Overall good experienceLocation is good. But, There is parking issue. You cant find near by proper parking sometimez.

As usual, kfc always maintain its standards. But lobby space is quite smaller than any other branch. Also focus on table clearing for next customers. Indians always choose spicy, rather than normal which will be suitable for Arabians and Philippines

Feel bad to say this, but the customer service experience was the worst ever I have experienced in any place. Iam not mentioning the host name, but you have got to improve on that area and give proper training for the staff.You might not be knowing in what mood the customer is on, you might feel the fire back soon.Really got potential in business in the area, dont loose it just because of an employee.Rest of the experience was good.

Get very order very very much fast. But it was very bad experience with with food. Order was mighty zinger box. But I got like chicken in bread with salad no sauce and nothing just piece of chicken.

I received my order after 1 hour. Before delivery, status was showing ready for 40 minutes before it was delivered. Fries was mess and cold and looks like cooked for long time and same with sandwiches and chicken. Very very very very worst experience. All money waste no value

Place is not maintained well some staff members are lazy you have to keep an eye on what is included in your meal and ask to complete it..Seems like kfc service is dropping down day by day chiken was too oily

I would like to inform you that unfortunately i have a very bad experience. Very poor experience with costomers. Rashidiya branch manager stopped giving me kfc. The reason he said my order was not shown on the computer. But he did so only after I showed them the mail reference in my hand.

Recently I visited the Rashidiya metro KFC outlet. I got humiliated by an Asian lady. I came arround 3 : 30am, then i saw working hours 10am - 4am, so I asked her if they were still open, she was extremely rude. I switched already to CHICKEN WORLD.

As all know food is good but serving guys are not good in arranging seats for the customers.Family sitting in tables having only 2 chairs and couples sitting in tables having 8 chairs.😐

Horrible customer service, after making us wait for 20 mins they told we dont have Zinger Chicken so we ll put strips in your Zinger burger. Same strip which they put in snacker Burger which is of half price......

I hate having to write this type of review especially in these times. but really this is the worst KFC in NYC. I have tried many times to give them a chance time and time again. But each time it gets worse or its something different. Staff being rude, missing items to large orders, they are always out if something, or chicken having been sitting for long times and being served dry as sand paper. Never again I would not recommend this place ever!!

Pleas do not order for delivery from this branch. They charge you for extra garlic sauce, for a large meal but they deliver regular meals without the extra sides that you order. Not once, not twice, not thrice. I’ve been fooled by this branch more than 5 times and have not learnt my lesson. I always have them benefit of the doubt each time but they’re doing it purposely. I get charged for a large meal AED 4.5, for spicy fries AED 1 and for garlic sauces AED 1 each. That’s AED 6.5 right there. And I get a regular meal with non spicy SMALL fries without garlic sauces. Multiply 6.5 with the number of times I’ve ordered. Really unprofessional. I would request KFC management looks into this and rectify it. B’cuz this is definitely fraud.
