Very flavorful and worth the wait. Queue times before 5pm are only 15 minutes at max which is acceptable for the amount of people waiting (almost 50). The staff is really quick with the service and well spoken. The prices make Al baik the most value for money youll get in the food court.Coming to the flavor, the spicy nuggets are 10/10. Really amazing and made with real chicken strips and not processed chicken like fast-food chains. You also get these nuggets in the Double burger and it tastes really good. The shrimps were flavorful as well. Fries were warm but they had gotten soggy when I got them, maybe I got the last of the batch so its okay. The fried chicken is a big no, which is why a star is missing. It was not pleasant at all and did not taste fresh. The chicken from inside was black and unpleasant to look and eat. Was disappointing to see from such a big chain. Hopefully this doesnt happen again.

This time it was outstanding. After 2 disappointing trials of Al Baik, i decided to try the 3rd time taking into consideration the crowd and the feedback from the friends around, and it was really amazing. The chicken was really good, even the nuggets, and sandwiches were really good. They need to work on the arabic bread and the fries only as it was very clear that its low quality. Talking about the crowd, i wouldn’t wait if it was lunch time as it is a very long Queue, the good thing that it was 12:00 pm and not yet crowded. Prices are very affordable, or better to say very cheap prices.
Went with my colleagues and its really worth the hype. Chicken nuggets was very tender and juicy, burger was also very amazing and the main thing is it not oily at all and its really worth the price what they are charging. Must visit once to try but make sure that you have enough because its a long queue if you are visiting on weekends.
To start with, the quality+ portion you get for such a low price is beyond impressing!! Nevertheless, the taste is very ordinary and the waiting time is still too much. The staff are very polite and friendly though the security guys are a bit rude. I think the only thing that really needs improvement is speed. Otherwise I’d give it a thumbs up 👍
Cheap, tastes average and over hyped, doesn’t deserve the hype. Only good if you are on a budget for the nuggets are very filling, but is no where as good as it’s competitors. The outside looks crunchy but the inside is very soft, the spicy one has sauce within it, while regular seems to have nothing inside of the chicken, the queue is long but moves fast for the workers are working very fast and have tried their best to keep every one in line while keeping a social distance. Overall average / mediocre tasting chicken nuggets. Would not come again or recommend it.

Had a grand opening last week at the most famous spot in Dubai. People have flocked the very branch ever since. Finally had the chance to stop by Saudias best selling broasted chicken.However, due to massive crowd every single day, the chain has restricted menu item only to 10 nuggets along with fries and their famous garlic sauce. Took around 30 minutes to get myself the succulent chicken nuggets. Humble and cooperative staff. Avoid visiting during the weekends though. Two thumbs up.
Tried Al Baik in Dubai Mall for the very first time in my life. Had heard a lot about it and since its opening here in Dubai it had been a hype of the town. Ordered the nuggets meal and shrimps meal and taste was different and unique. Waiting time is minimum 30 mins so better to come in daytime to avoid long queues. Its a must try.

Ok. So everyone would probably know you have to wait a couple of hours to get your food at Al Baik. But it is worth it and I have almost ordered everything on the menu and take something home also after dining in. The broasted chicken is the best in the business. But please do not compare it with KFC ad that is a different segment altogether. The best item on the menu however is the Double Baik which is a double patty burger. I tried the falafel which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The chicken nuggets were even really nice. Oh yes, dont forget to get the cocktail sauce because that goes well with all the chicken and shrimp dishes on the menu. Prices are ridiculously low and so worth it.
Been dreaming about trying Albaik since ages and the hype is real!! You can easily tell that by looking at them long queues 😱I visited them for broasted chicken, had to wait for an hour in the line and when reached the cashier, he said chicken wasn’t available. I ordered other things because I had waited for such a long time. When I asked the server, he said they had chicken and he swapped my order with chicken. Although I got the broasted chicken but guys, the chicken wasn’t worth all my efforts. On the other hand, nuggets and falafel were so delicious, they deserve 5 stars. Also, Double Baik burger is my new favourite now 😊
Have seen many friends telling lot about al baik at the Saudi, so after that hype I visited they don’t have many options now, just chicken nugget spicy along with double baik chicken fillet burger ,it is okay. Have tried nuggets at other joints but this one is very soft and nice good one. Eating for broasted chicken which is very famous as I have heard so let’s see when it comes to Dubai. Will see later will write an detail review on what I had and worth the price. The price is very reasonable. Just like you had something in a cafeteria.

Ok, let me tell you my opinion about so hype place in Dubai nowadays. First, if you don’t want wait in the queue for one hour, come here very early or very late. Otherwise u will be standing behind hundreds of people (so much fun - no). I thought it’s kind of kfc, but it’s worse. It’s cheap (maybe that’s why a lot of ppl like it). Souse doesn’t have any taste. Simple bread and simple hummus. Three stars for making so much hype from nothing. Definitely do not recommend spend time in queue.

I was simply amazed and my experience was very good as all items we ordered were very tasty and of best quality. My daughter was asking me from last couple of months but I was always ignoring, today finally made plan to check this one. Upon arrival we found a very big line like I see never before, it was even bigger then the vaccination queue 🤣😅, at first I thought it’s too big to wait but my wife said we will stand in queue and see why there’s so many people and what’s so special about the food.Our wait turned out to be so much fun and full of taste and complete satisfaction. I recommend the double baik burger 🍔, it’s the most tasty burger I ever had. I like spicy but you can ask for normal also.Do visit and you will be amazed too. It not only looked heavenly delicious it tastes too. I heard about your chain of restaurants a long time ago and was curious to try your famous fried chicken, to be honest the chicken I ordered was tasteless and flavorless and there was no salt at all. The place of the restaurant is inside a food court where there are many tables to eat on, but your restaurant treats all customers as takeaway customers and not Dine-in customers who want to eat at the tables in the food court, there are no plastic trays like other fast food restaurants located inside the mall and the customer has to carry your plastic bags without placing the meals on the plastic trays that are supposed to be available in your restaurant, the queue at the restaurant to order meals is good and organized, but what is the use of waiting in line to wait for the meal to be served as long as there is a waiting token number on the receipt showing the status if the meal until it is delivered? It is enough for the ready-made meal number to appear on the large screen hanging on the wall for the customer to receive his order without causing crowds and stampede in front of the restaurant and the delivery counter ! The staff are not nice at all and they have not enough space behind the counter to walk comfortably and they shout loudly when communicating between each other .

Visited AlBaik last Monday night and got in queue at 9:30pm. Reached the counter at 10:10pm after passing through multiple zigzag lines only to know that both shrimps and sandwich rolls are finished and just chicken nuggets were available. Sheer wastage of time. Why AlBaik staff isnt letting ppl in the queue know immediately when the items get sold out? At least, ppl will have the option to walk out and it will save their time and shorten the queue.Chicken nuggets were good and theyve competitive edge over other food joints due to their low price (its even more cheaper in Saudi Arabia). Plus, their garlic sauce, cocktail sauce and nugget sauce are too good.Ill not be visiting again until they launch their full menu here. Dont want to waste time standing in the queue only to buy chicken nuggets.
The only ALBAIK in UAE as of date (review date 21 August 2021). This was recently inaugurated in Dubai Mall. It is one of the few existing wonders in UAE so far. You will not see such a long queue anywhere else in UAE (the length of queue in front of ALBAIK is longer than in vaccination booths).The main features of ALBAIK are just:* The cheapest in fast food category.* Fastest service in the industry.Weekend evenings are the peak times, where you might have to wait for hours for your token. I went on Saturday morning. Even though there was long queue, I got served in just 10 mins because of their fast service and long line of counters.

Its my first time to visit Albaik in dubai mall there is a long waiting queue ooo my God..but after two hours we wer able to get our meal..the tast is really different specially Nuggets are v juicy and yummy..recomended try it at least one time..
This is the first Al Baik fast food restaurant in Dubai located on the upper food court level, besides Burger King. I have no idea what the hype is all about, perhaps a marketing strategy. They have an army of staff so service is quick. The price compared to the portion size is very competitive here. For 15/- you get 10 chicken nuggets (original or spicy), 2 ketchup sachets, 2 garlic sauce tubs, 1 nugget sauce tub (tabasco flavour), a sesame seed bun and fries. Coming to the taste of the chicken nuggets; eating it plain isnt something to fall over for but the sauces definitely lift the flavours especially the garlic sauce. Would recommend to go when the hype dies down unless you are a diehard fan of chicken nuggets 👍
If you have ever lived in Saudi or visited any of the major cities there, you would know that any visit to Saudi is not complete without having a meal at Al Baik. This is one of the top home grown fast food brands in Saudi Arabia. Having lived in Saudi for several years, we recently moved to UAE. We used to miss Al Baik a lot. The news of Al Baik opening in Dubai Mall came as a whiff of fresh air. Broasted, Nuggets, Sandwiches, Burger, coleslaw salad …. each and every item has a distinguished taste of its own. As I write this on 07 September 2021, fish nuggets have not yet been launched here. Eagerly awaiting for that as well. If you are a fan of KFC or any other broasted brand, it is only because you have never tasted Albaik. Its not just another brand for those who have lived in Saudi… its an emotional attachment. !!
I was passing by food court and I saw this huge crowd around al baik restaurant, i was curious to try as many people are gathering to get their meal , though I was advised by some Colleagues at work it does not meet the expectations but I thought I will give it a try !!Only one item available “chicken nuggets” for 15 dhs plus 3 dhs soft drink , total 18 dhs.I think It’s not worth the long wait, nothing special at all , still curious to try the fried chicken when it’s available 😅

Went in early today to beat the serpentine queue. Cheerful and dedicated employees at work. The prawns and nuggets were tasty but the chicken bone in pieces were too salty. Priced reasonably and drinks not included in all meals. Lot of plastic bags and no trays. Not sure of the reasons for the hype and long queue but try yourself once for the experience.

Very tasty checken nuggets, it has the same famous taste as the original branch in Mecca, they have another product ( the shrimps) both comes with/without Chilli.They only serve soft drinks, no healthy options avaliable.The only disadvantage is that you might have to wait for too long to get your chance to order
