Wonderful experience in spa. Had a pre treatment at steam room, Shuna, jacuzzi and hot chairs. Neck and shoulder massage was just what I needed to take the stress away. Excellent service. Some Ginger tea to de toxic.

I expected better. The booking process is not friendly at all. You have to call and your booking will only be confirmed if you pay. They will send you a link to your email then you will have to pay for your service and only then your booking will be confirmed. I have been to many spas in Dubai and non of them would require a payment in advance.The massage service “ Swedish massage was good” the therapist was very nice and staff were very friendly.The facilities are good as well.We wanted to add a facial and were only able to add it if we paid. They are very strict with the payment before your treatment.The facial wasn’t good at all - I didn’t like it. I could have gotten the same results using my products at home. It was less than one hour which was disappointing since its suppose to be a 60 min facial.Even though the massage was really good. My experience with SHUIQI SPA was not good. It was very bad. Specially there was one staff at the reception. I still remember her name was DILORO. She treat us like animals. She was unprofessional very rude stupid. I don’t recommend.

I find that the person at the reception is not very pleasant I came to teach me for a massage with a voucher and I found that she took me down.Do not trust the price on their website because apparently we are announcing another more expensive price

My experience with SHUIQI SPA was very bad. I did the booking for manicure classic and underarm hair wax and I requested for female staff for treatment. For manicure 💅 they provide me Mrs. Joey who was very professional. I really like the way how she work but for underarm hair wax they ask me to go inside the room. Once I enter I saw a man who was waiting for me to do my wax. I requested to change therapist but he started arguments and they took me to receptionist. Her name was DILORO By explaining she also started arguments. She said we don’t have then I said if you don’t have then why you have gender option when I was doing online booking but after long conversation finally they said yes we have but she is not available today. She said you have to come tomorrow. My question is they lie to me Bcz when I started to raise a complain then they said yes we have lady therapist to do wax. I really don’t like the way how DILORO is treating the guest. I don’t recommend.

The facility is really nice but the staff is not professional at all! they were not consistant in the massage and are not experienced! at some point of time towards the end, they were looking at the time and wondering what to do in the remaining time! the massage itself wasnt good ! Im very disappointed

ShuiQi spa was good as an experience and the offer for the hotel guests two for one is worth it. It’s very clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly. My personal experience is ok and I hope in the future they really work on the noise level and the relaxing music was somehow not what is expected for a Balinese treatment. Not bad but there is limited better experiences in Dubai (it’s not Thailand or Bally). Overall I have given a 4 star rating and I look forward for more improvements from their end. I enjoyed it. My wife on the other hand had a very bad experience with a therapist called Ayda and a Mr Ahmad came to the rescue and compensated her with a therapist called Rezna. A roller coaster experience honestly.

Had the Balinese massage here, as expected the welcoming was great and the service delivery was on point from the reception to the massage itself. Masseuse was really and knew what she was doing and quite strong. Ambience is really calm and nice, proper for relaxation.

For a 5 star hotel this spa is nothing special. Lots of “show” so great if you want to feel special. Sadly it does not compare to more professional outfits. The staff are more concerned in getting you to pay through the nose for as much as possible and the so-called discounts or bargains are I feel already built in.Customer service is none existent and I feel for the front of house staff who are clearly being put in a “Hard Sell” role, with little managerial support. There are far better spas across Dubai than this. I think they have an easily accessible customer base with all the hotel residents, and have just become lazy in what they provide.I may revisit Atlantis but will give ShuiQi a wide berth. Avoid and find something decent.

Best massage Ive had in a while. The therapist was very attentive, communicative and knew what she was doing. I got a Balinese massage for my stiff shoulders which was really painful but thats how its supposed to be. Im still sore the next morning and looking forward for the next one. They have a Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and the facilities are clean and relaxing. Definitely will come back.

The worst hairdressers in the world! They use Brazilian keratin on my four-year-old daughters hair without my consent! One of the most strongest chemicals they fried her hair I ended up having to cut it and I’ve been growing her hair for four years my daughter was devastated. We ended up having to take her to the hospital. And they out of the chlorine no swimming! which was the whole point of the holiday.

Khaled is simply amazing. I dont usually leave reviews on Google but I had to do this because he does an amazing job every single time I come in. He listens to what I want and he is just a natural when it comes to cuts and coloring/highlighting. Ive been in Dubai for 9 years now and have tried many top salons but I was never happy til I came here! I am a loyal customer now. Thank you Khaled!!

A beautifully spa and gym in Atlantis the palm dubai .Sauna ,steam room , hot seats , relaxation rooms ,and gym .Male and female are separated.Clad in dark wood and marble this is a must do if your staying in Atlantis hotel dubai.I would highly recommend a visit.

Not bad. Small place for spa. Man are separted from women. Looks more fancy than it is but Massage was good. Jacuzzi sauna and steam bath free after the massage you can enjoy a tea in the resting area but wont rest bc is people coming in and out all the time ... Not bad but not the best for such a pricy place and location.

Today I did a facial cleanse and was very upset.It feels like the girl was studying to be a beautician on YouTube. It was terrible. Everything was done with dirty hands with unpleasant smells from food, all masks and scrubs were applied with hands, not with brushes. There are no brushes in a 5 star spa ??Clean was that they washed my face and smeared my mascara all over my face, removed 4-7 black spots, then poured a lot of oil on my face, which was dripping into my ears, and tried to run my fingers over my face, this cannot be called a massage.I was very angry.Then they put a mask on my face with oil with their fingers.Hands after that did not wash well and began to massage the head.Ive never been so angry after a spa in my life. Which also cost a lot of money.When I told the manager about this, he did not even apologize and did not attach much importance to it.NEVER USE THIS PROCEDURE.Maybe their massage is good. I did not try.But cleansing my face is the most disgusting thing in my life!
