A small kfc outlet alongwith Enoc petrol station. Quick services and very calm place to sit down. They have a washroom as well. Dine in and take away both options. No drive through option. They have free parking outside.

Tried the Zinger Blaze box. Not very spicy but overall tasted nice. The waffle fries are a nice touch.

One of the worst service compared to all the branches.I made an order and kept on waiting for 25 mins until I had to Ask aggressively for my order, which turned out to be not even ordered.I will never visit this branch again

I tried many KFC outlets in Dubai, but this is the best among all. Staff and service is excellant.

I placed an order online at 9:14 pm spent 2 hours and 30 minutes waiting for my order, I called the contact center 3 times to follow up on the order, all what they said we will call the branch and you will be served soon, and nothing happened, in my 3rd call the agent picked up the error, my mobile number was missing a digit, the previous agents didnt picked it up besides the online system should notify the customer that something is missing and your the order cant be placed so as he customer can rectify the details, instead i got a confirmation email all seemed fine, whereas the order has never been placed. Bottom line, this is ridiculous and frustrating and itsa gap. I will never order again online. You must work on your online ordering system and pick up the errors beforehand.

Cleanliness = 0/10Food taste = 2/10The whole restaurant floor was dirty like entering a car mechanic garage and while eating a small cockroach was on the wall meaning that there is a nest around. I talked to the manager regarding this and he was talking infront of all customers and did not show any respect, nevertheless, his reply was this is normal it can enter through the door although as said there is pest control!!!The food was loaded with oil which made me leave the meal at the first quarter and the cockroach also disgusted me.

It is good KFC. But cant reach the taste of mall of emirates branch KFC.

Food was over an hour and a half late from when the order was placed. Had to call customer service to chase order who could not get through to the branch. Delivery driver had to call me as he did not know where to go. Food was cold when it arrived. Fries were missing from the order. Disaster from a fast food restaurant, would not order again.

This is a drive through KFC which have a seating capacity which can accommodate 20 people. This outlet of KFC maintains the standard of the service. Another add on is the restaurant has a washroom which was neat & clean.Really recommend for this place.

As always the KFC is always tasty specially the Chicken Pop-Corn. Its just inside the Enoc Petrol Pump. The service is really fast but there is limited seating inside. They said the wait time would be 5 minutes but served me in less than 3 minutes times

EVERYONE JUST READ THIS!!!!!!Order has taken an hour and half. They said they will cancel the order after waiting all this time. The branch manager didnt correct what happened, and yet no delivery! Called the customer care 3 times and they keep on putting me on hold or saying theyll call back but never called back.This is the 3rd time happening!!!!!!! One time I had a gathering!!!!!! Had to order pizza after 2 hours!! Close this branch for good!!Where is the manager???? No one will read this review, but if you are reading, just dont order any KFC from anywhere in UAE!!I was forced to order today, believe me, I will never ever order or eat in this chain.NOTE: WE ARE 10 MIN AWAY FROM THE GAS STATION AND THIS BRANCH!!!!

The food is alright. Not the best but most certainly tolerable. I only go here because its on my way home and I dont mind it sometimes. The only good thing is their loaded fries.
