They are fraud, they took my money and didn’t want to return them back, they stop responding to me since July 2020.Neha and Ashraf real hassler and impolite.Don’t trust ever.

Be careful, don’t trust them

They scammed us to take insurance in order to open our bank account and their lawyer set the terms and condition in a way that no one can take them to court , they simply sell you life insurance and scam people be well aware ! I even complaint to insurance authority but as they have powerful people as CEO they simply dont care about anything.

I have been with them since may 2018. They SOLD me a contract for 5 years saying I have option to change Fund allocations through Northstar website (yes, they only sold the product of another company probably for a commission). Although I get quick response from Seguro guys, it takes them ages to contact the other entity and get back to me and most of the time it is inaccurate answer anyway! Well, I tried to directly contact the main company as the website was not letting me to reallocate my funds. Guess what, I was told that we are not handling your contract. It sounded like even a third company is dealing with my contract! Annnd no one answer the phone number of the 3rd company!!!By the way recently whenever I tried to contact my asset manager, he was in India for one reason or another.So, if you are ok with lack of clarity, getting a second or third hand product (wasted time if no more commission) and you dont care about your money, go ahead and sign a contract with them!
