If youre hungry for some savoury noodles with a little bit of a kick this is the place for you!My go-to order here is the PadSew as i prefer the thick noodles compared to the thin ones you normally would get on PadThai - you can choose to add your own selection of proteins too - i normally go for shrimp and chicken!The only downside would probably be not being able to order PadThai conveniently on Deliveroo

Worse food in a long time. No taste at all, we could not even eat it as it was completely tasteless. We ordered through Careem and waited for the food more than one hour and twenty minutes - 40 minutes we were told when we placed the order... the food came cold which of course did not add to its taste, but the noodle soup with vegetable had on tiny broccoli and a slice of carrot in it. Most ridiculous food and food experience ever ever. Never again!

A good place to have some good Pad Thai or their stir fried rice ( Khao Pad) at Dubai Mall. Its served hot and each portion is good for two!

Not that great. Very very limited in their menu choice and had a bad experience with a Groupon voucher purchased which clearly indicated that the Dubai Mall was included. But once we visited the Restaurant, they didnt honor it.

Every individual has their own taste bud. I saw some good reviews in Google but I had a bad experience. Below average food taste.. not authentic Thai style at all.. staff not approachable. Overall bad experience not coming again neither recommend for anyone.

Absolutely ridiculous food and then on top of that I tried calling the restaurant to complain that there is RAW beef in my noodles. No one answered the number on google or zomato. I tried the UAN number and it made me wait to talk to an agent but no one answered! Then I tried the number on the receipt. No answer. Then I whatsapped the google number someone read it and didn’t answer. How ridiculous can the service be.Don’t order from here. Forget value of money it almost seems like they don’t care about customers! Pathetic

Worst customer service ever. I ordered from them and they took 1 hour 30 mins to deliver the food and it was stone cold . Upon speaking to their customer service agent Ahmed he was at first not really taking my complaint seriously. It even took 20 minutes in hold to even get through to the customer call centre. I have demanded a refund from the service manager Mohammed Imran and am still waiting! Dont ever order from them.

Not even worth it and I never post any reviews but this place is mediocre at best, 5 calls so far and we waiting after 2hours 19mn..I work in the industry and always disliked people reviewing venues and complaining about a small things but what else can I say... cheap for a reason

I had a terrible experience. The assistant manager was rude and unprofessional. I will never recommend or go back to this branch. Other branches should be fine.On the other hand, food was great. The cashier was sweet.

The pad Thai and fried rice we’ve tried in this food chain are the worst! Especially pad Thai,it doesn’t taste pad Thai at all! All you can taste is the sourness. Plus the only thing I saw in my pad Thai are chicken and bean sprouts since I ordered for chicken. So disappointed! Worst pad Thai I’ve ever had.

Their name “Pad Thai” is an insult to the actual food they serve!! I Love Pad Thai, and eat it whenever I can find some.I ordered Pad Thai Beef with Green Curry Chicken, and Spring Rolls.The Pad Thai they served me was “Mee” noodles (thin spaghetti like). The “Beef” in the Pad Thai was the size of “Small fish food pellets”!! One needs a magnifying glasses to find it in the noodle. The tiny beef pellets were just boiled together with the Mee noodle. That’s it!! No flavouring or sauces or anything!!Frankly, I have had very much better “Pot Noodle” than what I was served!!The Green Curry Chicken was just about pass-able. The vegetable spring rolls were Delicious!! Nice & crisp and tasty!!The Pad Thai and Green Curry I threw it in the bin because I couldn’t eat it. Had to order more spring rolls to contain my hunger!There are Very Much better Restaurants than this one in Dubai Mall!!

Love chicken pad Thai. the restaurant name is after the traditional Pad Thai dish that was considered as Thailand Country official dish in the 1940s. It is a very vivid place as it is in the second floor food court of Dubai mall. Always nice to dine here. the food court, one of Many Dubai Mall food offerings, is very rich was diversified types of Middle eastern, far east, western, etc. types of food. Though crowded but youd find your table perhaps sharing.

Sad fare. The noodles in the pad Thai had the smell of old stock. The portions were small and the serving quite bland. overall very disappointing for an AED 39 single portion.

Had to order dumplings after fried rice because the portion was too small (the container looks big though). The seafood dumpling fillings were frozen cold. I took one bite and left.Never again.Badly miss Baan Khun Mae at the same food court that unfortunately shut down.

Possible the worst excuse of Thai food.Corn starch in green curry???Ketchup in Pad Thai???

I tried two fried rices from here.First time I tried chicken fried rice then I tried the shrimp fried rice. Both of them tasted really good!Good portions too!Id recommend this place for sure. Its still on the pricy side though. 33 dirhams for a chicken fried rice.
