They make the sauce in house, and it shows cos I haven’t had that anywhere else. The chicken is so fresh, it’s not kept in warmers like other places. It is truly served, hot, fresh and crispy. WIth its presence in Dubai for about a year, It was a shame that we never got to try this place earlier. Fast Food usually has this tag of being unhealthy but Chicken Cottage has re-written that mis-conception! From fresh chicken being used in all their dishes and also option with Grilled one would never have that guilt feeling after a Fast Food meal.We started off with the Quarter Grilled Chicken which was just the perfect started. For the mains had the Grilled Chicken Fillet Burger and the BBQ Chicken Burger. For non BBQ fans this is a little on the sweet side so you might not fancy this but we as a BBQ Sauce lover we loved it to be honest. The Savoury Rice and Grilled Chicken is one of the best sellers here so you would want to try this for sure. And for Salad lover there is the Garden Salad with Caesar Dressing as well which is a perfect healthy option to have if having meat in itself is considered unhealthy.For Desserts we tried the Apple Crumble and Chocolate Brownie with Real Ice Cream and must say it could have been ended on a much better note. Overall this UK based chain is here in Dubai to stay with a couple more outlets opening up soon, The super friendly staff ensure our 15 month old was comfortable being there as well.

We thought of trying this place from long and during weekend we tried their Grilled Chicken with Peri Peri extra hot sauce , Veggie Burger Meal & Griller Wings with Peri Peri Garlic Sauce.Packing was really very nice and everything was very packed. And good part cold drink they kept aside from the packing.Grilled Chicken with Peri Peri extra hot sauce : So it was really taste good and we selected extra hot peri peri sauce so it was super spicy. Taste was really amazing. 5/5*Veggie Burger Meal : No where justified the price vs quality. Tasted till bones 😉Second most tasty dish in their menu was Grilled Wings O M G !!! Sooooo yummy !!!! Must recommended . I got the chance to try out Chicken Cottage during a trip to London and had enjoyed the food. We were in Jumeirah yesterday and happened to come across a branch of Chicken Cottage here in Dubai. Since we liked it in London, we decided to give it a try. The restaurant is located in “The Mall” – with large well-lit interiors. The menu is centered around fried/grilled chicken and burgers.We ordered the 3 piece fried chicken meal, quarter grilled chicken meal, and their best seller “Mountain Burger Meal”, which was a recommended by the staff.For the fried chicken, you have three options to choose from - standard, spicy and crunchy spicy, we ordered the crunchy spicy. The fried chicken was good, not as oily as other more popular places that we have tried. The grilled chicken also has four marinade options to choose from, we went with the peri peri garlic. Chicken was well done, the marinade gave it a bit of zing while still maintaining flavor. For your meal, you also have the option to choose sweet potato fries, which I have to say were some of best I have ever tried. The Mountain Burger is a chicken fillet and a potato hash brown served on a bed a lettuce and cheese in between a sesame bun. The fillet is fried in a crispy batter. The burger is huge and more than filling. We ordered the lemon mint and apple juice for drinks. These were fresh and not of the canned or bottled variety.One thing I liked is the condiments stand, where you can get ketchup, mayo, bbq sauce and a special CC sauce to your hearts content. Most fast food places nowadays charge you extra for condiments. I found it to be a nice touch.For dessert we ordered the Chocolate Brownie and the Apple Crumble. Both come topped with a generous scoop of soft serve style vanilla ice cream. The Apple Crumble was an instant hit and something I would surely recommend you try out.Chicken Cottage prides itself over the hormone and antibiotic free chicken that they serve and you can certainly taste the difference.

So this place is very close to Burj AlArab and has a lovely ambience for getogether with friends and family. Also kids friendly. The Peri Peri Garlic Grill chicken was marvelously flavored and tasted super good. The Burger has a chicken patty, Hashbrown and melted cheese making it want for more. The chicken wings are the star . They serve u fresh pressed juice which is too good. For the kids meal we ordered popcorn chicken and kids loved it. Also the grill chicken rice was very good. Totally recommend this placeand hope they have many branches in town because their chicken was very very tender soft and juicy both crispy and grilled chicken they only use Fresh, Grade A, Hormone and Antibiotic Free Chicken throughout the menu.

I have recently researched a lot about good quality produce after the commercialised stuff had started affecting my health. I have been eating at a chicken cottage since I was a student in UK and I’m so glad that the open one branch in Dubai. The best part about their chicken is that it is fresh, hormone free and of great quality. They also prepare all their food according to the Asian palettes, the spice level can actually match lot of peoples’ taste buds which is really difficult to find around. Because the quality is really good you can taste it in the chicken and to use all the good parts of the chicken to prepare their food on order. I personally prefer quality over quantity and don’t mind paying a little higher than the usual if it’s good for my health.My favourite dish at chicken cottage is the grill chicken in lemon herb sauce. The chicken tastes so juicy and soft. It is marinated for about 24 hours before being grill so that the favourite goes right to the bone. I have also tried their garlic sauce it and it was really good except it’s too spicy for my tastebuds. My son absolutely loves their chicken popcorn combo Where he gets a chicken popcorn and fries which she really likes to eat with their ketchup and mail. He also likes their soft ice cream which is made with pure dairy and no artificial additives. Another – I really like there is there spicy and Krispy coated fried chicken. I have a very bad experience with this outlet. I ordered food through Zomato and after waiting for more than an hour, I did not revive the food, I have called the restaurant more than twice and they were careless.After 2 hours waiting, They called back apologizing and said they will need more 20 minutes! I complained and refused to receive the food, they apologize and promise a refund and they will send the food as a complementary compensation, after all of that I wanted to take the food and wanted to send the money back with the driver.When he arrived he gave me the choice either to take the food or the money!! I took the money and rejected the food!..Following up what happened, one of the restaurant owners contact me yesterday apologizing about what happened and promise this will not happen again with any customer, he was really polite, kind and respectful and offered a complementary meals which I refused, he insists and send the food last night, the food was really amazing, in the best I have ever had, tasty, clean and hot.I will change the 1 star to 5 star, because they show they really care about their customers, I would like to thank Naveed for his follow up.

Chicken is one of main portion in our daily meal at home . So I love to try any new place which comes up with chicken . So this place was definitely of my interest . A lovely dining space located in the quiet The mall at jumeirah . Visited for lunch during the week day . We tried grilled chicken with lemon n herbs flavor , chicken wings crispy, garden salad with grilled chicken , chicken strips and beef burger. Actually I loved everything we tried , but if I have to choose, then grilled chicken with lemon and herbs and the garden salad were lipsmacking delicious . Their chicken wings were so juicy and yum every bite . The burger was great too . And how can I miss the fries and chicken strips . The fries were definitely the best I have had recently anywhere . So crisp and fresh . The chicken strips were so scrumptious. I got to chat with Mr Eddy who served us , what we get to know is only the fresh chicken being used for all their dishes and I must say I could see the difference in the taste . You will definitely feel the freshness in everything there. And their sauces are yummy too , I fell in love with their chilli sauce , it was sooo good . For the drinks we had lotus shake and Oreo shake which were pretty good and finally for soothing our sweet tooth craving we had chocolate brownie with Icecream which was delicious . If you are adventurous go for the perri perri extra hot. These are all home made, time tested and perfected flavours. Chicken Cottage brings back old uni memories from UK so I loved eating there.The chicken was fresh, juicy and very very meaty. The marinades were well balanced and the flavor went inside the chicken till the bones.I ordered their Whole Grilled Chicken Meal with Garlic peri peri sauce which had the chicken, fries and a drink.The other people ordered their grilled chicken burger meal which consisted of the burger, 2 pcs of grilled wings , fries and a drink.I even ordered their Spicy and Crispy wings just to try and they were just amazing.My son had the Kids Meal with Chicken Popcorn, Fries and a drink. First time trying out Chicken Cottage and really cannot decide on what to order. Fancied fried chicken and so decided to get that 6-pc chicken, chicken sandwich and some sides (potato and sweet potato fries, onion rings). How convenient that they deliver and they deliver fast! The food were delivered fresh and I am delighted that the chicken pieces are big! Their sandwich is so good, I in fact like it better than the chicken. I enjoyed the sides too, especially sweet potato fries! I am intrigued to try the grilled ones for sure!

This was the most bland chicken I have ember had in my entire existence. It had absolutely no flavour!!!! Do yourself a favour and rather order food somewhere else . Definitely did not satisfy my midnight craving .

Worst chicken sandwich in my life.I ordered Mountain chicken burgers and the bread was unfresh and chicken was low quality full of oil. The sandwich is not tasty at all and there is no harmony among ingredients. Even the Rice meal was not up to the standard.

We ordered :•Griller chicken with extra spicy peri peri sauce -Very good , spice level was just perfect , tender chicken grilled with the skin on.•Fillet burger - cripsy fillet stuffed between a potato bun , classic mayo and lettuce .•Arabic rice - flavoured with turmeric and corn , paired with the chicken was good .They are using fresh chicken which is hormone free .They are running some great offers so make sure to check with them .Rating 9/10

Order for delivery from here fairly regularly and normally the food is very good. Unfortunately the last time the broasted chicken was very bland. Both the chicken and coating had no seasoning. Also, they forgot to deliver the wings which were part of the meal.

Food quality and quantity was very good. Problem that we got sandwiches and chicken wings overwhelmed with BBQ sauce without ordering this sauce I hate it sooo much nobody can eat this with such huge amounts of this sauce. Unfortunately we have to throw all the wings and sandwiches. Chicken pieces I ordered spicy came normal. Im really disappointed. Will never order again.

The food costs 5 times of what we pay at famous fried chicken chains...The below average service is the cherry on top. We arrived at 12 AM and the restaurant was empty (later I realized why) and the server who was friendly told us that the food will take 15 minutes to prepare, which was reasonable but to my surprise, they received 2 delivery orders and they packed those first rather than serving customers who were sitting right ther . I WILL NEVER STEP INTO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!

Yesterday we ordered a bucket (6pcs) chicken from your store, the order arrived on time but to our disappointment the chicken didnt meet our expectations. My cousin recommended this brand as she tried it from the UK before and was thrilled to know that it is available here in Dubai. The excitement turned into a disappointment though as the chicken that was delivered to us is clearly unseasoned, you cannot taste any salt, pepper or any spice on it, and it was dripping in oil when you take a bite. It leaves an awful bland and oily feels in your mouth. We barely finished eating 3 pcs , the other 3pcs is still in the box sitting in the kitchen until now. Its our first and probably our last as well, not worth the price tag.

Great food, massive portions and good ambiance. Very tasty grilled chicken and salad. The chicken burger is fresh and crunchy.. all in all a great place to dine at.

When we entered the restaurant it was absolutely empty. The staff was super welcoming and had loads of recommendations based on your preferences which is great for indecisive people like me! We wanted to try out a bit of everything so we got some chicken strips, grilled chicken burger, grilled chicken fillet, bbq wings and salad. For dessert we got the chocolate brownie with ice cream and the cookie. The one thing that I really liked about the chicken strips was that theyre not oily inspite of being deep fried and are super light on the tummy. The marinade of the grilled chicken was absolutely delicious! The chocolate brownie and cookie were still a bit warm and it felt great because it is quite chilly outside. The highlight of the whole meal were all the sauces that we had. Literally every single one was packed with so much flavor. The sauces are what elevated the meal to another level. Absolutely loved them all!My recommendations- chicken strips, brownie and cookie.Food- 4/5Service- 4/5Value for money- 4/5

This restaurant has newly entered the fast food scene in Dubai.However they do have a lot of previous knowledge in the industry, being one of the renowned Halal chains in the UK.They claim to be serving only Fresh, Grade A, Hormone and Antibiotic Free Chicken throughout their menu, consisting of a range of broasted and Grilled chicken options to choose from.Not only the mains, but they have good drink and dessert options too.I loved the fact that they have healthy juices which can substitute the usual sodas.From what I tried, I really loved their Grilled Chicken Burger meal which had a Lemon & Herb sauce.Their Mountain burger is one of their best-sellers that is stuffed with hashbrown, breaded chicken, lettuce, cheese and sauces.Both burgers were huge and quite messy. Don’t forget to keep some tissues nearby while indulging in them.As a side, definitely try their Spicy Crispy Chicken strips, it was delicious.For their dessert, my go to was their Brownie, unfortunately I couldn’t have it with their soft serve icecream since the machine was broken.... however the brownie as it is was really heavenly!The apple crumble is another nice option they have, it was a bit on the sweeter side for my liking, but others did love it.The service was great with very courteous staff who ensured we enjoyed our experience, hassle-free.Next time you crave for a grilled or Broasted Chicken meal, you know where to go!

One of the worst delivery experience i’ve had in dubai. Torn bags and upside down food. Unprofessional driver. Warm soft drink and cold food. Cover plates are improperly fixed and the sauce is dropping on the bag.Took 1 hour and 20 minutes to deliver a plain grilled chicken from jumeirah to citywalk !!!

Even the chicken used for the Popcorns / Nuggets are the upper piece of Chicken Breast as it contains soft and tender part of the breast.The chicken which is prepared, unlike other fried joints, are made to order and not pre-fried and stored.The marination done for the fried chicken is usually done over night so that it absorbs the spices.The spices that they use is sually catering to suit the Asian pallete.We were told that they use only high grade Mayonnise / High grade Canola Oil / etc.So far the expectation was so grown by all this that we couldnt wait to experience this on our own.So the food started arriving, and it was as following - Chicken Crunchy Burger / Chicken BBQ Burger / Chicken Nuggets / Gilled Chicken with Lemon Herb Sauce / Apple Crusted Pie / Chocolate Brownie / M&Ms Milkshake / Chicken Salad / Fried ChickenChicken Crunchy Burger - This is one of the best burgers I have had in a long time from a Fried Chicken Joint. The contents were so fresh. The chicken was so well cooked / fried and did not even have a minute trace of oil in it. The best part was that it a mighty piece of Potato Hash Brown. when i say Potato.. It actually had potato in it and not processed starch. RECOMMENDEDChicken BBQ Burger - This again was great, but since I am not a big fan of the BBQ sauce, I just had a taste of the burger. It was good too.Chicken Nuggets - This again, as mentioned above had a thin crust of breaded layer. This was great because unlike other places, you actually taste the Chicken in the nugget and not bread in a Chicken Nugget. The nuggets were so tender and soft. RECOMMENDEDGilled Chicken with Lemon Herb Sauce - This is again something that took us by flavors. This was so nicely marinated and well cooked. The chicken was so tender and the spices was well absorbed by the meat. When cut with a plastic knife, it was just gliding, unlike other Fried Chicken Joints, which would break the knife, but the chicken would be intact. RECOMMENDEDApple Crusted Pie - I am not a fan of Apple pies and just thought I would give it a try since all my friends went ga-ga over how great it was, so I decided to give it a try, and believe me I did not stop at one spoon :-D The ice cream they use again is Pure milk and not processed dairy.Chocolate Brownie - This again was a delight and since I am a big fan of Brownies, this was just perfect for me. it was soft. It was moist and It was ticking all the boxes me for. This was perfect.M&Ms Milkshake - I would also mention that this was a great drink to try out from the menu. It had handsome pieces of crushed M&Ms as well. Again the milk used in this was pure and not processed dairy.Chicken Salad - The salad was fresh and had freshly cut pieces of veggies in them with Lemon Herbed Spiced Chicken PieceFried Chicken - This was THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE EVENING FOR ME. Worst experience ever! Ordered through Zomato 2 hours ago, food has not arrived despite stating 30-40 min waiting time. I can’t recommend this restaurant to anybody.
