Ordered was placed at 1.30 pm, after following up with the customer service 3 times. I decided to cancel, as my order dint arrives even at 2.45 pm when I made my inquiry call to them...Soon after my cancellation call, the driver calls me desperately and trying to make me feel miserable and guilty saying if I cancel my order now, he would have to pay for it personally. I explained that a delay for so long is not acceptable and I have cancelled in good time. As the restaurant is just 1 km away from our place. Somehow after persuasion of my family who were hungry, I said YES to accepting the food which arrived at 3.10 pm.The medium pizzas were definitely not made of fresh dough and toppings were limited! Absolutely no value for money.This is our second order and both the times it was disappointing. Not again for us!

Omg look at there chicken strip meal batter you to change with the last on or put chicken on your fries and dont sales this strips very disappointed..

Good food the only problem they cant resolve the waiting time for take out order... 30 mins. Before 3 times id called first for take out order and pick up time i had to wait for 5 mins more wowwwwwwww....admin do somethinggggggggggggg

Ive ordered from Chiking at 11:50 AM today (and this the last time for sure) as my order didnt arrives even at 1.30 PMbut unfortunately I received the order at 1:40 PM ,the delivery service is perthitic when i call every time they say it will be deliver in 10 min which wasnt truth the food arrives and it was cold as rock i hope ill put my review on every platform because of the embracement which I face in front of my friendsThis was second order and both the times it was disaster.

They prepare fresh food and they have unique taste specially grilled cheque

Very bad service.. i just order to kabayan meal and when the server do my order i realize he use only one glove and the other hand no glove.. he do for cashier plus he touch the food.. for hygiene purposes totally zero percent, when i get my order the rice is like old already and the fries is to cold and all the sauce of burger steak come out and spill all over to the plastic.. very bad service

VERY BAD AND UN PROFESSIONAL SERVICE Am the person who love chicking..We ordered a bucket of chicking through online on 06th around 10;45 pm .It really disappointed me when we opened the delivery .We ordered 12 pieces of chicken , in that 8 pieces were wings.We managed some how and again yesterday we orderd at the same time a bucket of chicken which is 70 AED something among that we had 8 pieces wings .My question is are you really taking care of your regular customers or you guys want to cheat the customers who orders like us .If these kind of service you make you guys will really loose your customers .I use to have chicking since 4 years first time am facing such problem ..BE AWARE WHEN YOU ORDER BUCKET OF CHICKEN

Chicken isnt really bad, in fact they are pretty tasty, however whenever I order on the phone for delivery and request not to add drumstick, they would always add them anyway. ALWAYS! And a whole bunch of drumsticks!!!Then I realized, I have other options e.g. KFC, Texas. So yeah, no more Chicking drumstick.
