One of my favorites flower shop in Dubai. The service is good. They are creative with their bouquets and wrappings. Also nice vases.

It’s the best flower shop love it they have fresh flowers all over the place they do deliver to but it always full. great job to who own it just one idea if that shop can be a flower+coffee shop it would be amazing ... Something like farmers coffee 1- its organic 2- local brand 🇦🇪

I always arrange bouquets and send to my beloved family in Dubai. I live in Saudi Arabia and arranging flowers is very easy with Bliss flowers. They are professional. Have unique selections. Always choose fresh flowers. Great variety of chocolate boxes. They always wow me. What I choose, they make it even better than pictures. I Always choose them. Very polite and cooperative staff. Sometimes they are good and sometimes they are not, so I guess it will depend on the person who is handling your request!They lack consistency in the way they serve you.

Amazing flower shop in Jumeira, a lot of flowers are available and they have really unique flowers. When you enter the shop you feel you are in flowers garden well arranged and nice smell because of the flowers everywhere.

I have been ordering with them since last 1 year, they have never disappoint me. Their flowers are full of color, on top of it the arrangement and color combination are terrific

Good diversity, great staff, very helpful and their recommendations are spot on.I bought tulips for home, they lasted longer than any other time I picked tulips in Dubai.I like the most that they put the customer satisfaction first and you feel it with the recommendations they make.Price is very reasonable, and they do delivery if you call.

Staff are friendly. I Liked how fast they got my flower arrangement ready and print the msg on the card. They have different beautiful flower arrangements ideas. However it is abit expensive

ZERO for customer service! The flowers are good but I had a bad experience previously ordering online and thats why I came personally to create a bouquet for mothers day just to be turned away at the entrance by the staff. If you close at 10 pm and there is 40 mins left until closing time I am sure it will not take more than 5 mins to make a bouquet, the staff stood infront of the entrance giving excuses saying there is people inside and we cant come in but clearly you can see through the glass the store was almost empty. You can turn me away on any other day but not on mothers day - I ended up wasting my time and all other flower stores were closed by then. I used to be a loyal customer but after this experience - never again.

Had a pretty abismal experience here yesterday. Although the initial welcome was quite warm, the attitude of the staff afterwards was really poor for the following reasons:- I was made to feel that my budget was not enough- I was not informed that my budget would exclude VAT- When I tried to speak I was constantly spoken over- When I asked if I should not come back in the future as a customer, I got a response of sure- It took me getting angry and asking them repeatedly for the manager to get someones phone number to complainAlthough the person who I did speak to did apologise, I think it would be a disservice if I didnt write an honest review for a business that I have tried supporting and purchasing from whenever I can.

Went to wrap a gift a couple of weeks ago. I was welcomed with a bad attitude. The main person there wasnt willing to help out. I asked him a couple of questions about the flowers price and he had an angry face & kept walking away pretending to be busy? I dont understand I have all the right to know their price range before I ask for a bouquet or a gift wrap. Then the other guy (seemed like a helper) tried to calm the situation and asked me what I wanted (he did the gift wrapping too). Funny thing is when a young gentleman walked in, the main person ran to help and welcome him. I was so angry because that wasnt the attitude I got. compared to their branch in Emirates Towers this branch by far is the worst. You need to sort out your employees attitude before putting flowers at this price range. Not worth it.

Beautiful flowers! Ordered these indigo confetti size grand for a friends new born baby boy. She loved them. Only thing provide a picture scale on the website for your diffrent sizes, it was difficult to decide from 1 image.

The roses are beautiful, the place is beautiful, the way of coordination is beautiful, and the packaging is wonderful
