Well maintained equipments and very clean. Not too crowded and off course lovely people around to motivate you. Floor trainers should be more proactive to guide people who are not their personal training clients but they are humble. Membership prices are dicey as they change it often. Parking is free for two hours.Great place for people who like clean and less crowded gym.

As a good friend of the personal trainer, Sam, i have been a subject of great results. I have lost dozens of kilos going from overweight to lean and fit all thanks to Coach Sam. Its difficult to find the base of your motivation, and not only did Sam help me find my weak points and help me find my motivation, he helped me throughout the years to MAINTAIN my motivation. He taught me the word, consistency, and it has stuck with me throughout my time at the gym. The gym was just a place Id go to workout, but Sam has made it my second home. He is highly keen on motivating me, and even checks up when I skip on important workout sessions. His attitude towards clients that are ambitious to reach their fitness goals are outstanding and passionate, and Id recommend anyone to take personal training sessions with Coach Sam. Trainers like Sam, genuine and truly caring are hard to come by; years training with other coaches, but only Sam was able to help me reach my goals and beyond them with little less than a year. They have one of the best equipments and rates, sadly with best rates comes unmanageable crowd, certain days all cardio machines are being used at same time. They got 2 hr free parking too

He refused to say his name throughout and only said so in the end when my father asked for the final time.This man was extremely rude to me and my father. We had even told him that we had no issues with him but he insisted on being involved.His claim was that I signed a 3 month agreement instead of two. From my side this wasnt possible as had COVID not gotten worse, I would have been back in my university which is not in Dubai. His staff, just a moment ago HAD AGREED THAT IT WAS THEIR fault but suddenly this man came in, refuted everything and told us to go.IT MUST BE NOTED that we DIDNT GO THERE OURSELVES, they had ASKED us to go there and that they would return the money. We even tried seeking help from a station right outside but didnt sort the matter.They broke our trust, did not listen, called and humiliated us.I wrote all this hoping that no one else goes through such a loss. As a student with minimum finances, the loss of money is indeed huge for me but over that is the humiliation and lack of professionalism.Please, dont go here. Ever. Not for the infrastructure, not for the trainers, not for the accessibility. Would look great in the start but their are not here for you service.Thank you.

My experience with MetroFitt has been nothing short of amazing. Thanks to coach Sam Andro, am already on the right step to rediscovering the right way to a health living. The DAFZA gym is decent, not crowded, Equipment is ok. But the air conditioning is way too chilled... Its not good to workout. It should be cool - not chilling! Members wear jacket during workout!!!Despite several request from many members they havent bothered to fix it. They have just ignored it...Al Ghurair branch is lot better with equipment, cleanliness, friendly staff & cool a.c (not chilling as DAFZA) but slightly crowded on weekdays.Both branches are ok - not bad. But DAFZA could be improved if they really care for members.

The management is low class, the receptionists are non reliable and all they care about is making more money in anyway possible. They are your friends when you give your money. Awesome gym! I find Metrofitt gym very affordable & professional. They have very good trainers especially Mr Sam who is highly experienced, friendly & very helpful towards everyone. Their group classes are also worth mentioning.

I want to thank one of the best trainers I had (and Ive had a few) Sam Andro for putting up with me. He pushed me and supported me when I didnt think I could. He got my body in a shape I havent had in quite some time. Ive never used any machines before and he talked me through how to use each one. I actually enjoy weightlifting which is something I never thought I would say. I actually looked forward to going to train for the first time in a long time. He also is so dedicated to safety that whenever he saw someone doing a potentially dangerous movement, he stopped everything to correct them. He is so friendly and professional and dedicated to his craft. He is all about accountability and kept my eating regime on target to maximize my results. Metrofit DAFZA was definitely better because of his presence.

MISUSE! DO NOT GO HERE.Never give your credit or debit card details even for one month. Pay only in cash. Do not give any digital sign! They will continue using that sign for many months without your permission. You will not be able to contact your bank for cancelation of auto debit as they will say to cancel from gym. I joined in September and had been going until May. I had even brought TWO OF MY FRIENDS to the gym, to the very receptionist who was my host, so that his sales get a boost. But it is now that they absolutely broke my trust and took the money of a student.Timeline:A) Feb-March-I had registered in the end for February asking for only one Month - March as I would have not been in Dubai from April. -This was agreed by the receptionist and he said he would make my account only for one month for Dh.199.- They only accept card payments so I paid via card. Since I signed up only for one month, there was NO MENTION OF AUTO-DEBIT.- I was NOT TOLD about any other conditions.- They had some system error that day so before I could see- I had already registered several times with him so I didnt think I would be cheated.B) April-On the first day of April Dh.199 was taken from my account.-This was unacceptable as I had only asked for 1MONTH did not GIVE AUTO DEBIT PERMISSION.-The receptionist ACCEPTED it was HIS mistake and promised to make it up by extending my one month payment to two months as they had a better offer of Dh.99 over the Dh.199 that was taken.-We asked the gym to IMMEDIATELY CANCEL THE AUTO-DEBIT from my account as only the gym can do it, banks refuse to. They AGREED AND BOTH RECEPTIONISTS CONFIRMED THE CANCELLATION.-The receptionist also offered a few days of free gym access for my father as a compensation.- As had mentioned before, I was not going to be in Dubai from April but due to COVID my stay got extended for a few months. So, I decided to accept this form of compensation instead of monetary.So far, I was to get April + May as a compensation for the mistake they had committed. This was fair to them as well as their running offer for each month was Dh.99 so I had paid double the price (Dh.199) for one month so that could easily be extended.C) May-On the first of May another attempt was made to take money from my card but it declined as I had no balance in my account.- I immediately contacted the gym. Why?1.THEY had assured that auto-debut was cancelled.2. THEY has aiad that I would not have to pay for May (as discussed in section B).- THEY ACCEPTED it was a MISTAKE from their end and told it would not happen again.-Despite this, on May 10th, another transaction attempt was made and they took Dh.199 from my account.We called and emailed them. They ACCEPTED the month of May was their error and suddenly COMPLETELY FORGOT about the promise and the mistake they made in may.The receptionist called me in late evening via his personal number and asked me to meet him at the gym the next day. He said he would return the money of May from his own pocket. I would have given 4 stars if COVID protocols were enforced. Staff needs to do a better job of enforcing these safety protocols. I recently had an experience where a member who wasnt wearing a mask came into my personal space while I was working out and proceeded to cough and took up the small amount of space where I was working out. If things get worse I might have to look for a new gym. Other than that the gym has all the equipment you need and a couple of the trainers are very friendly and helpful.

Im rating 5 Star only because of your trainer Mr. Taj I really appreciate his kindness and his knowledge , I workout in so many gym but your one trainer name is Mr. Taj I never seen like him anywhere every time ready to help if you are his client or not its not matter for him. If any one planning to take PT I specially recommend meet with Mr. Taj, he will do his best with you to reach your goal.

This is one of the most worst situation I have ever faced in my entire life. I have been a former member of Metrofitt gym dafza, where at the end i joined only for one month. As i was unemployed , I talked my situation with the receptionist Mr. Amine and he told i can join for one month and joined on Feb 07,2021 and just need to cancel my membership before 25th. I did the cancelation but the next month 10/03/2021 the metrofitt gym took an amount of 199AED from my account and when I went and asked Mr. Amine he told at first that its a mistake and he will get my money back, but later when he checked with other receptionist he understood that according to the terms and condition it should be minimum 2 months. This incident shows how unprofessional and the fake promises he makes to clients including me. I then talked with the manager Mr.Lassad and he told they can only do things according to terms and condition ,so he told now your ACCOUNT WILL BE CANCELLED AND NO MONEY WILL BE TAKEN EVER FROM YOUR ACCOUNT and he told he will freeze my account as I can use it later. But the freezing also was not made and Mr. Amine said he will pay for my one month if I want to work out. On 01/05/2021 METROFITT GYM AGAIN TRIED TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. I have sent an email regarding this to metrofitt ,they dint respond and i tried calling Mr. Amine but he doesnt pick up the call or reply for my message. I have been promised by Mr. Amine and Mr. Lassad that the money will not be taken but still they Metrofitt gym try to take money . This is cheating. I do have all the records and proofs of this and will to move legally, as i have seen more reviews telling the same.The things they have done is :Looting money from their ex-customerNot Obeying to their promises madeunprofessional behaviourcheating

First itself, if there was a zero star review or below, thats what I would give this place, they ask you for your sign without showing you the terms and then they amend it according to their wish for getting more money. I train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainer.awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. I love that they provide parking validation, most importantly the same quality trainer are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. Metrofit has bad Management. I asked them several time to remove my mobile number from their mailing lists, but they do nothing. It is annoying that you receive SMS and Emails continually. I remember that I called them but their response was low class.

Do not give your credit card details. You may endup losing money like I did. Even though you give advance notice about your leave or dont use a gym for certain period of time they will not take your leave extension request if your leave gets extended and dont intend to use the gym, They will charge you anyway for that month and one extra month if you intend to cancel. They took one month subscription in advance as deposit which they will not refund. Their excuse is their system doesnt allow refund. So if they take your money, its theirs. Other than that Gym is excellent.

Below review is for their al ghurair center branch.It was pure sad experience visiting it today for first time. My wife and I went today to make a tour and get information before subscribing for membership. We waited outside at swipe counter for someone to get us in - there was one lady at reception and she was assisting a customer at that point - she keep looking at us on and off but didnt come to open gate. I understand she was with customer but call your colleague or atleast let guest in or have swipe gates after reception so visitors doesnt have to wait outside until someone from reception come to entertain.

Unprofessional staff rude even not educated how to speak with customers, my advise dont sign for their contract or give them your card number, they deduct money without your permission

Over the years I have tried so many different gyms, classes etc..., but after about 3-4 weeks I would drop off because I would either loose interest or just get bored of the same thing. When I started training with Sam earlier this year I actually really got into it. Although it may not have seemed like it while training, but I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions each week and Sam was so easy to get on with. He tailored the classes to my needs and made it a bit more fun. He was very helpful, extremely accommodating and let’s not forget encouraging and motivating. Just after few weeks I started seeing results and noticed I am getting much stronger and toned. My fitness level is probably the best it has ever been and it’s all thanks to Sam! The guys at metrofitt are fraud and just care about sign ups.The owner Nitesh Sabreen never answers phone / emails as he is in South Africa most of the time. There’s one unibrow guy Lassad, he is only encouraging the frauds.. He will be your best friend till you pay a heavy amount and ghost you for the rest of your life.. I paid for 20 private sessions and never got 1 thanks to their fraud staff.

My overall experience with Metrofitt was great, the gym is well-equipped with all the necessary and well maintained fitness machines. Making sure that the machines are properly sanitized making it safe to workout for all members. Moreover, the staff is very co-operative and is always ready to help you out incase of an inconvenience.My experience with my personal trainer Sam Andro was great.He proved to be an experienced trainer who knows what he is doing. And throughout my journey he made sure i didnt lose motivation and guided me on each step of the way, drove me out of my comfort zone helping me reach my goal.

Horrible horrible experience. Completely contradictory to what they tried to show you when you pay. Based on two facts:First, Their personal training services is absolutely miserable. Ive been through quite a lot personal training sessions before and I do have a clear clue about what the services should be. I checked with their personal trainer on my reasonable target and trainer was so confident and nice when they tried to sell you their classes. But after you pay, everything changes. Once you have little question about your training, the trainer become so impatient to you and start verbally abusing you, body shaming you. This is absolutely not how a gym attract its business and the feelings of positive energy you should get after gym. It turn to be one of my most humiliating gym experience. Also, lack of preparation. If they trainer does not know something, he should check and find it out, instead, this one totally refuse to learn something that he might be not aware of. I tried to communicate nicely, but they took advantage of my politeness and kindness, threw a attitude and mocked at me because I could not lift enough weight. As I client, you dont pay to digest their emotions and unprofessionalism.Second, I have no limited entry to other gyms, but due to the covid impact, this one opened earlier, thats why I went for one month membership with them. they did not tell me that my contract will be automatically renewed when I started my membership in June. In stead, they told me if I want to continue in July, I should tell them. So I told them that in July Ill still be there but I would be leaving in Aug. I told both facts to my trainer and the reception there in June already. However, I found they deducted money from my credit card again in Aug. This is a fraud!When I tried to refund the training sessions which I have not consumed due to their extremely poor qualify of service and horrible attitude. They declined without played tricks with you.When you try to communicate with their management, the manger Gerald looks nice. But what he did is simply to push responsibilities away.sorry, Im not able to solve this. I do not have the right.sorry, Im not able to provide any other contacts of your companyThats what all he could do. Well, whats the validation of his position then? Its a total failure in services, communication from basic staff to management. This gym has no credibility at all!Hope this genuine experience could help before you make your decision.

Metrofitt DAFZAI have been to many good gyms across Mumbai, Chennai, Hong Kong and Dubai. I find Metrofitt DAFZA to be one of the best in my experience - they have a wide variety of machines, spacious and bright layout and ensure proper hygiene standards. The staff is friendly and helpful.My personal trainer Sam Andro is an intelligent and focussed professional. He keeps me motivated and answers all my queries promptly as well as efficiently. Since I am a vegetarian and prefer Indian food, he has gone out of his way to understand Indian cuisine and design my diet plan accordingly. He also guides me about the required supplements and protein intake that is integral to my personal fitness goals. He guides me for my workout schedules either in person or on phone if I do not have a regular session with him, thereby ensuring that I do not miss out on my workout.I wish Coach Sam good luck, wish that he continues to motivate others as well and hope that Metrofitt continues its good service standards. The only area of improvement I see is the music - it should be more peppy and workouts oriented.

Thanks to all the classes at the studio and thanks to the trainers.I would specially thank Mr.Sam Andro Coach & First Aid provider at the gym.Once during the training I experienced low sugar levels, I took a spoon of raw sugar, which was not sufficient and Mr. Sam gave me glucose tabs, asked me to keep the tab below my tounge. It helped me immediately to recover. I could drive back home safely that night. I am thank full to Mr. Sam for the timely attention given.At Metrofitt Dafza, the staff and coaches are very friendly. Nice gyms but horrible customer service, they will do every sort of thing to get extra money of you. Had this experience multiple times. This receptionist called Juanita, after lockdown gym opened on 27th and I was msging her since then to freeze my Membership as I didnt feel comfortable going to gym during virus situation. She didnt reply me for 4 days and then replied me on the 1st that now we cant freeze you have to pay for the whole month and stopped replying then.Very very terrible

The other day my locker got locked and was not opening and requested help from one of the personal trainer who I turn started questioning me like did you forgot your password or the locker got locked itself etc... and refused to move as he was in training session...

Very unprofessional gym, no one answers the phone I mean who actually give a mobile number as their gym number that is self understood. They dont have professional trainer and customer service goes down the lane. People are just using the machine without guidance. This is not a gym for beginners but for people who already know what to do.

Personal Trainers & Sales Staff are not concerned about Customers, as they are Interested to collect amount in advance.After several complaints, I dont get a proper response. So cancelled membership.

The gym is fully equipped with good facilities but if you are looking for personal training please make sure to check the trainers are available as per your timings. I wanted personal training @ 10:00 am and was very specific about the time when I came to register myself but had to face challenges. Initially I was given few sessions in the morning but later I could sense that the trainer was not comfortable doing morning class and frequently checked if afternoon class was ok with me ( though he didn’t push much and tried to accommodate my request for morning sessions). A couple of times I tried to get another trainer as per my timings but there was no trainer available between 10 to 12 pm , I didn’t have choice than to just complete my sessions somehow and end personal training. sorry to say but disappointed with this.

The gym can really save their staff some time and money by having them check their social media feeds from home instead of coming all the way to DAFZA to do it.Great equipment but if you plan on showering there and getting ready for work, good luck - thats where they saved the money to pay for the equipment.Les Mills VR classes work really well and all equipment in the studio is of high quality - just remember to show up a bit early to remind the staff to start the system as the class timings clearly correspond to when new cat videos drop on YouTube.Well worth the money though.

Worst reception staff

This gym is useless. No training provided and you dont get full information about the gym. You just pay and become member but no one cares about it what are you doing there. For everything they ask money and no trainer will guide you even if you dont know how to use machines. If you ask them they will ask you to find on YouTube how to use the machine and do exercise..
