Worst experience. Never go with them. i am wondering why central bank is not taking action against them after such a big delay of payments.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE--- THAY ARE DELAYING OUR LABOUR GAURENTEE MORETHAN 9MONTH ... THAY ARE NOT WILLING TO PAY.

Really i will be suggesting that dont even contact them they are really very bad at service from last 6 month since march till today i m fighting with them for our bank guarantee payment , and every time when I call them they have same answer that we have to wait they told us that cheque will be deposit on 04 august 2021 till today there team doesnt know what is the update

Very very very bad service!! It is such a shame such an institution is still in business in a place like Dubai.No customer service. No commitment. No professionalism. Nothing! Have to constantly follow up for labour guarantee refunds and they will NEVER refund the ENTIRE amount. They will make you WAIT MORE THAN 3 MONTHS and make you BEG for your OWN MONEY and not even refund the entire amount. They have fees they deduct which NO OTHER bank deducts for bank guarantee. They are lousy in services and shamelessly incorrigible. I have dealt with them for 3 years and it such a painful, frustrating and time consuming experience. I wish this place would shut so no one would have to suffer like I and many others have. They do not even deserve 1 star! Please save yourself your time, money and peace of mind and dont deal with them.

Really Bad Experience. We had applied for an labour approved Guarantee refund on 1st February 2021. While following up, their call center guy (Robin) couldnt pull out our application details, instead he quoted some other company application details and sounded very rude. Also the gentleman didnt forget to forget to followup on this request after 70 to 90- days. Very Bad Experience with Mawarid Finance. We had to collect this guarantee and liquidate the company. I dont know when this will finish.

Fraud company..they were not refunding our labor bank guarantee and no department taking action against them..its already 2years I applied for refund ..everytime they says next month..still no refund

Very slow on refunding the bank guarantee.they take 60 days and even after 60 days they dont have any update. I will suggest not to do any kind of transactions with Mawarid. May be they will give after six month.

Very Bad Customer Service ever experienced , No professionalism ..Please try to teach your staffs how to behave with the customers especially in customer service . I called to enquire about the refund of Bank guarantee the reply was only send all documents through email and timeline will be 90 days ..Dont know why you are taking 90 days just to refund our own money ..We didnt ask you for the loan and moreover the money which you are holding for that not paying interest thou ..Very pathetic service

This company dont deserve even 1 star. They are liars and always making excuses to delay the payment process. Anyone want to deal with this company, my advise plz dont and save your time and efforts

It is worst place I dealt with . Since 6 months I m trying to get my money back even I send complain to the email and no response. Even in the email I said I will complain to Central bank also no response. It seems I need to go there and fight to the managers

Worst service ever regarding for Labour guaranty. Actually they don’t want to give back our money. Making for new new reason. System down , Office close , check Will come by courier extra’s..... If don’t have money shut it and run from here

A 3rd class financial institution with 3rd class services, very very bad experience for labour guarantee refund.

Refund Bank guarantee processing takes 30 to 60 working days while other banks process it within just 14 working days .

Worst Service, No reply on claim submitted before 90days. After frequent visit they said its a problem from labor department but the fact is they dont have money to pay.

CALL TIME :- 13:35DATE:- 28-09-2020Myself call mawarid finance to follow up my labour guarantee on call the i need support to follow up my application the guy on the call respond very rude the time i ask problem or missing documents from your side or my side he shouted when i ask dont shout he cut my call on my face.am very disappointed with the end.please improve your call centre services instead cutting the phone calls on the face.

Horrible place, Not sure how the government works with an Institution!!!!they should be banned from operating.

They own an apartment building called M residence in Mankhool and they don’t even have insurance on the building. Not sure if it is even legal but our apartment got destroyed by water leakage from the ceiling due to mal maintenance. We were not in a living condition but for us to get in touch with the management it took 3 days. We asked for damage coverage of AED 20,000 but they say they don’t have insurance so nothing will be covered. Until today they just avoid and ignore our request. Terrible management and I don’t even know what they are getting paid for. Lidiya and Abdul are just not doing their jobs.

The worst response from the customer care team, I tried to get labour guarantee refund status from them but without checking the status they will say Its not ready and they will take to process the refund around 80 - 90 days.

Experience of working with these guys was truly exceptional! Their staff is quite helpful and professional. I am very much thankful to them for their excellent customer service and kindness.

Cant rate lower than one star.

They never send the statement until i call and ask them .... and hidden charges are so much in each transaction... over all bad service.

They are terrible MOL refundable deposit is 8 percent tat is 235 aef is charge out of 3000 tat too on each 3000

There is no credibility and there is no place to complain every time they promise to receive the bank guarantee and it is all empty talk.....every time someone calls me and says this date is coming down and in this case where do I complain

You must beware of this company, there is no credibility. They always lie 9 months and the bank guarantee has not been recovered. Advice. Anyone who was harmed by them communicates with the Central Bank and Consumer Protection Dubai and they will end the matter with this company. You should close like these companies that damage and role with customers
