Perfect timing of delivery my lady just woke up, 30 to 40 mins later, I received thank you text from my lady and I can feel the happiness from her words.Thank you Valentino Flowers management for employing a professional quality service and communication and of course special thanks to the kind person who saved my day.My lady loved the surprise and I appreciate the service…….best of luck

Easy to order via website, very responsive over whatsapp, delivered within timeframe and wow what a gorgeous flowers🌸 definitely exceeded my expectations!

Some leaves were brown on arrival, but flowers overall looked good. Unfortunately they smelt only of Indian food and spices. The flowers had been sat in the delivery drivers car for a number of hours after collection and prior to delivery. 3 days after delivery still smell the same. No smell of flowers, which is half the joy of flowers. Hugely disappointing and won’t use them again. There are many better options in Dubai for flowers, with more professional delivery service. I informed the company, and they apologised but nothing more, and no offer to replace or exchange them.

The best flower shop, the flowers and roses are such fresh and beautiful, their customer service is brilliant, the staff are very helpful ans smiling all the time, I recommend this shop for all occasions, they have a stunning selections of roses. Highly recommended, and big thanks to Eric for his help and smiling face.

Beautiful Fresh Flowers!

Extremely disappointed with the service and quality of the flowers! Ordered a bouquet for valentines to send to my girlfriend at work. I was told it would be delivered at a certain time! But it never did get delivered!! After calling multiple times and with no response I had to go down to the shop myself, pick the flowers and give them after to my girlfriend. Thank you Valentino flowers for ruining my suprise and plans! To top it off the quality of the flowers is awful. The roses are already dieing and the leaves going brown! Rest assured I will not be recommending anyone your service!
