Earlier today, we have placed an order around 10am and by 12:30pm, the food that I ordered still havent came so I decided to call their landline. When the reception answered the call, she was not even apologetic that my order is being delayed to be delivered. The excuse which she gave was there were no available at the time even though we place the order 2 hrs advance. She gave us an expectation that the food will arrive after 1 hr maximum. Disappointing as it is, the food arrived 2 hrs later. Zomato even informed me that the food will arrive not more than 5 mins and as an act of apology, zomato gave a promo code to ease the high tension. The next time this should happen, the food MUST be free!!!!!! The heck, I shouldnt even put 1 star but unfortunately its mandatory to give at least 1. T@n61n4

Its very insane customer service both staff and manager dont know how to handle a complain. After accepting my order for 2 hours and having zomato confirming that my order will be delivered within 15 mins then my fellow filipino who is very rude told me that its now available. Now after calling them back they will drop the phone call and not answermy call. Ive been a regular customer for a years and yet you destroyed your reputation from me with a single order. No excuses and apologies done. I shouldnt even give a 1 star on this. Hey management try to brief your employees on how to deal on this matter and remove the items that is not available in the menu.

This restaurant has a delivery guy named Jaris something, he delivered my second delivery for the day at the vaccination center in Jebel Ali.They have informed me that he arrived in the location and I went out to search for him, phoned him and while on the phone, still talking to him, he switched the phone off! Because he spotted me already while I’m still searching for him by my eyes.When he reached me I asked him, why you have to drop the call my friend when I cannot see you yet and you didn’t inform me that you saw me, he had the audacity to lie in my face and inform the lady I’m corresponding with that he said to me that he saw me and he is coming towards me and he said that he can pay for my food! What the! That irritates me more because he thinks I cannot pay when I’m the one who ordered again so when they come back, they can double my charge!!!! I want this guy to reprimanded and say sorry infront of me and give me what I want! This restaurant should be banned if service like this given by people who doesn’t deserve to be working! I’m still waiting for the manager of the restaurant to give me a feedback!

It is not highfly but I can say the food is made like home food with a pleasant service. Worth to visit them again. Prices are abnormal low

Pansit palabok is terrible, just rice noodles with an extremely salty flour sauce without any other ingredient!The pansit guisado is equally terrible! Doesn’t have any taste and the vegetables were not sliced properly. Imagine a bell just cut in half?! Where would you find a pansit with cauliflower?! The shrimp heads are dark colored and does not taste fresh.

July 28 2020 around 5:30 pm we decided to eat at this restaurant i found small curly hair in the papaitan soup and One eye lash in my rice i ignored it! I lose my appetite so i decided to take out the food the filipina cashier / server their was very rude i asked her to take away our food and she answered me back that u come and bring it here why should i go there poor service baladiya should come and check this place so guys before u eat in here think twice not a good Place to eat !!!!

I order for launch meal for delivery. Cannot finish the food. The Chopsuey taste bland. The chop meat and hotdog with sauce taste ketchup and gingery. The rice is OK

I called the number and the lady who answer is very rude i think you have to train them how to do the costumer service
