An exceptional place for formal suits. Perfect designing and perfect stitching. This place has great collection for formal suits and wedding wear. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend more people, especially those who are very particular about wearing the best clothes.

I am living in Dubai from past 5 years and havent found a better place for bespoke tailoring than Libas. My body size is slightly on the heavier side and it was difficult to find the perfect fitting of my size, but it all changed once i found Libas. Their stitching is perfect and the owner designed some perfect formal suits and also nice casual wear jackets for me.They have a very good collection for sherwanis and suits for wedding.To say the least, I AM HAPPY AND SATISFIED overall.

How can a salesperson say that you have to buy a suit without the shop having a fabric of your choice just because I have written your measurement on some stupid order book!! This brand recently concluded its IPO in India and I was hoping that this will be professional fashion house. May be it is only its Dubai branch which is so unprofessional. When I mailed them for an appointment, they said I could visit anytime within working hours. No professional tailor will say that since they never want their clients to wait while they are dealing with another customers. This should have been a cue for me to not to visit them but unfortunately I visited them. When I visited them, the shop manager and his helper both were busy on mobile phones and made me wait for almost 15 minutes. Then a lady showed up and started showing me fabrics and without telling me about the fabrics. The fabrics where covered in dust at edges, which probably because they dont get many customers. We moved to the measurement stage, the measurement guy just took the measurement as per the suit that I was wearing that time without showing any interest in improving the fitting of the new suit. When I asked that I do not want belt loops but waist adjusters on the sides, the lady immediately mentioned about extra charges for that her or her team understanding about what I was asking for. Then they called their another tailor to click a picture of waist adjuster that was on my trousers that I was wearing that time. They dont even know what a waist adjuster is! Now she was expecting me to make payment and I said that we have not discussed about the fabric for the shirt, then she showed me a row of fabric of pathetic designs. I said I need plain white shirt, she said there will be an extra charge for that. I was gobsmacked! Extra charge for plain white shirt when the shirt is already in the suit package of Groupon. I said I do not want a suit from them. Now she says, You have to buy this now because I have written your measurement on this order book and you can not cancel it I felt threaten as her team members were also said the same thing!! I said to her that are your serious, just because you have written it on a paper, you want me to buy it without you having the fabric for my shirt. After this, she said, alright I will give you white fabric on my own risk. Here at this point I felt like I am not a customer but someone who is asking for favor. I was about to leave the shop when she said let me call my shop manager and he will decided. This shop manager was still on the phone and the lady asked me to wait for this guy to get off his phone. But I just left their shop at that very moment. Pathetic customer service and stupid fabric collection. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

If you want to make a wedding dress ( sherwani or lehenga) I would suggest you to not do it there. My husband liked a ready made dress there but we wanted a different color, the sailor ( manager ) told us that they can make it, exactly same design. ( telling us that they are the one who made the dress for welcome stars) . He took all the measurement and told us a date. First it was late, we specified to him that we are going France for our wedding .. we received it two days prior to departure. The fitting was horrible, he didn’t even lose or gained weight ! Leave that aside it was 4 size larger ! He told us that he will fit again ( 1 day more ) ! But the worst of all !! It was not like what we saw and ordered !!! The design not visible at all ! I was already gone only my husband was in Dubai ! the Person told my husband that bring the dress in France if it is not ok with your wife, we will refund ! My husband was mad but did so! When I saw the dress it was a real insult and disgusting ! We had to go emergency to a suit shop to get a suit for replacement ! This shop literally spoiled my wedding ! We went back to give him back the dress and asked to give a ready made for our reception here because this is not acceptable ! The manager didn’t even come downstairs and the sales person said to leave the dress here he will see if he can do something . We never get back from him, we tried a lot to contact and still have the message of him telling us : don’t worry .. blablaWe paid 14 000 aed , because yeah « it’s normal sherwabi are more expensive than girls wedding dress » I should have guessed from there that something was fishy !If you want to go ready made ... ok but else biggest disapointement of our life
