I have ordered food last time from Alqouz branch and experience was not very pleasant, food reached to different location despite of sharing google maps and all, calls received again and again to confirm location, food was not warn until it reached me, lets see how they will respond on this comment to figure out their management

Good Food better than the French KFC but workers needs to be more happy, service is bad...

I asked for takeout box for my leftover and the manager Joana refused to give me the box after even I explained that I will eat after 7hrs.. I was so disappointed wasnt expecting that kind of attitude from a manager.

KFC fast foods at Mall of The Emirates, very well and very fast services, too delicious fast foods, kids will love it too much, they offer too many different offers discount almost daily, and also too many choices of fast foods (Chicken tenders, chicken wraps, fiery twister, and many other,) with cold drink, and ice cream for extra little money, and prices are medium range.

Service is so fast, quality is good, area clinging as absolutely okay, but not enough chairs and table there, have to wait for 5 to 10 minutes with carrying your meal.

KFC with a differenceThis one is at a huge mall in Dubai but as you walk in you would never tell in what country you areEverything is just as it is in the states or UK and the food looked and tasters just the same. Bought on impulse but enjoyed it.Service excellent

Fast service, good cleanliness and love this taste! I really love the KFC in dubai, the price really worth for a box of salad, fries, fried chicken, kebab/ burger and pepsi. They have many selection of packages. The most i like is they have chili sauces. You can got this all for affordable price. Big fans of Dubai KFC

Worst KFC experience ever. Weve ordered a kids meal and asked for a juice as complementary drink. Of course the meal came with a Pepsi. My child sat down and started eating while I was waiting for 6 minutes just to get a pack of juice. When I got the juice I told the lady to make the manager called Yousef work. That was the moment when he, instead of apologising for the wait, started arguing with me.To the KFC management: fire this guy as he has no clue what it means to serve customers, to manage his own people and to run a fast food shop. Moreover he has no experience on how to tackle unsatisfied customers.As long as this guy is there we will not purchase anything from this outlet.

I ordered 3pc. chicken dinner meal-original. taste is good but size is disappointing. one piece is almost as small as the plastic spoon.

We are having kfc dinner as of this moment here at mall of emirates food court, just sharing this VERY BAD EXPERIENCE from their CASHIER named CHRISTHERESE, she was so rude despite of doing mistake upon taking my order, a person like her shouldnt be working with this food establishment as shes not a good image for them. I hope the supervisor named Jerome will do some action with this matter

Really disappointed, i made an order and they gave me a wrong one first so i went back to the counter and they told me sorry this is your order, and after that i took the drink with no ice no taste no soda and when i said that they told me we have no ice i said it’s not about ice that soda drink is so bad the women on the counter said i can’t do anything about that and she just took it and throw it in garbage, you need to focus more on your branches specifically in a weekend and tell your stuff how to talk in a nice way to a costumer specially when he’s talking about his right!!

Enjoyed KFC at Emirates mall. The KFC here was eating like enjoying really.

Many prefers KFC as the choice in Mall of Emirates food courts as it is a cost effective option. Food is ok for the price. Staffs are very fast in their work but in hurry and can messes up the order if you have not decided what to eat. First time ordering experience may end up bad, but once you are aware of their menu it is okay.It will be helpful if you have decided before ordering from the menu and also the choice whether the chicken should be spicy, what the drink should be, whether drink should be regular, medium / large, whether the fries should be spicy, whether you need mayonnaise.

They have good side items and good kids meal box and toys.Sometimes my clothes smell cooking oil if their hoods are not effectiveBut its a good restaurant and need to give it a try.

Came today , 6th Jan 2020 @ 5 PM, worst customer service of my life, ordered spicy fries then she gave normal fries, when asked about it she just added the spice on top of the fries, didnt even mixed like she even didnt care.Also my dinner for two combo had only 2 ketup and after I went to ask for additional ketup, she only gave 1 saying thats the limit.WORST WORST WORST service from that Filipino girl.

The food was fine as I order a box but the chicken was not fully cooked.

I buy me kfc Almost everyday online @ work or when Im in public areas . when I come to mall of Emirates . I always choose kfc over all the other foods in the food court . Today I had such a simple request . To put the seasoning salt on the side for me . Cause I told like it to coverd to much the fries . The manager Sulaiman just refuse point black not even approaching me in a professional maner . He just made his mind up and continue with no type of remours or attention . While I was waiting for my food order . He just start making jokes with the employees laughing and so insensitive with our Im feeling at that point . After I ask for his name and then . He said he could do it for me if I want . Maybe scared that I could complain. I told him its done i dont want to discuss this anymore. Leaving the desk unhappy just to have my meal. He Suleiman COMES to my table try to give a smart explanation off our the seasoning salt is not good if its mix with the chicken . And confuse me . Cause if its good to be mixed with the chicken . Then why is it being surved at one place. And of cause I know its not true . Cause I eat KFC for years and nothing has happend to me. Very pure customer care . So disappointed in this situation.

There is nothing I can say about KFC cos all go there. My favourite is twister and the spicy fries.

Food was terrible, absolute soggy fries, chicken was below par, drink had no ice. Food was delivered close to an hour late. Complete rubbish. Stay away. Should have eaten the imaginary chicken in my head instead, that tasted 1000x better than this garbage!!!
