I ordered just now in talabat.3:14am i ordered 2 pcs chicken with rice and they accepted my order 3:40am. And when i finished the first chicken it was good.delicious and when i bite at the second chicken! It tasted old like not cooked inside you can see in the chicken but the funny part is,it taste old.And the taste of the oil is like they use used oil.i never make reviews but this made me mad. Really!

The food no good . The chicken strips without spicy flag.....so not spicy as requested and even the lady pur weird face when I mentioned. The piece of chicken smelling fat negatively. We waited long for the food. The fries not crispy nor fresh. Not sure why this bad quality.

What can I say... I tried it once and I got hooked. The spicy flavor Chicken at Jollibee is much spicier than their competition and we love it. The pieces were juicy, outer layer was crispy and extra spicy. The prices here are very affordable too. Service was good and we also like the dessert selection available here which includes the cone ice cream dunked in chocolate.

Food is good and moderate. Having more seatings, so dining area was crowded and not quite.

I am here everyday for a long time，today I said I order two pieces burger steak ，they waited when I was finished and told me every staffs here said its two pieces ，amazing service ，why cant you see when the moment I said the problem ，ruin the appetizer and mood，everyone pay attention just check your food with them before you leave ，I am only here for the food ，I dont know how long I can stand for the service ，I was treated as if I lied to get 2 aed burger steak 🙄

Feel disappointed at Al Ghurair branch they don’t know how to handled customer complaints. They don’t know how to give good service. If they know that there will be a delayed issue regarding their mistake atleast they need to communicate with the customer. We understand that you are busy but 2hrs waiting for missing items that you delivered is unacceptable ...

Delivery service was very Bad, the dispatching Team is very bad, im waiting for my order for morethan 1 and half hour im asking the customer service whats wrong and he just advise me to ask the rider why its late, really unprofessional response from this person, is this my job to ask the rider? But anyways i asked the driver and said that dispatcher gave 4 order to him so thats why customer is suffering for late order and also this people dont care about their driver? You should check how to treat you driver well at same time with good benefits from your customer.. this is very bad bad and bad service

2 stars because... I live in Al Rigga, so Jollibee Al Ghurair is my go to if I want to eat Jolly chicken. I can say the taste of the chicken,gravy and pj is not the same as in PH. So I thought something is missing. And so lately I thought I should compare it to other branch, and tried Jollibee DCC. And boy, it hit the spot. From the smell of the chicken before ordering, up to the taste, the crispy chicken, gravy and pj are like in PH. So, please Jollibee Al Ghurair please fill up what is missing in your cooking.

Best friend chicken for me. Big in size and the taste is almost same as what they have in Philippines. I love jolly hotdog, its a childhood favourite up to today, here in UAE, theyre using halal food, but somehow they manage to imitate the taste same as original.Better to be there in the store early or not during meal time to dine and have a good spot for eating, lots of people use to dine in. Bring your own tissue, it will be helpful and less stress.

Jollibee brand is from Philippines . my Filipino friend suggested this place. I tried and it’s very nice ... chicken is very spicy, juice of-course amazing taste. You can try spaghetti, French Fries, Mashed Potatoes, Adobo Rice , Ube Pearl Cooler , Buko Pandan Pearl Cooler , Two-Piece Burger Steak, Buttered Corn. Jolly Hot Dog etc etc ...Now a days regularly I am visiting there.

In online showing the branch open by 6am we came at 5.30 to wait by 6am and when we ask to one staff if what time they will open they said 6am also but still 6.30am not yet opening. When we reach inside after how many hour waiting as per cashier CARD PAYMENT IS NOT ACCEPTING! Imagine we are waiting and useless

The fries was not cook well, messy packaging, i was so disappointed when i received my order ! Also they always have that missing items ! I pay for nothing, money wasted! Its such a bad day because of this order !!!

My favorite Jolly hotdog 🌭 was brought here in Dubai, UAE, the chicken (chicken joy as what they call it), it was big, juicy and great taste. Beef patty steak is tasty. The full line of burgers and desserts are awesome. All are in affordable prices. I can say that taste is almost the same as the Philippines.

Horrible service and liars! I ordered their food from zomato and food was with the rider for 3 hours and when I called them they informed me the driver was met with an accident ! And somehow in 2 min of keeping down the phone the food was delivered.magic isnt it !! Someone please explain or teach them that when you order from platforms like zomato you are actually ordering food from a restaurant you like and not zomato. They blamed it all on zomato ..the delivery company... for the food which belongs to them, lying with some unknown rider ( because they did not know who took it ) for 3 hours in covid times !! Guys beware before you order . They are surely not responsible for their own food and their whereabouts !! Strange but true !!
