Please check the quality of the chicken once you buy. One of the staff here is somewhat not supportive. I faced issue with quality of the chicken twice. Once in online delivery and other when I did a take away

This branch is definitely one of the worst. The lady taking our order was clueless and really really terrible. She got our order wrong first and gave us a total amount of 85 AED, we knew we had only three meals so it would be less than that and asked her to check, and she realised shes added extra things and our total was actually AED 62. I paid and got the receipt but when I checked I realized shes again added an extra orange juice and extra mayonnaise in one sandwich that we didnt ask for. I had to go back again and she didnt realize what was wrong, only when the manager came she panicked and fixed the problem and returned another AED 11 to me. The food was cold by the time she fixed the problem. Really bad.

All new requirements are sent here 0.1 % customer service when busy they don’t care if your order is served with hygiene or cold. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff talking on phone and playing with around the kitchen with staff really disappointed! Double check you’re order before you leave when busy 101% they will forgot something or served you cold

It is almost a typucal regular kind of KFC you can find everywhere around the world; the resturant is located on the first floor of a shopping mall; the issue is that there is a spacious open area in front of the resturant which makes it pleasant to sit and relax in an open area and have your food.
