I dont want to give even 1 star for their services, service are worse really, if you want to waste your time than this is the right place to visit. I have visited 3 times for visa stamping and everyday the responsible person was not available in the office. and no one is bothered that because of them your time are ruining. Reception lady is not answering properly and she gave token to me without knowing that stamping person is not available, when I waited there 1 hour she told that guy is already left. really worse then worse services.

Need More patients to get worked done on time.

Less que more waiting for no reason, extremely slow waited for one hour and 2 tokens moved only.

They are not providing family visa holding and the employees are not aware of the process.

Lack of knowledge thry did not accepy my sons visa renewal they said we should go to immigration first amd ask permission but it us no necessary to do so we ended up doubg all transactions in immigration jaffilia when it is not really necessary because its a normal procedure that thry can do it here and few walks away from my home.You should train your people wrong infos and applucation file can lead to disaster and agony on your customers😖

Reception staff not giving proper information about document requirements and waited for more than 1:30 hours after getting token and then I get to know required documents are not with me.

Poor attitude towards customers.

Very poor service, it took more than one hr for emirates id and renewal without any queue, most of the staff are busy with their mobile phones.

25 mins waiting for emirates Id still my token number not called and there is no rush or que.

Do not go there for visa services, they are just a typing center, they will put all the documents processing on Zajel courier to handle. Dealing with Zajel is a nightmare, the courier never comes. You have to go to the Zajel office to submit the visa documents. When called to Amer24x7 they said its not their responsibility to take care of courier. So better go to a normal typing center and then go directly to immigration office instead of wasting time in Amer and Zajel centers.

Most of the counter staff are on their phones, walking around in the office checking what others are doing when they have smeone sitting at their desk waiting for the process to finish, sme people who are frequent visitors to this center(may be PRO’s) from some companies, takes everyone for granted and walks as if they own the place.Staff at the counters are very slow and mostly not on their seats, I had to wait for almost 1 and half hour to get things done.Felt like leaving after seeing what was happening but I had to stay back and finish my work as that was the only day I had off from work.Overall the service and the staff are pathetic

Its a 10minjte procedure for me, for cancelling my family visa and i was there around 8.30am so there was no rush and que. After getting token immediately i was taken cared by the responsible people from the counter. And the payment was only through cash, as they had mentioned over the payment cell area. They provide free printouts and use of laltop for searching any documents online, via their provided special counter for needy peoples and its free.You could take the Printouts in free, without any cash.My required processes was very fast and whole procedure done in less than 15minutes.

The staff at Amer Center Madina Mall are doing a great job! They are efficient, fast, and very helpful. It takes a few minutes for you to be served. Where things are not clear, proper information and guidance is given.Special recognition to the staff named Marwan. I visited Amer Centre in Madina Mall for many times, Staff is very friendly, reception man Mr. Marwan is a very cooperative and always provide helping hand with excellent coordination. The Lady on counter No. 3 (Miss Salwa) has an outclass knowledge and skills of all services performed at Amer center, i am impressed with her kind behavior and a polite manner of dealing the customers, extraordinary skills with thorough knowledge about there system impressed me a lot and in future if i need to visit Amer center, i will prefer to go to Madina Mall Branch.Regards,Shahzad

Very slow service and negligence towards the customersOut of 30 counters,maximum 4 or 5 conters are engaged with employess, and they spend their maximum time on their cell phones.

Waiting for Emirates id typing more then one hour.. because only two counter.and for 2 coustmer they take 1 hour

Please provide with a printout that is clear. I had to come all the way from Sharjah 4 times,get token and wait for my turn to get a printout.. for a single set of document, since the the printout provided all the time was not clear enough so that the barcodescanner can scan it, and later arranged to get an email and get a copy and took a printout myself from out side..... Please provide a service with a minimum quality demanded... In the name of your cost saving, you are wasting your customers time and giving the the strain to get the procedure complete.....

I checked the reviews and I was afraid that may be they are slow but it was opposite to what reviews are this center is huge and all the staff is very friendly they type my family visa renewal and E ID within 30 mins Meher is the name who did visa typing she is amazingly fast.
