1.They have A grade in DM inspection certificate but there is fly’s everywhere.2.Even shop supervisor is preparing food without gloves and a mask.3. Ordered a mighty zinger but i got a single small one.4.Front Nigerian counter staff lack the even most basic customer service training so it makes KFC looks bad in overall, they talk with very hostile attitude because they are busy.Very bad and unpleasant experience. Will not be visiting again.

Worst experience ever..! Delivery guy took food from the delivery bag and we went to replace the order dont know if kfc shop they replaced the food or not maybe they gave the same bag after 10 mins who knows. The delivery guy came in the kfc kitchen and all staff were cool about it. Never gonna order delivery again all trust lost never expected kfc delivery guy to be this hungry.. bad experience from kfc and during this pandemic should make some kind of proper packing and feed the delivery guys pls..

I want to share my honest review with you for your well-named food chain, I ordered 2nos of the double bucket through the mobile app and I got confirmation at 12:51 (Attached for your reference) after waiting 40 min I decided to call KFC Helpline then they told me your order is ready will be delivered in 5min, then I wait 15min after that I called again, I got the same reply after, and 3rd time I call they told same then canceled the order after so much frustration.I wont ask you, do we deserve this unnecessary frustration.

Ordered KFC through ZOMATO. I ordered in al khail gate branch. Food delivered after 1.30 hour. Coleslaw was missing in the pack, instead there are 2pack of French fries. 🤦🤦. This is not first time i am experiencing this missing issue. Careless staff. Not expecting silly mistake like this from a international company like KFC.

Delicious food and a great meal with a good taste..

Food was delivered within the hour but it was missing the family fries. I literally live 5 mins away (delivered with a motorcycle), but somehow, the missing fries took 45 minutes to be delivered again. And no one from the branch bothered to call to follow up on the complaint. Totally unacceptable!

Safety measures for COVID implemented. Good customer service but we have to wait little bit in que to reach the counter for the order placing.Well neat place indoor and out door dining area.

This is a complaint for showing the order as delivered in the app when the driver is still on the way. this is wrong information and very misleading customer service. very disappointed. you want to show that you delivered the order on time??? your service level is more important than actual customer experience?? terrible and i will put negative points for this unprofessional approach. its not like this when you order on Zomato. you should shut down your app rather.

Each KFC outlet taste differently, and it differs every day. If you are getting your fried chicken from their shelves which is lying on their for hours then it will be one of the worst chicken to eat.KFC should consider the pricing seriously as other competitors are much more affordable with somany promotions.

Unfortunately i didn’t read the reviews for this branch before ordering a home delivery. The food came in a plastic bag that seemed squashed. The fries was cold ,squashed and it seemed like someone ate half of it already , the chicken in the zinger sandwich was so salty for some reason!?

I ordered Zinger meal paid for it. After a minute I realized that I supposed to order their Zinger Box Meal I then said if I can changed it. The cashier asked their “ Manager “ Moamen, all I get was a frown face, I couldve understood if he explained that the order has been made ( but it doesnt make sense, since theyll just add up whatever is missing in my previous order and charged me the difference. )Couldve been more OK if he’s just had good customer service.

Horrible experience. Placed an online order on 10th Jan 2020 at 0930 pm. Online payment. An hour later called the call center number for follow up to find out that outlet closed at 02 pm due to weather and order is cancelled. But KFC website accepted the order and payment.Promises of a call back from online team are BS from KFC. On 11th Jan, I asked if order could be delivered knowing outlet was closed previous day but they refused as they said that order was cancelled. On 13th Jan, the amount paid shows on my bank statement. Amount should have been on hold by merchant for it to be refunded back to bank account which should have happened in or within 7 working days. First they say 7 working days, then 15, then 20. No consistency. In the end, no delivery. Wasted a lot of phone credit calling them for refund because they dont care to call back and inform anything about the refund. Probably only their incoming calls works. Outgoing calls may be blocked as they havent paid the phone bill.🤔 They dont reply to emails. Neither the Talk to us option on KFC website nor WeCare email on Americana website. They just dont care. Amazing hospitality group!!!😡

Would advise NEVER to order from this particular branch. Twice they delivered a completely wrong order, first time; they admitted the mistake but even after calling them for hours, no fix. Second time, again they admitted they made a mistake and the manager would call, the manager never called. My first review of a place due to it being the worst run restaurant I have seen and worst customer service I have experienced.

If youre planning to order online from this particular branch so I would suggest you not to do it as the service is really very slow. After placing the order, it showed that they will deliver in 30 mins but my order actually came after an hour, and it was cold. The distance is almost less than 5 mins but still, they are delivering cold food after an hour. As far as I have seen, this is the only KFC with such poor service and poor reviews.

This al Khail gate kfc branch very bad service. Yesterday we ordered food and guess what if we didn’t call them we will never know that the food have no plan to deliver to us as we paid online. Then again now we pay online for some items and they delivered the food incomplete. They are thieves they wanna get payment for the order and they don’t wanna give . And also how they sent food always wrong asking for spicy and giving you food without taste !!! So bad !!! This branch must be close. Management don’t have ! System don’t have! Like any other KFC, but this branch has some bad reviews pertaining to service. KFC is known for its crispy fried chicken. This branch we were served limp pieces that seemed fried several hours ago. Thankfully, the fries were okay.

Went for a take away, and my order was changed and when i asked for it the F&B attendant Ravi came (who didnt even know what was going on) and started to argue with me that it was what i ordered. as it clearly mentioned in my bill what i want. i know that they are busy at a Sunday night but at least Mr.Ravi should know what he was talking....

Worst experience!I had to wait for 2 hours to get my order and when I called the restaurant to check, why is it late. Apart from making me understand the fact for being late one of their staff(Tamer) was showing an attitude. He didnt show any courtesy.
