The facility has a gym with proper machines, a running track, an outdoor pool, an outdoor field, a crossfit area, strongman area, weightlifting platforms, boxing rink, studios like for spinning and kickboxing, a cafe, a smoothie bar, and a yoga studio. They have a room for ladies only classes. The staff and trainers are great and know what they are doing. The place is squeaky clean which I love. They provide water, towels, lockers, and amenities in the shower rooms. The gym has ample parking sports and is also close to the Nad Al Sheba cycling track.

The facility is excellent.. only one suggestion I have if they can have a prayer room in the facility that will be perfect.

Equipment here is amazing and the place is large enough you are rarely having to workout close to people. The classes are great too. Ladies facilities are always clean with plenty of locker space. The ladies in the Cafe and the security guards always have a beautiful smile 😁💜

I love this gym and classes cause its 7 minutes from my home by driving Rise Above Move Beyond. I was muscle sore in week 1 and now I am getting there. But during the Cycling events whole parkings was all full and easily annoyed thats only bad thing about this gym

I recently moved nearby & was cycling for the first time around the area with my wife to discover the place and the gym, i went inside wanting to ask about the gym and subscriptions but before that i asked for a bathroom for my wife , the 3 staff members at the door told me sorry its not allowed , i didnt ask anything else i said thank you and just left with my wife .You know what you will face in this gym if the staff literally want to kick you out before you complete the next part of your sentence. I lived in UAE for so many years and i never seen in all my years here a place that deny a bathroom entry for a woman.Anyway i just wanted to share this here and i wont be ever thinking to subscribe in this gym , there is much better options where the staff really know the UAE manners.

Hands down the best facility in Dubai, kit is 10/10 and staff are amazing.

No doubt this is an amazing state of the art facility but the front desk is absolutely no match for this place ! Customer service is a far cry from what they truly offer ! Atleast hire someone who cares to smile if not say hi when a member walks through that main door for gods sake & not avoid eye contact on purpose ! Such a shame ! Infact the cleaners are extremely friendly and courteous. Well the front desk ought to learn some manners and customer service from these guys !

What to say, this gum is unique, rooms are huge and full of new machines, the place is clean and the external pool is fantastic, I attended the yoga class with Flavia and she is the best ever! Try the full moon yoga with her, is an unforgettable experience.

The facility is a state of art everything was easy and good, the only thing I wanted it to be better is the swimming area and the swimming activities

Its an amazing place with the very friendly staff.The food @ 100&ten is very fresh done upon order. The gym have got vibey music which is more welcoming. Overall the environment at Max &Aegle is superb.

One of the best Gym in Dubai

Havent visited yet, from the website and the outside looks like a very good facility and convenient for my kind of workout, however it is way overpriced and the opening hours are not convenient at all. Nowadays having 24 hours gyms I do not expect opening hours from 6am. I could have considered it if it had a better rate and definitely if it had a flexible opening hours.

A very high end gym with a lot of exclusive services right in the middle of Meydan. Its expensive but worth it.

I am not much of a gym person and never was until I decided to sign up with Max and Aegle. Now I am addicted to the gym, the staff and trainers are extremely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly with its members. The gym itself is breathtaking with all the equipment imaginable, including a swimming pool and a track. The atmosphere is very cozy and you feel right at home! I train mostly with Talia (for RPM, body pump and private sessions) and Flavia (mostly for yoga and flexibility) and both sincerely care so much about their members. Not only do they make you feel safe and welcomed but they also provide high quality workouts that help you gain muscle, flexibility and strength! If you want to see changes in your body and want to get motivated to work out, this is the gym to start in.
