Went with low expectations but wow so clean, empty and fast. If you are worried about waiting in line then dont. Just show you appointment on the UAE COVID19 app.If its your 2nd dose then just walk in.If you are not sure about the process still then here it is:1. Try to make a booking the UAE Covid19 app. Once you do, you will multiple repeated sms confirming your appoint. The same can seen on the app under My Appointments. The sms however contains even the Google Map link but it points at the hotel when it actually just next to VOX cinema at the back of the hotel.2. Show the person at the gate your appointment confirmation on the app not the SMS. If you dont have data on your phone then make sure to take a screenshot of the appointment confirm on the app before you leave your wifi zone. Why? Cause the app shows the appointment only when your are connected to the internet otherwise it will say No Appointment.3. Enter and you will see a huge white tent on your left, walk in and just show your app appointment to the help desk agent and he/she would give you a consent form with a ticket number. The ticket will tell you the range of counters that are available for you. There are around 29 counters with chairs lined in front of each.4. Before you go to the counter of your choice make sure to read and fill out the consent form. Once done head to the counter with your Emirates ID and the form you just filled.5. At the counter the nurse in charge would ask you for the ID and form. He/She would then ask you some YES/NO type questions. Then go on to check your Blood Pressure.6. If you BP is well then the nurse would move on to vaccinate you.7. At this point you are done and if you are not in a hurry please wait for at least 5 mins. There are a lot of free chair and disposable water in the around the huge hall. You will notice the whole place very cool, quiet and has a very calming atmosphere.8. You will get an SMS confirm the vaccine type and dose you have taken. So if you satisfied you can leave. There are lot of parkings and you will see that people are constantly coming out and coming in.Overall its really neat and well organized so please dont worry and do consider visiting this center if you are planning to get vaccinated.

Had an amazing experience got vaccinated within 5 minutes of entering the premises. Friendly staff attending to visitors.Facility location selection is excellent, ample parking available. For older people, they wont have to walk more than 100 meters from the parking area to reach the vaccination area.

I had taken my first dose here and the service was excellent. However, its impossible to get an appointment for the 2nd dose. I keep getting a message of no appointment. If i try to book in July, i am getting a message that booking has to be done 22 days after 1st dose of Pfizer. Anybody knows how to book for the 2nd dose, please share info. Thanks.

Very quick service. No waiting or seperate registration required. Just need to show appointment confirmation at entrance and then walk straight in to the tent for vaccination directly with the medical staff. Chairs to seat and arrange crowd in a queue. Mostly open tables for getting vaccination. Nurse will register first using EID and then administer vaccination. Seperate closed booths for female available. Medical staff is very friendly and professional. Got vaccination done for daughter through school appointment and it was done in just under 10 mins. Parking is limited outside the centre but slots get available as people walkin and walkout quickly. Overall great experience. Thanks to MOHAP.

No idea of how to manage the vaccination process. Went for my second dose according to sms received. There was queues for a mile and an officer instructing everybody that they need appointment. Since I thought I had SMS from MOHAP to arrive on this date I thought it would be only necessary to show him that. He was unwilling to see it and asked everybody to go to end of the line. After standing for a while I understood that an app needs to be downloaded and appointment taken in that. Downloaded it and found out that no appointment slots are available till July. Anywhere in the process, 1) after first dose, 2) Survey sms second sms reminder for 2nd dose If it would have mentioned that appointment is mandatory then this would not have happened. Or lot of people heading back and a few poor souls still waiting in queue Not the high standards government institutions in Dubai usually work in.

Pathetic management.I had taken my 1st Vaccination on 27th March with my family which was very well organized and smooth, and they had informed us for the 2nd dose that we can go straight and get it after minimum of 21 days. When I went on 27th Apr today for 2nd dose, they said I cant take vaccine because without apointment I am not allowed. The queue managament staff are worse and not even bothered to listen to us and they treated us badly and shooed us away.We came with our family and kids from Sharjah and this is the way they treat us.Sad
