Good poutine with a variety of options and toppings. My favorite was the Chicken Bacon Ranch as well as the original.Butter chicken poutine was a bit disappointing.

Absolute garbage and false marketing. Look at the high quality beef cuts promised in the marketing photos and at and the processed meat slices they actually serve you. In some countries you could be taken to court for kind of fraud.

🙏🏻So happy theres a Smokes Poutinerie now in Dubai! A taste of home! For those that dont know about this Canadian delicacy, poutine = French fries and cheese curds, but Smokes takes it up a notch and adds all sorts of goodies. Ill be coming here every month for my fix. 😋

Their hotdogs are way better than their poutine.Only one person is doing all the work from ordering to making it I had to wait for 20-ish minutes for the order, also the lady is constantly on the phone talking.The fries are over cooked and oily.The sad part of hot dogs in the menu it only shows as combo so you need to ask for it.

The taste is so so bad , the fries are burnt looking, the chicken is smelly and raw, the added ingredients are not good. The sauce tastes so weird and has a bad smell. Annoying taste and feeling. Bad customer service and rude. The food is not appetizing and the prices are ao high and does not deserve, i highly dont recommend.t

Excellent Poutines, right like we found in Europe or Canada ! Perfect fresh cut fries and toppings ! Will come back for sure !

Last Friday we visited Festival City Mall outlet and ordered one of there best dish Buffalo Chicken. the quantity and presentation are good but the quality of food is disappointed, french-fries are dark brown in colour and fishy taste. shredded shawarma chicken also bad. overall not recommended.

How does fries became nachos? super burn and oily fries not a nachos... very dissapointed waste of money

Horrible fries!! They are oily and dark brown.I approached the lady on the counter and told her the fries are oily and over fried.. she replied to me, maybe it is bcz they are fried in the oil!! There are more than 10 restaurants around and I have tried there fries and it is fresh and golden.Bad customer service and bad quality of food

Worst poutine I ever had. The fries tasted very bad. Too much of spring onion was put as topping. Chicken peices added in were bland. The sauce was very acidic. Rates are too high for its quality. Would get better poutine at lower rates elsewhere.

I tried their hotdog , it was horrible, wasnt even grilled just microwaved no mustard just ketchup and some tasteless cheese for extra 3 AED

So disappointed. Firstly the signage and images are terrible and unappetizing. Secondly the service is awful, they have no idea what they’re doing and ask you to repeat what you’re ordering maybe 3 or 4 times. Finally the food - meh. Cheese on the poutine is flavorless and they suggested ranch dressing when I asked for mayonnaise. What restaurant doesn’t have mayonnaise these days? Certainly not representing Canada well at all.
